After the alternator was replaced, my A/C developed a leak that was not there before, leaving me with an expensive additional repair. On top of that, the shop broke several clips on the fender liner during the repair and failed to replace them or even mention the damage. This shows a lack of attention to detail and a lack of respect for customers' vehicles. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a shop handles them. Unfortunately, I was left dealing with an A/C leak and damaged components after paying for what should have been a straightforward alternator replacement.
