With the many choices of nail shops... DON'T pick this one. If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars it would be well earned. This is the manicure I got, terrible to say the least. Picture of my finger is after my nail stopped bleeding. She wanted to complete the gel manicure saying she'd "clean up" the cut... apply any type of polish to open skin?!?! Is that what they teach when they get their license? She also put the tool that she cut me with back with several other tools without disinfecting/cleaning. She gave me a manicure with cuticle and nails flying EVERYWHERE (mostly on me) before the grand finale of cutting me. I can't believe I paid for this mess. read more

This was my first time getting acrylics with vilago. I usually get a pedicure and usually I am very happy with it. I repeatedly told the technician I did not like the length of my nails before he put on the acrylic. He insisted that they were fine. My cuticles are now peeling back and bleeding because of how much they were filed. All my nails are uneven and different shapes. I do not recommend getting your nails done here. read more

I went in for a manicure and the lady who did my nails, went so fast and as I got home I started looking at my nails several are uneven. As I sat there and looked around I realized how filthy the salon was. The box she was using even looked dirty with her tools! I will never go back and do not recommend this shop. read more

First off, I've gone a handful of times, out of just being closer to where I live. Unfortunately 9 out of 10 times have not been good quality. My fills end up looking wonky, or the shape not defined. Also they wont do designs there, no one wants to or has any skill (im guessing ) to do them so all you get is to pick out a sticker if you want something more than just nail polish. My current pedicure i got a week ago with gel, 3 toes have had the gel paint fall off. For me thats crazy because gel usually lasts over a month for me. They simply just arent a good guality place to go to and provide the very minimal service. And the vibe they give off is they dont even want to be there. This might be one of the worst salons I ever been too these woman do this job because it's a job not an art to them they put in no effort into this work and yet charge you a heft ass price! While here they had a guy do my manicure. He must have been new. When he was doing my cuticle it was hurting as he was pushing the cuticle back and it started bleeding. Now 4 months later my cuticle still hasn't grown back. He has permanently damaged my nail. read more

First time at this salon, nail tech was very gentle with my hands and was super friendly! Salon is beyond clean and very comfortable! They take covid precautions in this shop seriously and disinfect before and after and make sure everyone is 6 feet apart. I did leave satisfied with the nail color and the shortness of the nail because it was what i wanted. Next time i will ask for a less thick nail. This shop was a great experience and relaxing! i had a wonderful deluxe pedicure this afternoon at Vilago Nails. i am a full time RV'er and travel, so it is challenging to find a good nail salon. I have had my share of terrible pedicures. So, I usually read lots of reviews before I book an appointment, and there were quite a few salons to choose from In Casa Grande. Honestly, there were other nail salons that had a better rating but some of them had some horrible reviews. i chose Vilago and so glad I did! it was one of the best pedicures I have had while traveling. Spend the extra $15 to get the deluxe pedicure... all the bells and whistles, including a paraffin wax. My toes are beautiful and the leg and foot massage was at least 30 minutes. I have been a customer for 12 years. Had an appt. with the owner as always at 3:30 p.m. Arrived on time. Shevlooked startled and said "u have an appointment"? I replied, yes. With you. Nothing else was said. Promptly a technician ushered me to do my pedicure first. AFTER 2 hours and 15 minutes, she finished my pedicare!! Kimberly, the owner had finished 2 customers and was ending with a 3rd one. NEVER did she address me OR look my way. The technician could only communicate by giggling. I got up from the chair and asked if somebody could take my money cause I was leaving. Kimberly FINALLY addressed me and said she was almost finished. At this time. I told her that I have been coming there for 12 years and I would not be back, nor will my daughter and husband as she has been rude like this on multiple occasions, i.e. recently in the middle of doing a fill on me, a White woman came in demanding that she had a STANDING appointment every 2 weeks. It was such an uncomfortable situation, I told Kim she could finish me tomorrow, git up and left. Next day, she did not even thank me or take a $ off the bill for my inconvenience. In the last year, service has deteriorated and perhaps that is why I no longer see African American women coming here. I have always noticed how they greet and treat White patrons compared to African Americans and encourage African Americans to not spend their hard earned dollars in an establishment where they are not respected. P.S. Recently, while doing a fill, she was in a bad mood, being so busy, she rushed so that my cuticles were painful for a week. The nail technician unnecessarily clipped the side of my toenail. She then tried to pull off the part she clipped by pulling roughly towards me causing extreme pain. When I stopped her, she said sorry but then continued to pull. I again stopped her however she pulled the nail and my skin off quickly causing more pain. The woman who was changing my toenail polish kept pinching my skin. I had nail marks in skin 10 minutes following my polish change.

Went in to just have them remove polish from hands and toes and they charged me 10.00!! What a rip off

Not going there again! Have been going since arrival in the area in Oct. 2016. They do not listen to your request as the customer. Have asked numerous times for them to 'not' apply the powders too thick, and they act like they don't hear you. This nail tech cut me in 2 different places, runs the drill too fast which creates friction and heat that burns my bare nail-bed, and acts like its "inconvenient" when I object to the pain!!! AND, She never once apologized for the pain she caused! Throughout the manicure, she was twisting my fingers so hard in directions they were not designed to turn and kept telling me to "relax". THEN she talks to the other techs in their native language, which I find highly rude and unprofessional. I had a great experience with the pedicure because someone else did it. I tipped my pedicure tech very very well, and tipped the nail tech the minimum because of her customer service attitude, shortened my nails even though I asked her "not" to, and because she hurt me several times. Nope, not going back there again. If you're looking for a good nail tech, look elsewhere. read more
