    1. Crazy crazy noise 24hrs. "Amazon warehouse" make crazy noise 24 hours! Drivers are honk each…read moreother for cheering (irregular and continuous) and Amazon hub loading and unloading for 24hours!! At least freeway store/ retail store calm down in midnight but amazon works 24 hours. Besides all the TRAIN noise, AIRPORT noise ..etc. but amazon warehouse noise is something i never experienced in my life. I lived in downtown LA, west LA before. This is a noise i never experienced. 2. HORRIBLE New MANAGEMENT They may reject your check anytime and ask for money order for more than 6 month. 3rd party billing compnay refused my check suddenly (proved that i had enough fund, proved my document is correct) and even if i proved i didnt made this issue, they just require money order without advance notice. Property management asked me to reach through their email so i sent several emails, didnt receive any replies and just keep forcing me follow their rules. 3. EV chargers only 1/3 are working. Always full because only 1/3 chargers are working. 4. Dirty trashcan room. Used to do valet trash service (no more valet trash service but still charging $30 for regular trash service) and lock the trash entrace so trashed were just piled up in trashroom. Still very dirty. 5. Lots of extra fees you may not thought about. Sharing expense of 1 of the month. Service fee $4.50, pest control fee $2.00 (brand new building often dont need pest control fee), valet trash $30 (no valet trash service available), sewer $0.55, hot water $8.95, water heating $12.00

Just two things that need to be addressed promptly by the owners of the apartment complex: 1). Trash shoots need to me DEEP CLEANED. I've lived in apartments my whole life. And these are the worse trash chutes I have ever seen. I can't step foot into the trash area to throw my trash away. not even close to the chut either. So throwing my trash is a horrible experience for me because You have to wear the right shoes..if you don't you track this Laywer of filth into your apartment and it's not ok. My shoes almost have to be thrown away. They need to just hire someone to come deep clean those a few times to clean it up once and for good. and maybe even repaint that area. This is not something that can be ignored anymore. Those chute areas are a health hazard. We recently also got notices on our door stating "there would be fines given to tenants who don't put the trash into the chutes". But how can we do that if we have step foot into that area at all! This has to be addressed! i literally can't for my well being step foot in there or it ruins my shoes. plus how are they going to give us "fines" if they don't even have cameras in any of the tenant areas. No cameras in the hallways. No cameras in the trash shoot area by the doors. 2). Which brings me to the next issue. There are no CAMERAS in any of the tenant areas to protect the tenants well being. i heard that there are only cameras in the common areas and first floors of parking. That's a problem. It's not enough. This is la. It would protect both parties tenant and landlords to have them atleast by all doors bare minimu. even if they couldnt have them in all the hallways. How much does 4-5 cameras cost. Not a lot. How many problems is that going to solve. A lot. How much money are we paying for these apartments? A lot. These two things are imperative issues that need to be handled fast. I was getting mg makeup done the other day also and one of the girls who did my makeup at the mall actually lives in the same apartments as me. She told me she got her car broken into also on the 7th floor! No cameras..course that's going to happen! Look..get cameras in the building or this is a walking safety hazard. spend the extra $700 to get cameras. She said she told the front and they did nothing. It's time to do something about this. Before this gets worse. All and all this apartment complex is great though. China the manager at the front is great. There's lots of parking everywhere. Most people that live here seem cool. This location is great. The hallways always smells super good which is a plus. maintenece is on point and fixes things fast. The apartment I have is super updated and nice. They also need to make sure they fix the jacuzzi also because it breaks down a lot. It's a really beautiful jacuzzi though, and pool. The gym here is spectacular and no one is ever in here. And they even give you nice towels and free water to use. It's honestly a great apartment complex.

This was our second time working with Will. He is not only a knowledgeable agent, but an honest friend. He is professional and easy to communicate with. He will get to know you deeply, and he cares more about his client's needs/future goals rather than simply the numbers. While bedroom and bathroom count are important, Will ensures that the homes you target are the right fit. This helped us lessen our focus on the emotional process of visualizing our life in a particular home and see that there were more opportunities and possibilities in the neighborhoods we targeted. We were also quite satisfied with Will's negotiating skills. He made sure to keep us updated every step of the way and allowed us to guide strategies that he would execute seamlessly. The escrow process felt streamlined. Will kept us on a strict timeline in order to close on time. His assistant, Andy, prepared most of the paperwork digitally and got us in contact with vendors such as insurers and repairmen. In the end, we were able to successfully purchase our first home that we plan to live in for years to come. On the selling side, Will has a fantastic marketing team that includes photography, social media, and staging. Honestly, the condo looked so much cooler in the listing than I remember actually living in it--and we loved living there! He held multiple open houses and private showings while we were out of town. Andy provided weekly marketing updates on how our home was performing online. The whole process was very smooth and pretty hands off from a seller's standpoint. We were able to secure multiple offers and ultimately accepted one in our target price range. In summary, we have no regrets hiring Great Castle Properties. Will and Andy were a pleasure to work with over the several months-long process of buying/selling our homes. We wholeheartedly recommend them and would easily work with them again in the future.

This property management company has been one of the most unprofessional and stressful companies my mother has ever dealt with. The conditions of this property have continued to decline because management allows disrespectful and disruptive tenants to move in without addressing the problems they bring to the community. The building has ongoing pest issues, including fleas which have made living conditions unbearable and sent my mother to the hospital. When my mother brought this issue up to Charu Badhwar and Beatrice Williams and inquired if the unit had been exterminated, the only thing Charu suggested was to get flea spray from the store. My mother had to go to the hospital due to this issue they were very unprofessional and rude. ( we do not have any pets nor have had any) My mother has experienced multiple serious issues while living here. She was verbally assaulted on the property, and despite several attempts to ask management to intervene and speak with the tenant responsible, her concerns were repeatedly ignored. No resident should feel unsafe or unheard in their own home, especially when management is fully aware of the situation. To make matters worse, management is extremely slow when it comes to maintenance and security concerns. The mailboxes were broken into, and instead of acting urgently, they took months to properly address the issue. During that time, my mother was unable to reliably receive important mail. This level of negligence is unacceptable. The noise issues are also out of control. Tenants on the upper floors are allowed to stomp, jump, and create constant disturbances at all hours without consequence, making it nearly impossible for downstairs residents to live peacefully. Management does nothing to enforce basic respect or community standards. What is most disturbing is that this company has also ignored incidents involving verbal harassment toward individuals with special needs. Allowing this kind of behavior to continue unchecked speaks volumes about the lack of care, compassion, and professionalism within this management company. Overall, this company has caused my mother an incredible amount of emotional stress, frustration, and anxiety. Instead of creating a safe and comfortable living environment, they have allowed the property to become chaotic, unsanitary, and unsafe. I would strongly encourage anyone considering living here to think twice before signing a lease with this management company.

    The treatment we received was beyond horrifying…read more I was a guest of a tenant for a child's 5th birthday party. My complaints about "Camille" the property manager start literally on the front steps of the complex before I could even make it inside. As I am on my cell phone calling the tenant to find out her unit number this woman "Camille" starts interrogating me as to whom I'm there to see. Repeatedly rudely interrupting my phone call as I stand there with my children. I eventually said a name she recognized and she let us in the gate with a," Well I can't just let ANYBODY in the building." Weird... but ok. I just chalked that up to a nosy apartment manager. I enter the unit and tell the husband who lives there what has happened and he's shocked, and states that she is in fact very nosy and he caught her peeking into his open windows once. My two sons wanted to swim with the birthday girl so we blew up a large floatie and they headed downstairs.... That's where this story goes straight to Hell. Camille comes outside screaming that there are only two guests allowed in the pool per unit (only my two sons were going in the pool) with the little girl that lives there, that they did not have on proper swimwear ( I literally bought them brand new swimming trunks that morning) and that the floatie was too large. In fact she stated ,"Y'all are doing way too much". This angers the tenants who are bewildered as to why she is now harassing their underage guests. She then states that she is closing the pool, kicking out a little girl who was having fun swimming alone with her mother watching her. The little girl had nothing to do with anything. She then removes my floatie from the pool ( I should have said something about her touching MY property without permission) After The tenant then asks to see where it states on the lease "Only 2 guests per unit" Camille then states that it is Saturday, her "Off" day the office will be open Monday. After a heated exchange that concluded with Camille slamming a door in the tenants face as hard as she could and Camille literally shouting at said tenant at the top of her lungs. It was so incredibly unprofessional and rude, I was in shock. At this point other tenants were coming outside and telling us they also had grievances against her and we should contact the landlord. Camille then comes back outside with a document that states," Only 2 guests per unit" for the pool. I then ask her."What does that mean?" Is it 2 guests per hour, per day, per length of the lease? Could 2 guests get in, then they get out and another 2 guests get in? Those are valid questions, she couldn't answer me. Stated she was not," Gonna go back and forth with me?" That it says it right there on the paper. Again I was confused. At this point my children want to leave. She then states that she is calling the cops and going to have all of us removed from the property. The cops come, I along with the tenant explain what happened. The cops look sympathetic and tell us to file a complaint with the landlord also. Gave us a incident number then told us to enjoy the rest of the party, and wished the birthday girl a Happy Birthday. Even after all that she wasn't done... my sons were playing tag with each other downstairs and she comes out of her apartment to film them on her cell phone. (She did not film another little girl rollerblading) I only found out because my husband happened to be outside on a phone call and caught her. I have NEVER in my life come across a more miserable, rude, condescending, unprofessional complex manager in my life. And just for reference I also live in an apartment complex with amenities such as Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, Sauna etc. These children know how to behave in public and I have never had an incident such as this occur in the years I've lived there. I will be contacting the property management company, as well as the landlord and filing a formal complaint. This person has no business dealing with the public in any way. I also find it suspicious that the only 5 star reviews on this place, singing her praises are "not recommended" and were all posted within days of each other, I'm sure after a similar incident. Stay far far away... at least until they get a new apartment manager.
