Of course busy night because of valuations day. 10 to 15 minutes waiting to server get the order and 10 to 15 minutes to bring the hookah. Rare meat even server didn't ask how do I like to cook. Over priced and over charged for 2 plates and 2 water and 1 hookah $178 even forgot to bring the appetizer and still they charged me and no receipt! I recently visited Villa Haven, and while the ambiance was really nice and inviting, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The drink I ordered barely had any alcohol in it--I'm not a heavy drinker, but it was hard to even taste it. We asked them to fix it, and they did, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. There were only one or two servers working, and it wasn't even that busy. When it came to the hookah, we waited a long time just to get the coal changed. The person who normally handles it was out celebrating his kid's graduation, so someone from the kitchen had to cover. The food didn't impress. The falafel was very dry and bland. I ordered lamb chops medium rare, but they were way too fatty. I didn't finish them, and even my teenage son--who usually eats anything--refused to touch them because of all the fat. I understand they're newly opened, so some hiccups are expected. But the lack of staff and low food quality shouldn't be happening, especially early on when first impressions matter most. That said, the vibe and setting were nice. The place is beautiful always wanted a place close to home but not only was I impressed everyone i have taken has been impressed with the ambiance. The food I can't really speak to because i have not really tried it. The menu is different it's tried to accommodate everyone's liking. I will try the food at some point and get back to you. but the hookah is not bad actually. I am very picky about my hookah and only like fruit heads but this was pretty impressive for being regular. would go again and again for sure read more

It's beautifully designed with a large patio that's perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal outdoors -- especially great for families and kids. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. The menu offers a great variety of delicious American & Mediterranean food at very reasonable prices. our group ordered the mixed grill, baby back ribs, the Ribeye Steak and the Chicken Shawarma sandwich, Their Royal burger is my favorite sandwich as they are the only one offering burger with egg. we rally liked them all, we will go back to try more of their menu. Villa Heaven is a great new spot in Orange county. Highly recommended -- we'll be back to try more of their menu. read more

A few of us came to this spot after seeing an advertisement on social media promoting a night of R&B and soul. We were excited because we miss having a venue like that in our neighborhood, but unfortunately, the event never happened. This place seems to cater to a specific crowd, but sadly, they don't appeal to the right audience in this city. Without a more diverse approach, they are likely heading toward failure and may end up shutting down if they don't gain support from the local community. I gave them 2 stars for the excellent staff behind the bar. read more

And was gracious enough to take us to the owners that we ended up having a conversation with them it was awesome. They're very down to earth. Came in on Friday around 6:00 to watch the World Series with my buddy and his kid. Had a good time watching the game. The service was very slow and I rarely saw my waiter. Probably saw him twice the whole time. Waited forever to get a refill and for my wings to come out. One of the main highlight was the Host who was working that night. We totally understand we do not have a reservation. An hour passes by and we are still wondering if there is an outdoor seating. We finished get seated outside but wait 30 mins to place an order. Items from our order were missing and we never bothered ask them for it because it took such a long time to get anything. Host was the only good part. The host was amazing -- that's where the positives stopped. Everything else went downhill from there. Guests who ordered after us got their drinks first. I asked for ranch, ketchup, and red onion -- none of it ever came. I finally went up myself to get what I could, and when the server finally showed up, he brought one ranch and red pepper flakes instead of onion. We never got napkins or utensils. The drinks didn't arrive until after we'd already finished eating, and my beer was the wrong one. The "Lebanese Delight" cocktail tasted strongly of licorice, which was never mentioned as an ingredient -- very strange. To top it off, I finally got a water when the check came. This place needs serious help with organization, timing, and basic service. read more

I went to Villa Haven today during their happy hour and had a great time! I started with the Strawberry Basil Margarita and the Kuba as our appetizer (new from their Mediterranean menu). The margarita was solid, and I liked that the Kuba had a thin outer layer and a generous amount of filling, topped with tzatziki. For my entrée, I had the Kofte plate. The Kofte was super flavorful and tender (one of the best I've tasted). Overall, the Mediterranean menu offers great options; you really can't go wrong with anything. I rarely give out any reviews but this was soo bad that I had to. Everything was just consistently bad. Cold food, nothing was fresh, from sitting down to ordering took 15 minutes and only because we flagged someone down. We weren't given a server and nobody introduced themselves. There were not many customers and it was difficult to flag down anyone. Workers, and what looked to be the manager, simply looked past us even with my hands waving. Simply unacceptable.
