Came here for the first time for a dear friends birthday. Its the couples go-to's as it's close to their house and Christakis did NOT disappoint. I LOVE greek food, so I had high hopes and well, hopes were very much so highed! Food was delicious for me personally, enjoyed trying their various appetizers and I enjoyed my Chicken Skordalia entree! I had gotten up towards the end of my meal to use the bathroom, I came back out and our table was cleared, saw a to-go box at my spot since I had a lot left on my plate. My heart broke when I got home (didn't bother opening it there, my fault!) when only my chicken was packaged, because I had left rice, green beans, and half of the delicious potato, so I wish everything was packaged (because I take EVERYTHING wherever I go and have leftovers lol!!!! And i was crazy excited to eat this meal again at home lol!) Other than that small heartbreak, everything was MARVELOUS!! The gentleman in the blue button-up was the most attentive, kind person I've ever seen at a restaurant, so thank you SO MUCH for such a great first experience for our big party (minus the birthday couple since they always come here). I wish there was a Christakis closer to me so I can enjoy it wayyyy more, but having it whenever I visit my dear is not an issue either!! Thank you Christakis!!!! This restaurant was PACKED during our Friday night visit, so they are definitely loved by their locals, and service was STELLAR! Food also came out ridiculously fast (in a great way) despite it being a FULL HOUSE and our larger birthday party, Christakis ROCKS!!!

Enjoyed some Greek grub at this local gem that I've been meaning to check out for some time. I tried their Paidakia; charbroiled lamb chops that were marinated in virgin olive oil and greek spices. Restaurant itself is very intimate, perfect for date night with a great outside area. Service was very prompt. Flavors were on point and the quality of the lamb was excellent, check this place out!

Didn't know this shopping center existed, but glad we found it. Came when my friend was craving Mediterranean food, an we weren't disappointed. Sat on the patio, which had heaters. Our waiter was super nice and attentive. We ordered the dip trio, calamari, and rack of lamb. Calamari was standard, but their dips and lamb were amazing. Will be back.

We have lived in Orange for 3 years & Friday was our first time here. My wife is vegan and 37 weeks pregnant and after a doctor appointment she was seriously craving Greek food. We had been wanting to try this place for a while, so I called but got no answer and figured they might be closed. A few minutes later I got a text asking how they could help, which was already a great start. I told them we were hoping to make a reservation and they immediately took care of us. We ended up running late and were pushing into their afternoon shift change, but Mike the owner kept us updated by text the whole time and even kept the restaurant open for us. When we arrived, it honestly felt like the place was open just for us. That kind of service and hospitality is rare these days. Edson our server was incredible and even poured my wife's Diet Coke from a carafe like it was wine, which we loved. Price wise it felt fair. Definitely not fast food, but everything tasted fresh and clean with great flavors. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back. Wife got the falafel plate, i got the lamb souvlaki , both of us shared hummus and a Greek salad (feta on side) and fries - DELICIOUS! Mike - you made our day, thanks for being apart of it

I've been missing out by not trying this restaurant sooner! Such a great restaurant. This place was packed to the brim with a HUGE party yet we still received perfect service. Everything we ate was outstanding. Hummus appetizer, lamb souvlaki, and their baklava were delicious. My wife had the chicken souvlaki which she also loved. Paired it with a Greek red wine and we felt like we were on vacation. I can't wait to return and eat my way through the menu. There is a parking lot in front and behind the restaurant so it shouldn't be any issues.

Charming Greek restaurant. Parking in that plaza can be busy so be patient. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff is friendly but service can be a bit slow even when restaurant is not fully packed. Got the saganaki pan-fried cheese and calamari for appetizer. We enjoyed both dishes. The lamb gyro sandwich was decent. The pork chop portion size is generous but a bit hard for kids to enjoy because of the thicker cut of meat and several areas of pure fat. Skip the Greek Coffee. Not much coffee aroma, more of a cinnamon note. Overall a cute Greek restaurant in Tustin.

We had an amazing waiter name Carlos, who was very knowledgeable of the menu with great recommendations for lamb chops, pork chops, and feta watermelon salad. Our second time there and will definitely be back! A very memorable Greek experience!

It's a happening place! We came to celebrate Father's Day here, and it was packed! So glad we made reservations. We were seated outdoors, and the vibes were great. Live music, lively yet chill atmosphere. Their rack of lamb was superb. As was their gyros. Definitely would recommend those two plates, and return just to eat again. However, my pork chop plate was very underwhelming. Overcooked and rough. I know pork chops might not be the best to order at a Greek restaurant, but it looked so good in pictures lol. Lesson learned. And one star docked for that. Other than that, I would definitely return and try their other dishes. I would also recommend to make reservations, as they were very busy that day. Be back soon, Christakis, and hopefully upgrade my review :)

I got the salmon. Good portion of salmon. Very tasty green beans. Loved their mash potatoes with cheese. As appetizer got the fried calamari, which was also very good. Also enjoyed their lemonade and Greek coffe. Service was friendly and excellent. Nice and not so loud atmosphere. If more than 3 recommend reservation.

This place was super busy Saturday afternoon with the patio completely full. We were seated inside and service was quick and efficient. Hubby had the gyros pita and fries. I had the spanakopita appetizer and large Greek salad. Both tasted authentic. I knocked one star off because while tasty, my husband's side of fries was pretty tiny. The spanakopita was truly one of the best I've had other than Crete.

Authentic Greek red wine, a beautiful bold Cabernet! Delicious

The ambiance was beautiful and felt very authentic and the live music was definitely a plus however the food fell quite short I'm afraid. Our server was wonderful and we decided to try a bottle of authentic Greek red wine, which was fantastic! We started off with the feta cheese appetizer with olives, and it was OK; nothing to really write home about. But the entrée was a bit disappointing. We got the chicken souvlaki dish and I did swap out my green beans for grilled zucchini and that was good, but the chicken sadly fell short because it was super dry and the rice tasted bland. I was looking forward to trying this place due to the high reviews, but I'm not sure if they just had an off night with us, but unfortunately, it wasn't too satisfying. Due to the great hospitality and service, we might be willing to give it another shot on a different night and try a different dish!

First time dining here. Atmosphere, food and service are all 5 . Austin was our server and he steered us to all the best food. Trio of dips Spinach pies Villager salad Lamb chops, charred to perfection! Galacktobourko for dessert (think phyllo filled with custard! And a touch of honey)

    Rich T.

I have always seen this place packed and am not well versed with Greek food but this place was tasty. The hummus appetizer was so good and all their dishes were super solid. The ambience feels like I'm probably in a classic Greek restaurant. If you like Greek food and are in the area I'd try it out!

We ended up at Naan and Kebab, a very casual Persian restaurant. For a place in Tustin and a restaurant that I would honestly describe as pretty average overall, this is the kind of spot that fits the bill if you're just looking for something quick and simple. This is definitely not a Raffi's Place in Glendale or one of those higher-end Persian restaurants where you go expecting a full dining experience. But with that said, it's still okay. If you're just trying to grab something to go and want a decent taste of Persian food without too many expectations, this place isn't too bad. We tried their koobideh kebabs, and those were actually pretty solid. The chicken, on the other hand, was probably around a two-plus star level--nothing particularly memorable. So overall, if you're in the mood for koobideh specifically, this is not a bad option to consider. I'll still give them four stars, mainly because the koobideh was enjoyable enough and the experience, while simple, was acceptable for what it is.

But let me tell you this food was delicious! You can tell the food was made and plates prepared with love and intention. I came with a coworker for lunch, her suggestion and my first time here. She was telling me she came for her favorite rice, the cherry rice. I had never heard of it, but upgraded my order to cherry rice (didn't see it on the menu as cherry rice, may have a specific name I'm not aware of, but I ordered it fine saying cherry rice). I ordered the lunch special, for 18.99 came with chicken kabob and beef, a tomato, and of course the cherry rice. That rice was so delicious and unlike any other type of rice I have ever tasted. It was slightly sweet, and had warm cooked cherries scattered within. SO GOOD!!! Additionally it came with a tray of warm flat bread with butter, a beautiful starter salad, with a simple dressing of oil, lemon, and mint. This was also a unique flavor to my taste buds, but so good! If you like lemon you will love it. The flavors of the entire meal all complimented each other beautifully. If you are in the Tustin area and enjoy Persian food, give this small business a try. Hopefully you will leave like we did, pleasantly satisfied, and planning another lunch date there soon.

Located on 1st in Santa Ana near Tustin, there's a wrought iron fence around the private lot, and the restaurant is open until 9pm most nights. I quickly realized the phone rings often, so most business is ordered ahead, with the option to eat there, in the car, or take home. Clearly, for presentation and likely quantity, I recommend eating there. The host is a nice older gentleman who literally does it all, and is so good it hardly seems like he's working. My Shish kabob plate came out faster than expected, and I was almost as impressed with the salad as the saffron rice and actual kabob, which is tender and amazing by the way. Basically, you pick a drink from the refrigerator, and I let him talk me into trying hummus, and appetizer, which ultimately comes with cut flatbread. His take is less creamy than other restaurants, but the flavors are fresh, without garlic. Don't worry, the salad dressing is a fantastic creamy Italian style. The price was commiserate with the quality, and I suppose I'll try more when I'm around the area.

The grill leaves a slightly crisp taste around the grill marks whilst the pillowy, soft texture almost melts in your mouth. When I combined it with their hummus I genuinely forgot about everything else on the plate. I am a carnivore firstly, but I couldn't believe my mind couldn't even see past the pita. When I did bite into the mixed shawarma meats of chicken and beef I could taste the crisp char of the meat with the deeply savory flavors of interior. It was phenomenal. I can't describe it correctly. Imagine the best version of something you've only casually enjoyed now becoming a flavor that becomes so integral to your tastes. I don't think I've ever had shawarma quite like this and it's a flavor I want to try again and again. Items such as bolani, koobideh, and other menu offerings are more commonly associated with Afghan and Persian culinary traditions. The mint lemonade was not very sweet, which is a matter of personal preference. I also found the color unusually vibrant, and after sitting for a while, the drink began to separate, which I found somewhat unexpected. The pizza was disappointing. It reminded me of a typical store-bought pizza, and I have had frozen pizzas that offered better flavor and quality. The beef koobideh and beef kebab were decent and enjoyable, but they did not particularly stand out compared to similar dishes available at other local restaurants. Service was somewhat disappointing during our visit. The hostess/server appeared to be managing a large number of tables on her own and seemed genuinely overwhelmed at times. While the overall service experience was not as attentive as I would have liked, it appeared to be more a matter of staffing or workload than a lack of effort on her part.
