First, we were told the used turbo they installed was faulty. Insurance approved and paid for a replacement. Then we were told the catalytic converter was damaged due to the failed turbo -- insurance paid for that as well. When we were supposed to pick up the car again, there was no communication. After we followed up, we were suddenly told by Jessica the engine is now blown, allegedly due to damage from the turbo failure. Insurance denied that claim. Jessica stated she did not trust her own mechanic and wanted Ford to provide a second opinion, repeatedly assuring us nothing would be out of pocket. However, we later received a call from the dealership after they towed it there saying we would now need to authorize and pay until fault was determined -- completely contradicting what we were told. Communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. At one point Jessica spoke negatively about her own mechanic, then later changed her position. When we asked for clarification, she was loud, argumentative, and accusatory instead of helpful. We have been without our vehicle for months and still lack clear answers or full documentation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop. I don't know how this shop was rated best in the AV! No manager has reached out to us during this process and their employee Jessica is rude, yells at customers, and hangs up the phone rather than take any accountability for the failed information she provided. We are still waiting for Jose the manager to contact us. Jessica stated we can talk to him or we can come into office to talk to her directly which we took as a threat. I am Looking into an attorney if things do not get resolved or explained and would recommend any shop then this one if you can!!

They also provide an air hoses and back up paint gun which turned out to be very useful. The owners Saul was fantastic. True story: in late September 2025, my car's front end was demolished by a pack of 10 dogs in the…read moreHigh Desert. And it was restored 100% by the good folks at Telesis Collision Center. Being trapped in a car for one hour while dogs dismantle your car is not something I would wish on anyone. Luckily, my insurance recommended Telesis for the repairs and I couldn't have been happier. The work itself was very good; whole new bumper, tire, and other miscellaneous parts. The paint job was like new. And I really appreciated the communication from Telesis customer service. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Value, of course, was good since my insurance covered the bill (except for the deductible of course. If you're the owner of those dogs, you'll be covering the deductible even if I have to see you in court.) The only issue for me was the distance from my home; but that couldn't be helped due to the location of the attack. Overall, very happy with Telesis. P.S. Research on the internet reveals that packs of dogs will attack a car as if it were prey. I'd hate to be in the clutches of this pack; I wouldn't be here right now. Luckily, animal control took all the dogs away due to aggressive behavior.
