    Buttermilk Breakfast Combo

The food was amazing. We came here after Easter Service at our church. The service was a little on the slower side, it took 45 minutes for our food but that's understandable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was good, it was a little loud but calmer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our Waitress Dee, was an incredible server, she was patient, had an amazing attitude.

The server was sweet, but this is probably not her calling. Two of us had to remind her to bring our pancakes (but they come with the skillets, so it's not like they were a special order), and one of us never got our eggs (which also come on the skillet, soooooo...). The skillet itself was just kind of okay. The pancakes were fluffy and hot but just your run of the mill pancakes. On the upside, the coffee was good and hot (that can be a thing!). In terms of promptness and attentiveness, the service was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is clean and well-lit and seems to be pretty popular.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Too many other better options to return.

After the breakfast debacle the day before, we decided to eat here. The host seated us right away, and our server - Hollie - came to take our drink orders. When she came back she took our order of VIB breakfast of eggs over easy, sausage links, bacon and hash browns plain. Strawberry crepes combo which came with bacon, hash browns which he added cheese to. The create your own omelet with cheddar cheese, diced ham, hash browns plain and white toast. They also got busy after we ordered. But our food came in a timely manner and our server was friendly. The sausage links had a nice pepper spiciness to them I appreciated. The hash browns were not greasy and flavorful enough that I didn't need to add salt to them. I think the hash browns having other ingredients added to them must be a southern thing because both places we ate breakfast at asked if we would like cheese, gravy or peppers on them. And there might have been something else but I can't remember what it was. He said his crepe was much better than the one he had the day before. We all agreed the food quality was better. And it seemed as if they handled the crowd better. Perhaps they have more servers and aren't short staffed. Again, I don't mind most things if staff are friendly and you serve our food in the order the order was taken. But this restaurant was so much better than the one we ate at the day before. I would recommend.

Well usually we have breakfast and it is always fantastic. Since it wasFriday during lent we decided to try the fish and chips AUCE. The he server was polite and informed us that not just the dish was AUCE that the fries and cole slaw were as well. Needless to say they provided us 3 pieces of fish and a sparse serving of French fries with the original serving. My husband asked for more fries and was then informed that he could only order more fries while also ordering more fish. The refill of the fish and chips took forever. They had actually already cleared our first plates from the table. Not sure what the hold up was because the restaurant was not busy and it appeared to be fairly well staffed. Really disappointed in the evening service. I think we will stick to breakfast and lunch.

As I chef, you know I'm always looking for great food, exceptional service, and an ambiance that represents the area I'm in. We'll Village Inn did that for me. A quint diner with bright orange lettering on the building, giving all the vibes of 70s diners along the interstate. I was greeted by my server Tad, who was friendly, inviting, bubbly, and very pleasant. She offered me the option of places to sit and let me pick where I wanted to sit. I ordered a sweet tea, and she brought it promptly, and I placed my order. I had a country music star omellette (3 eggs, bacon ham, sausage, cheese, and cream gravy) with a side of pancakes and skillet potatoes. I tip my chef hat off to the cooks in the back for knowing how to use salt and pepper... as I say, it goes a long way... and they used it well. Simple food done correctly can be incredible. Thanks, Village Inn.

Food is delicious, service is exceptional, but the room is uncomfortably cold. Almost everyone is complaining.

Being able to sample virtually every dish on the brunch menu made it so much fun, and every plate we tried was absolutely delicious. What truly made our visit exceptional was our server, Caitlyn. She was phenomenal! She took the time to learn what we liked, recommended dishes that perfectly matched our tastes, and kept a steady stream of amazing food coming to the table so we could experience as much of the menu as possible. Our glasses were never empty, our table was always spotless, and she genuinely cared that we had an outstanding experience. That level of hospitality is rare and made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. From the incredible food to the outstanding service, Table Mesa delivered a true five-star experience. We can't wait to come back for brunch again. Highly recommend requesting Caitlyn if you're lucky enough to visit--she'll make an already fantastic meal even better!

We had nice and attentive service. I ordered the Santa Monica club, which is actually a wrap. But was delicious and was able to swap out my side of fries for the Esquites which were also good. My husband ordered the pork tacos with black beans and rice, also delicious. Very pleased with this choice. And it's in a lovely setting right on the town square.

When you arrive there is parking around the square or in the lot to the side of the restaurant. As I mentioned earlier it feels like an upscale pub when you walk in, but this is also a historic building. Tusk & Trotter sits where Sam Walton's original general office and warehouse was located. We sat in the bar area as we also stopped by the restaurant during happy hour. For food we started with the Arkansas Fritters (Ralston Family Farms rice with ground beef, house-made sausage, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, dill & lemon chipotle remoulade & chow chow) which were packed with so much flavor. For our entrees we ordered where the Buffalo roam (Sayersbrook Bison Ranch patty, brioche bun, cheddar, swiss, bacon, chipotle aioli, over easy egg & LTOP) which is definitely the highlight with a side of fries. The burger fell apart and you could tell it was extremely fresh. If you are in Bentonville, this is a must try!
