They are not using tear weight while measuring the weight of the meat that you buy. We notified the manager on duty and she said that she would get back to us and she has not and it's been over an hour a very simple solution to look into, but she chose not to. Unfortunately, this is a big scam and is illegal. You are paying sometimes over $20 a pound for packaging. We also noticed that we paid for Double Trays as well. The tray underneath the meat was doubled up, so are we really getting a good deal are we really paying $19.99 for a pound of meat or are we paying for plastic and trash? We will see you in court.

Yo seguía señalando el que quería, pero ella hizo una cara de molestia y claramente se veía irritada por mi pregunta. Los clientes no deberían ser tratados así por hacer una pregunta simple. Yo no trabajo ahí y no tengo por qué saber el nombre exacto de cada producto. Un poco de paciencia y buen servicio al cliente es lo mínimo que se espera. La gerencia debería revisar quién estaba trabajando en el deli el 15 de abril alrededor de las 7:30 AM, porque este tipo de actitud deja muy mal al negocio. Muy mala experiencia.
