Before making the switch to Village Pharmacy, I was a long time regular at another pharmacy in town, so I found no reason to switch. My wife had already made the switch to Village Pharmacy months (closer to a year before I did). All it took was a few mishaps at that old pharmacy to switch over to Village Pharmacy and funny thing is that one of the Pharmacy Techs from my old pharmacy also made the switch to VP. I'm going to date my self here. Village Pharmacy is my CHEERS, and I'm Sam Malone and it's like "Where Everyone knows my name." From day one, the Owner Badal always greeted me with a smile and a "Good day/ hello/ how was your day/ how is your day going!?" His staff is top notch from Carmelita to Ruchie to Manny and Victor (and everyone else that has worked there and is working there). I love how they greet me by name when I call and to me that goes a long way! I value the Village Pharmacy Staff...they have been such a great group of people. I also love their selection of various medications...they have gone ankle and beyond, when I have been in a bind with medication almost about to run out! They have saved me and my wife in so many ways. I find the value of the medications reasonable and if possible they will help with covering hefty cost with coupons! My wife and I really do love this Pharmacy...they have been such a blessing in our lives. I would highly recommend Village Pharmacy to others! read more

I have been coming to Village Pharmacy for over 3 years, and they never disappoint. There pharmacists to there techs are excellent in the work they do to get the prescriptions out and on time. They have quite a little location there serves for also a little drug store inside if need be, for vitimans, and OTC pain meds while your there you can pick some up. There selection is quite large. The value for your prescription well depends on your insurance but they will always try and find the best price point for your needs. They also deliver with in a reasonable distance for free. We used Village Pharmacy for years before leaving the area. We really missed them when we were forced to use a drugstore pharmacy in Colorado. When we returned to San Diego area (Oceanside) we tried a local drugstore pharmacy again, for the convenience factor. Horrible! Rude pharmacist and long lines. Switching our prescriptions to Village Pharmacy has been the best retail decision of my life. I know that sounds a little over the top, but driving home yesterday after picking up my prescriptions (In a Covid world, even a trip to the drugstore is high adventure), I was thinking how all of the stress associated with chain pharmacies just disappeared when we started going to Village Pharmacy.. Everyone there is just super helpful, courteous and accurate. Each and every time I come in, Dan greets me by name, we chat a little and it is always pleasant. I absolutely love Village Pharmacy. I only have one prescription that I get there, but every month when either my husband or myself go in to pick it up they almost always greet us by name and know the prescription we are there for. The delivery service is a added bonus as prescriptions are delivered free of charge. I happened upon this pharmacy shortly after they opened. Badal was originally the only person working there. I was saddened when Fallbrook Pharmacy abruptly closed their doors, as it just left the "chain" pharmacies. I am absolutely pleased with Badals' professionalism, timeliness and caring customer service. Like another review stated, you feel like "you've known him for years", he really sincerely cares about his customers! I've been going there for a couple years now, and am pleased to see his business has grown steadily so I know he'll b3 around for a long while!! The best thing about his pharmacy is their efficiency. I think the longest I've been there (when he's extremely busy) is ten minutes, as I choose to wait for my medications to be filled. In the other "chain pharmacies", despite being told it would take 30 or 45 minutes, it always seemed I'd have to go back in at least twice to be told that my medications would still be another "15 minutes". Being I have to fill my medications monthly.... Having Badal at Village Pharmacy has been a "BREATHE OF FRESH AIR".... I have referred several friends here, and Highly Recommend his pharmacy!
