Great outdoor area with indoor outdoor bar seating! Fun!

Large pub and restaurant with quaint outdoor seating and huge indoor seating arrangements, including large bar area and multiple large televisions throughout the establishment. Service was excellent and food was served hot and in a timely manner. Large beer selections and food choices.

Great space if you're hanging out with a group of friends or co-workers. The long patio seating area and outdoor tables are especially good for that when the weather is nice. Decent draft beer selection (although heavy on IPAs). Food is pretty standard pub fare at average Asheville prices, but the fries are really good (coating is what makes them note worthy). Smashed chicken sandwich and Village Burger (double burger) both were good. Service is good. Would go back.

We stayed in the Biltmore area of Asheville and found this outstanding sports bar just across the way from our hotel. TV's all over the place with multiple games going. The place is super clean, the service is excellent and the food is good. Standard bar food with a solid selection of craft beers. Highly recommended!

Mike Fitch from Salem Ohio stopped in and will definitely be back here.

YOU want sports: THE Best Sports Bar in town! (22 big screen televisions, three huge overhead garage doors, beautiful outdoor area with seating too). YOU want local beer and domestic beers on tap, Village Pub has it all! Twenty Four beers on tap, and can/bottled beer available too. YOU want huge/open floor plan with plenty of space and room, Village Pub is perfect! Outstanding customer service by management and servers. B. Day was our bartender and she was attentive, personable and informative with the city recommendations. The Village Pub is a MUST experience when here in town for everyone. You will love this venue. Food is tasty too...

We had a great meal at Village Pub. We both had different burgers, which they have quite a few to choose from. Loved the open air inside when the sun was beating outside! Didn't get a picture of them but I loved the fries and Dad sauce.

    What a waste. $16 fish & chips.

They're not going broke on the fish & chips for $16 and barely warm. Usually we hang out here a few days a week after work. Guess we'll be sticking to Hilman's.

We desperately needed a sports pub in East Asheville and it has all your sports pub food favorites and more. Like wings, burgers, fries, Philly cheesesteaks, veggie dogs and burgers as a bonus too! I love the big u shaped bar and the garage style doors to open everything up to the patio area. Great indoor outdoor area. It's right across from French Broad brewing and down the street from Hillman and Catawba. There is a nice group of places to hop between if you want to hit multiple places. There is a space upstairs for events with an additional bar. It's fairly new and feels like they have worked out the majority of the kinks after being open for a few months now. The food is good and the bar service is quick. It is very open which feels great having the doors all open and having fresh air flowing through the space. If you're feeling a sports pub this place is the best spot for it on the east side. There was an unfortunate miscommunication to the staff, kitchen and management regarding an allergy. We were told one thing and it was sadly not true. I believe the staff is coming up to speed. I hope they stress this as a priority to get right as they become established. If it weren't for that I would have given 5 stars.

Will not go there again. Should have stayed at Hillmans. Bartenders were awful. Go to Hillmans where you are treated well!

It's good; pricey for what it is. Definitely a tourist location making money off the Biltmore name.

Came for the Hard cider on tap! Friendly staff and surrounding crowd. Casual spot to watch a game or bring your laptop for some work.

The outdoor seating area is spacious and fun with old cars turned into self imposed selfie stations (guilty as charged) and a haven for sticker placements. Bartenders were great once served. However, on NYE you would think that both bars would be open?!? Having a huge line deterred me from getting another beer.

This year...thus far...this has been my favorite brewery...and I say that having visited many…read morebreweries across several states...and today is December 3, 2025... Burial is so unique in that they brew something special every week. Stop by each Wednesday to find out what's new. What I love here is that for their special brew...they serve and charge per ABV...so if it's higher alcohol...you end up paying more. Other brews are by the pint. It's all good though...everyone gets looked after. On to another matter...the food. The food here is friggin delicious. I recommend the smash burger or the wings. The turkey sandwich is also great. A good lunch will cost $25/pp. Stop by the retail store and pick up a few cans of local recent brew to take home. A 4-Pack will cost no less than $24. Remember...every Wednesday they have something new and unique to sell...and it will sell out within 4 days.
