Even though there are not a lot of rides here at Adventureland, I still enjoy walking through it. This themed land was created to resemble the remote jungles of Africa, Asia and South America. The Jungle Cruise has been here since the park opened and is a classic. Indiana Jones Adventure is one of my favorite rides and is the main attraction here at Adventureland. It is sandwiched in between Jungle Cruise and the Adventureland Treehouse. The Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room is also a classic that has been here at Disneyland for some time. Adventureland is one of the smaller themed lands at Disneyland. They have a number of food and drinks options. The Tiki Juice Bar is the most popular because they sell the Pineapple Dole Whip soft-serve and floats. It has been a must for me to order one of these ever since I was a kid coming to Disneyland. They are perfect during the hot summers at Disney. Order on the mobile app to avoid the long lines. Bengal Barbecue has a selection of skewers that you can order as a snack or on a plate as a combo. If you want more of a healthy option. right next to the Jungle Cruise is a fruit stand that sells whole fruits like oranges and apples.. I personally like coming here when I need a break from all the junk food that I usually eat.

Are you ready for an adventure? Because this is a great place to start! Lots of fun rides, including the jungle Cruise Indiana Jones, and more! This is also the home of the tiki hut, which is a fabulous place to take a break and have a dull whip. Lots of good places to eat and shop right here. Clean fun, friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic.

Out of all the rides in Disneyland our 8 year old was most excited to ride the Indiana Jones Adventure! She rode with daddy and had an absolute blast! I was jealous since it's my favorite ride, but stayed with our sleeping baby. Next time! The ride next to it is the Jungle Cruise, a classic for all ages! I went up the stairs to tour what it would be like to live in the Adventureland Treehouse with my both my daughters since it's for all ages. My favorite part were the realistic sounds and movements of the wild animals like the moving ostrich and of course the beautiful waterfall outside! I would definitely recommend visiting Adventure Land! We'll be back to see the classic, Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room! Whenever I think of it, I start singing the tropical birds song haha! I think our 8 month old would absolutely love it, it's for all ages!! And I cannot believed we forgot to get a Dole Whip from Tiki Juice Bar! Is it even a Disney trip without it!? SYOY! :-)

You can get to Adventureland from Main Street U.S.A at Disneyland. It's a relatively small area, but some of my favorite rides are in Adventureland. My family enjoys the Indiana Jones Adventure, when it's not broken, and the jungle cruise. On our last Disneyland visit during the Halloween Half Marathon, Indiana Jones ride broke over 10+ times in just two days! We got several lightning lane multi-ride experience tickets. The Jungle Cruise is a lot of fun. You'll encounter a variety of "Wildlife" during the boat tour and lots of funny jokes too! The wait time usually averages around 30 minutes for the stand-by queue. There is no lightning lane for this ride in Disneyland. If you wanted to experience other activities, the Adventureland Treehouse just recently reopened up. You'll get to climb a flight of stairs, and discover the wonders inside the treehouse! There are some really good viewing spots of the theme park from the tree as well! There is also a show at Adventureland, Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room! Disneyworld also has a similar show at Magic Kingdom. During the show, you'll enjoy an audio-animatronics singing birds! It's a lot of fun. The show usually last 15 minutes! There are over 225 choreographed Audio-Animatronic performers! There are a few dining locations inside Adventureland -The Tropical Hideaway -Tropical Imports -Tiki Juice Bar -Bengal Barbecue Shopping is limited to one store, the Adventureland Bazaar. There are a lot of great options inside the store though such as apparel, gifts, accessories, and seasonal items! Every Disneyland visit, we try to at least ride Indiana Jones and the Jungle Cruise once! Food is just okay in the Adventureland area. The Pineapple Dole Whip is the best though!

Best land in the park hands down. Between the Indiana Jones ride, the safari shop and jungle river cruise and also the food options, this is just the best area at Disneyland. The bengal skewers are a good meal and you can get the sauce on the side if you're on a strict diet (which can be hard to follow at the parks!) The safari store is very big and has lots of exclusive Lion King merch. One of my favourites!

Animal / safari themed part of Disneyland. There's lots of tiki's and has an outdoorsy feel to everything. Good food offerings at the Bengal barbecue, the Tiki Juice and the tropical hideaway. Main attractions like Indiana jones and the jungle cruise. Oh and I can't forget Tarzan's treehouse.

Adventureland features various attractions such as the Enchanted Tiki Room, Indiana Jones, Jungle Cruise, and the new refurbished tree house. Additionally, they have quick service food options such as Bengal BBQ or my favorite - Tropical Imports. Love a Disney pickle or mango slices with Tajin. Also, there is Adventureland Bazaar for all your shopping needs. They do sell Trader Sam's merchandise if you want to jazz up your wardrobe before you have a cocktail at the famous tiki bar. This is definitely a fun land to explore your next Disney trip! One last thing, as you near Indiana Jones, look out for my friend the Little Man of Disneyland Patrick! He lives in the treehouse nestled at the bottom of the main tree. Tell him I said hi!

Put on your pith helmet, and set course for adventure... Adventureland that is. Adventureland is one of the smaller lands, yet it packs a lot of greatness in the small space. Rides are limited to Jungle Cruise and Indian Jones. Jungle Cruise is a boat ride. Skippers have a corny joke for everything. See such wonders as the back side of water, and hippos blowing bubbles. Indian Jones takes riders on some of the famous archeologist's adventures. Adventureland is also the home of the Enchanted Tiki Room. Watch birds, flowers and Tiki sing and put on a show. It's just as corny as the Jungle Cruise. That is part of what makes it so good. Originally opened in the 1960's, one of the things that makes this attraction so great is that it is much unchanged. There is also a tree house. Originally modeled after the Swiss Family Robinson, the tree house was later changed to be Tarzan themed. On our last visit, the tree house was closed for renovations. The tree house is reverting back to a Swiss Family Robinson Tree House. Shopping and dining in Adventureland are unique within the park. The Bazaar has goods reflective of the land's rides and attractions. The shop is made to look like a bazaar from Aladdin or Indian Jones. The Tiki Juice bar in front of the Enchanted Tiki Room is app purchases only. Located behind the Tiki Room is the Tropical Hideaway. The Tropical Hideaway takes cash and cards. Their menu includes Dole Whip and bao buns. Across from Indian Jones is Bengal Barbecue. Bengal Barbecue serves barbecued skewers. This is one of the healthier options in the park.

A jungle cruise? Indiana Jones adventure? There are so many great rides here. We loved all of the interactive portions of the rides.

    Denise W.

Indiana Jones is the best ride here. Line up maybe long but definitely worth it. You can even come and visit Tarzan's tree house. Long walk though. Its located inside Disneyland.

Now I have new requirements and it's not so easy I have epilepsy, fibromyalgia and some other things that prevent me from being in lines or around large crowds so standing in one guest services line for an extended period each day to get accommodations doesn't make sense. The app is also not very user friendly for getting a membership for exactly the same price as a 6month season pass. If you pay one price you should get the same benefits so in my opinion whether you pay in full or monthly it should be annual membership. Considering Disneyland is every child's dream to go I think dreams should come true for children of any age group as well as any working class, family or single parent could afford!! Disneyland does not disappoint, everything is amazing and magical, but it's incredibly expensive. The rides are all different and interesting and they do cute themes all the time especially the holidays, but the prices are outrageous! I highly recommend reserving your lightning lane for guardians as quickly as possible and pushing it out to later in the day or before your park hopping because the ride lines are insanely short in the early morning and lightning lane fills up so quickly for it. The Radiator springs racers are one of the longest lines in this park and rightly so. If you just do single riders it moves so much faster and I highly recommend because paying for a single use lighting lane for a specific ride is crazy to me but to each their own. ‍ For food they have amazing food festivals and a magic key terrace with some of the best Osso Bucco I've had and I'm not just saying that. The percentage of negative reviews is probably not a blip on the great scheme of things. People always writes reviews when something negative happens but when things go right majority of people dont. You go here and expect madness. Kids everywhere, crowds, etc. You want tranquil all to yourself feel and vibes, go vacation to a remote island somewhere. This is for the kids. Plenty of things to do. The water slides are enough to keep kids having fun for a while. For added fees there are other optional activities but seems more geared toward younger kids. so why 4 out of 5 stars? Because I've been to the one in northern california (manteca). This property seems older. More crowded, and just doesnt have the same lodge vibes. There simply isnt the same WOW factor as the Manteca location. There is no parking garage in Manteca but instead a vast land of parking spaces. So the Lodge just commands attention and shows you are about to enter something grand. Here they use a parking structure and although efficient it just doesnt give of same vibes. The "Grand Lobby" here is also just meh. The area and space seems so fragmented and doesnt have a good flow. The manteca location is structured so well. You walk in from the main entrance and you are really in a Grand Lobby with the towering fireplace. Here its off to the side and now filled with arcade games. That fireplace is usually the photo spot for families in Manteca. Here you really dont have that. People have said the waterpark itself is better here. If it is, I didn't notice it too much. It isn't that much better to really matter. The wave pool here definitely is stronger which is very cool. But the lazy river, and everything else seems on par. I believe they have an extra attraction with the surf/wake board simulator. So IMO, the Manteca location is better overall. But this is a much better location being in SoCal with lots of other things to do here. While Manteca is basically nothing but Great Wolf Lodge.

Details below. -parking was easy. -room check in at the kiosk was easy. -the kiosk printed our wristbands out. -I got a text with our room number about 30 min later (I would have preferred no wait, but it was the busy check in time). -we went to dinner at BJs down the road, no wait, very good 2 family dinner. Great M-F deals. -my kids did the high ropes course and liked it. We hit the arcade for about 15 minutes, they didn't really like it (but it's under construction, they were moving machines up into the lobby). -I brought chocolate croissants and muffins, we ate bfast in the room. The rooms have large mini fridges, there's a small microwave where the ice machines are on each floor, there's a good enough weird coffee machine in each room. -we loaded our regular bags into the car, checked out of our of the room at 9:40, got into the line for the pool. -got plenty of chairs together for the adults. -my advice: you do not needs chairs for each kid, especially older kids. They stop by, sit, and bounce. Most people eat at the tables, there are signs that people can only sit at tables for 30 min, we never had a problem eating at tables (it's so much easier). Don't waste a bunch of chairs on kids who never use them.... -the bar drinks at the pool were very very good. the Bloody Mary was the best one I've ever had. Yep. We had a mango pineapple rum drink that was so good, not too sweet at all. -every staff member we encountered was on point, very helpful and kind. -I charged everything using my wristband, very easy. CONS: -I've been several times. In my option, the pizza place is the only food worth getting when you are at the pool. The Bucket food place in the pool area is just not good, it's very cafeteria and expensive. -I saw about 15 people slip and fall, mostly near the life jacket stand outside the wave pool. Like full on hard falls. An employee has a floor squeegee, but it's pretty useless. Even people walking slipped. -the headboards in the renovated rooms are pretty bad and dangerous. They have posts spaced out like 5 inches that have right-edge corners, so, sharp. And the pillows are not enough and not fluffy. When you lean back, your head slams into those pillar posts. My daughter's head went right between two posts so she hit both sides of her head on the posts. I hit my head too. Who the hell thought that was a great design? After that issue, I noticed all the hard corners on everything in the room. My kids are older now, but parents or younger kids, take note.
