It was a smoky day due to Canadian wildfires, so I sat inside instead of out on their nice looking patio and ordered cheese garlic bread and a large sausage pizza. I enjoyed the cheese garlic bread. It was a very thick piece of bread that was crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside. I'd gladly get it again. The pizza was good, not great. I appreciated the crispy edges from the oven it's cooked in, but something about it didn't wow me. It was so thin that I ate more than I probably should in a single sitting. I'd likely try something else if/when I come back to experience the patio. Shout-out to Rosie. She was an awesome waitress and I actually called back to confirm her name so I could mention it specifically in my review.

The pizza itself had great balance, crispy crust on the bottom, soft inside, and sturdy enough to hold each slice without flopping. The sauce stood out in a good way, well-seasoned with a nice depth of flavor and the cheese coverage was generous without being greasy. The meat coverage was generous. What I appreciated most was that it tasted fresh and intentional, not mass-produced. Even as carryout, it held up really well by the time we got it back to the hotel. If you're in Brookfield and want dependable, flavorful pizza for a night in, Jimano's is a strong option. I'd order again.
