Service was top notch. The food was beautiful and delicious. Everyone loved their meal and dessert. I recommend the carrot cake.

Come for the views, not for the food. I may be an anomaly, but I really did not have a great experience here. To start, the staff was not friendly at all. They even looked pretty annoyed most of the time. I dined with a large party, so I got to try many different things, not one dish stood out as impressive to me except for the desserts which were phenomenal. We split a bunch of small dishes to begin the meal and they were alright, but nothing special. I enjoyed the beets and Brussel sprouts, and thought the pea pods had a weird flavor. They were all very small in size. For my main course, I splurged on the lobster risotto - very bad choice. I am pretty open minded when it comes to trying new dishes but this was really bad! The lobster was way overcooked and rubbery. The risotto was mushy and had 0 flavor. I would NOT recommend this dish. The highlights of the meal were the bread that came on top of the mussels - so fresh and seasoned well. And, the creme brûlée and carrot cake desserts. Highly recommend giving the carrot cake a try.

What a great experience. The food was delightful, and the service was friendly and attentive. we enjoyed several snack plates as well as several small plates. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of most.

Great taste, but small portions. Chianti-flavorless and vodka martini-watered down were not great. Jumbo lump crab cake, Grilled Spanish meatballs, Grilled octopus, pappardelle with ragu were all 5/5.

Update - a year after. The service is still excellent, and the food is still creative. During summer, the outside seating area is open, and it looks great It makes the entire restaurant look spacious and adds light. It seems that, like everything else recently, prices have gone up, and this restaurant now has become pretty expensive. But there's value, and we felt we still got our money's worth. The food tastes great, and it also looks great! Note that some items on the menu are going to be on the smaller side as it relates to portions, so worth finding out before ordering.

Sat in the "window". Nice compromise on a warm night between inside and outside. No Happy Hour since 2020 which is a bit of a disappointment. The $9 white wine from Italy was surprisingly refreshing. It's nice to be able to get smaller tastes also. Loved the cauliflower, beet salad (small portion) and The pear and burrata salad (perfect!). Great service. Will be back next week!

When we come to Beavercreek, Vin 48 always is part of the vacay. I love the atmosphere and staff are always fab. I appreciate the large wine list, but I caution to check your tab. We were charged $96 for a bottle of wine when the menu said $84. I noticed another table had an issue with their tab as well. I do not feel that it is intentional and more of a housekeeping issue. The food is creative and nicely prepared. You have the option of small plates or entree which is always nice. A definite must go

Loved being able to experience dining in a yurt. We we're able to walk here from the resort we we're staying at which was also super convenient for us. If we needed assistance at all, all we had to do was pull a light switch that would let them know we needed something. Our server was pretty attentive though so we only used the light once. Started with a bunch of different entree's but I only tried Three Cheese Agnolotti which was delicious. Had to google Agnolotti before I ordered it though. For dinner I had one of the specials which was the pork chop. Super yummy and cooked just right. I would say my favorite part was definitely the dessert though. We ordered the carrot cake, warm brownie with ice cream and tiramisu. Definitely a cool experience to check out if you're staying in Avon,Colorado.

A bit pricey, but what isn't in the area. It's a good alternative to the restaurants in the beaver creek resort area.

Price: Expect standard Vail pricing for high-end cocktails, with most drinks ranging between $16-$20. Customer Service: The service was fantastic. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient; even though we stayed for quite a while to catch up, we felt welcomed and well-attended to the entire night. Atmosphere This spot has a cool, welcoming vibe that feels very safe. It's the kind of environment where you can really settle in and enjoy the company you're with. The Drinks I ordered the Sangre del Sol. The flavor was amazing, though be warned it is very strong! It's an excellent choice if you enjoy a cocktail with a serious kick, but I ended up letting my friend finish mine after a few sips. Overall Experience I highly recommend Root & Flower for a beautiful setting and top-tier service. Pro Tip: A huge bonus for this location is the parking! You can park for free after 3 PM at the S. Frontage Rd. East garage right nearby. I'll definitely be back!

The place inside is small, but its still spacious enough that you're not crammed against the other tables. From the moment you're walking up to the place it calls your attention cause its located in the historic Gold Pan Saloon. And the decor inside follows that rustic saloon winery vibes with barrel decors and a crazy ceiling design. They have a great bar area for tastings or a glass of wine as well. I opted for the wine flight, which was great. It included 3 different types of red wines and they were each delicious. My fav was the cabernet franc. It was the best of the 3 for me. For food we went with the Red Rocker charcuterie board and it was great. They pick the 2 cheeses and 2 proteins, which are a rotating selection, along with pickled veggies and a spread with homemade wine tortilla chips. What I love about it is that you can tell the board is freshly made when it's ordered. I was also able to try a piece of the bruschetta with Poached Figs, Whipped Goat Cheese, Honey & Pine Nuts and it was to die for. If goat cheese is your thing, do not skip out on this one. The whipped cheese is crazy, Amazing texture and flavor. We stopped by a couple of days later for a glass of wine and it was packed but they were nice enough to let us stand on the side enjoying a glass till a seat opened up at the bar. I got a glass of their "house red" which is divine. Great body and perfectly balanced. And did I mention it's only $10?!? Totally worth it. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

The Lookout bar is located in The Westin and on the top floor with stunning views. We were first greeted by the host Hal who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I noticed Hal walking through the bar checking on guests and also assisting the servers as needed with drink and food orders. We were seated at the window which had stunning views of the local village and mountain. Our servers John and Augustina were excellent. They never left us waiting for service and continuously checked in on us. We ordered dirty martinis which were served nice and cold. The only negative about the martinis would be the glasses are smaller than what martinis at most other places would be served in so it is simply a smaller serving. However, the wine was a generous pour. For bites, we ordered the Pimento Cheese which was served warm with baguette. So tasty. The beef + blue toasts. This was okay but not our favorite. The burrata salad. Very refreshing and delicious. Since we were not staying at the Weston and had to valet, they were kind enough to validate our ticket. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a drink and experience the beautiful views and delicious drinks and small bites.
