Elderflower Orange and Borsao Red. Pande Cristal y Mantequilla de Pimento. Short Rib Piperrada. All delicious.

Aritza is a lovely recent addition to the restaurants at Beaver Creek. We ate here on a Saturday evening 6/15 and were able to enjoy outside dining overlooking the plaza. The food and service were excellent. The Short Rib Piperrada included palenta that was seasoned and with a better texture than any I had before. The other items on the plate had lovely spice and seasonings. Some many good things going on with this dish. Our server was Grecia H. She was friendly, and spent some time with us discussing the food and answering our questions. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

    Olives and anchovies- delicious!

A gem of a find in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Word of mouth took us to visit on a Friday night for tapas and flamenco dancing! A wonderful experience.

Excellent food at new spot in BC. We come several weekends a year to BC. Had paella, shrimp skewers, and calamari. All were delicious.

And to stumble upon this chic and inconspicuous cocktail bar in the busy downtown was something I wasn't expecting and became a treat after a nice stroll through the town after dinner in my hotel room. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was at the place where my heart was calling for. There were two gents at the bar and one of them warmly greeted me and said I could sit anywhere I would like. I hence picked one of the bar seats. Except one table that was occupied by a couple I was the only one. I appeared to have picked the right time; I had the whole bar to myself (eventually though, several different groups of people streamed in; only a few of them sat at the bar close to me. The bar was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a little over 10 people.) Jeremy, who greeted me upon arrival, was a super host. As soon as I explained that wine is my usual got-to, he said he could mix and match reds and whites to create a "flight" based on what I had told him as to my likings. His extensive explanations as to what sorts of reds and whites the bar offers/serves was (of course) all in his memory. His eloquent speech with no filler words truly impressed me; he sure is a wine connoisseur. What he picked for me were... -2024 Pepiere "Les Gras Moutons" (Muscadet) -Kobal "Bajta", Hazole Belo (aka Orange Wine) -Sandlands "Red Table Wine (Lodi Red Blend) With his wealth of knowledge, after giving him only a hint of what I liked, what Jeremy selected for me to sample/sip was a superb choice. All of them were world-class excellence with elegance and beauty. I carefully and slowly sipped each one little by little to truly immerse myself in the art of wine. Yes, wine is a piece of art for sure. I think I said it correctly at the beginning of this review. This is a cocktail bar with variety of spirits which Jeremy could easily concoct just about anything from gin-based one to vodka-based one to tequila-based ones to whiskey-based one to name several. For those who don't drink, their zero-proof section also has something interesting to browse and choose. Not to mention, rotating pilsner or IPA on tap to name a few from the beer section as well. If you need a little bite to eat, their (changing) food menu has a good number of New American-style plates. The bar originally opened in a different building back in 2015 (I believe). They moved to the current location in 2019. They also offer various different classes so you can expand/extend your knowledge. So for your next foodie vacation in Vail, make sure to include Root & Flower in your list.

Overall a very good vibe and very inviting to hang out. Service: Friendly and fast Food: Menu is definitely a step above your classic bar food, I got a sandwich special and steak tips. The sandwich was a grilled cheese croissant that included smoked gouda and balsamic reduction and it was really good. The steak tips were okay, decent flavor, a little chewy, maybe because they were cut so small? Value: Total after tip was $30ish for a 'just right' portion so may a little over valued. Overall this place was such a good vibe with chill staff and good food.

This place is super cute, the people working were all friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered drinks for happy hour (my husband got a beer and I got sangria-so good). We both liked our meals a lot! I totally wanted to try the peanut butter pie for dessert but they were all out so next time I'll have to get some for sure! Check this place out yall!

The winery is on one end of Main Street, and has patio seating (there was live music outside), as well as an interior tasting room. Right off the bat, we didn't think either of the people working were overly friendly, and didn't really make us feel overly welcome. We decided to do two flights of red wine - kind of insane to me that a flight was $40, thank god we had a 2 for 1 discount. The other people in my party also said they'd give the experience a 2 or 3 stars - price was unbelievably expensive (especially when you can go down the street at Carboy and do a flight for half the price). No one was impressed by the service either - for a flight, I'd expect a little more background and explanation of the wines, but the person came and dropped off beakers of all the wine with a quick explanation then left it up to us to pour our own wines. The wines themselves were nothing spectacular either, two from Colorado and two from California grapes (I think) - we liked the blend but that was about it. Unfortunately would not recommend this place to others or come back.

I ordered the beet salad with a side of grilled chicken. There was literally one cup of salad with less than a beet and a samll amount of goat cheese. For the price, I expected at least enough to make a meal out of it. It tasted fine but lacked ingredients. My friend ordered the fried calamari sandwich. I tried this and while it was tasty, it was mostly bread and the calamari was heavily coated, almost like a tempura calamari. It is unfortunate because the location is excellent, and they seem to have invested a lot of money in the space. I hope that they will take these comments and adapt.
