He brought us drinks and explained how to take a card off our table, write your name on it and check what kind of rice you want, White, Brown or Fried Rice and lay it on your tray and to go on up to the counter to pick out our food. Our friends explained how the Mongolian Grill worked. You go through the line and pick out what you want in your Yummy Bowl. There's veggies, fruits and noodles, then you choose which of the uncooked proteins that you want in your bowl. There is Lamb, Pork, Dark Meat Chicken, White Meat Chicken, Salmon, Shrimp, Clams, Crab. Then you can pick out any seasonings if you want them. Last, you pick out 2 or more sauces that you want and put them into small ramekins, set them on your tray, and they cook your food on the grill. They bring the cooked bowl to your table! The food was so fresh and cooked perfectly. Anything that you can't finish, you are allowed to take it in a takeout box. Our dinner was absolutely delicious!
