Tl dr: some of the best thin crust pizza around! This place is CASH ONLY and is hidden in the back of The Bubbler bar in Bay View. My husband is so in love with this pizza, we got it late night on our wedding night! The thin crust is the perfect ratio of crunch and flaky and the pizza sauce is zesty without adding too much as to make everything soggy. We usually get ours with extra cheese which gets things pretty greasy, but that's our own fault! You have fairly basic toppings there, so no arugula or pesto-based pizzas for you here. Just good, traditional, thin crust slices of goodness. I don't know who Vinichi was, but he was masterful dough dude. We usually always get the cheesy garlic bread as well and do a simple takeout order where we socially distance, grab and go. I've seen some mention about less than impressed reviews of the sandwiches - I've never tried them because it's CALLED VINICHI'S PIZZA. They know what they're good at. But I'll try a sandwich soon just to see! Bet it's great portions and delicious, too!

I stopped here for a sandwich for one reason and that is that the menu says char broiled sandwich's and I love the flavor of char broiled meat. Ok I drove past this place two times and I couldn't find a pizza place and only a bar called bubblers so I'm completely confused so I call and ask where are they located and I was told inside of bubblers. I sit at the bar with a beer and ordered my cheesesteak sandwich and I'm sitting there and sitting for 35 minutes for a sandwich, seriously because its basically a dam cheeseburger. I order the steak and cheese that is $11 but I juice it up with garlic bread spread, onions and mushrooms that got my sandwich up to $14 now. The sandwich is big weighing in at 1 pound and 9 ounces by the way so your warned. For char broiled I thought that I don't smell it like you do when you open a whopper sandwich with that grilled smell, you smell the grilled odor. I taste a nibble of the meat and no char broiled flavor so I open the sandwich up and no grill marks either so the menu is a lie and the only reason that I stopped by, seriously. The cheesesteak sandwich is really just a beef patty and not a real cheesesteak in any way so don't let the menu fool you. The cheesesteak sandwich has tons of mozzarella by the way. As I'm eating the sandwich I thought it was ok and just a glorified cheeseburger for the most part and in no way a $14 sandwich at all but the garlic spread did make it better. Yah I'm one and done with this place because the menu is false advertisement for the sandwich that I had and definitely over priced for what you get and you don't even get the pickle and chips like the menu state's, really???.

Located inside the Bubbler is a pizza you will truly enjoy! The sauce is a deep thick red sauce, with just the right amount of spices. The crust is crispy EVEN in the middle!! But the cheese... Wow! It's by far the most cheese we have EVER enjoyed on a pizza and garlic bread. Also wanted to add this is the first pizza we have ever eaten and neither of us got heartburn! True story! It's definitely a bar but the food is by far the BEST! Definitely give it a try! Oh they DO NOT accept credit cards. It's cash ONLY. The supreme was C,S,M,O,GP, pepperoni was 29.00 And then a C,S,M,O 23.00 before tax But again it was worth every penny!!!!

Delicious thin crust pizza! I've heard lots of good things about Vinchi's pizza, and I'm glad to say it lived up to the hype! If you like thin crust pizza you should check it out. The crust is thin and crispy all the way through. The sauce is slightly sweet with a spicy zest. We had sausage and pepperoni toppings. It was perfect! If you're looking for "fancy" toppings, this may not be for you. You may have heard or read... Cash only! They're in the back of a bar called the Bubbler. That pizza is dangerously hot when they bring it! They warn you! I'm not a fan of cheesy garlic bread, but theirs is good and I'm sure it saved me from painful burns to the roof of my mouth from the molten pizza. We also shared a "steak" sandwich because I heard great things about it, and the pork chop sandwich. The "steak" sandwich was really chopped steak, or hamburger with canned mushrooms, but it was delicious. It was huge and only $10. Looking forward to a return visit.

Once again, this place gave me a top notch pizza. Unbeatable! After multiple visits and multiple happy pizza times, it happened again. I just want to let you know how great this experience is. Bring cash. Don't be afraid. Come hungry.

Make sure to wash your hands before you eat. Cash is filthy. Yeah. Cash only, son. You know what that means. Tax evasion. Higher profit margins. Reinvestment in pizza. And friendship. Maybe a little of that old-fashioned, late-night, "I'll pay this if you give me that and you don't say anything." Maybe put this in your pocket and type that in the register and we're all square. Maybe you meet me in the alley with 5 pizzas and I'll give you that muntjac you've had your eye on. [Reference: http://bit.ly/1HSBxom & http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muntjac ] To get pizza this good, you need to get involved with people who make high-quality backroom deals within Milwaukee's vibrant underground economy. Here's an insider tip for squares and/or rubes: When a bartender or service industry type of any sort gives you something for free, give them the money for it anyway. Quietly. Especially if you are a repeat customer. That's the signal. [Well, one such signal. This is only a hint/tip.] You're still getting a deal. Your bill, with tip, is still lower than if they hadn't given you something for free. But now you've responded properly to the secret sign. Things will begin slowly from there. Maybe. Never ask. Never push it. They will invite you if you are chosen. That is all. So yeah, awesome pizza, albeit a touch higher in price than some competitors. But they don't want to hand their pizza through a half-door to just anyone. You gotta be liquid, holding, and in the back of a bar. The pizza is great and it's huge. I promise you'll love it. I always like to support cash only establishments. You know whomever instituted a cash policy has some things going on. Things. Plus, they are creative thinkers. Maybe instead of cash, they'll take your framed Favre & Rodgers rookie cards. Maybe it's a totally legit business model. But I bet you could do some swindling and charming and maybe create your own pie without the upcharge. With that smile? Golly. Make sure to wash your hands before you eat. That cash is filthy.

This old school, family owned restaurant is very much a neighborhood classic that has stood the test of time. The thin crust is the perfect base for the amazingly tangy Italian sauce. The toppings are generously portioned, and the pizza (available in 12" & 14") is cut into squares, which make it all too easy to eat more! We started with the fried mushrooms and eggplant, which were very generously sized. Our table of four barely made a dent. The breading on both was great, trapping in the heat, flavors and firmness of the veggies. The eggplant especially, which in my experience can be mushy, was excellent. I loved how it was served with lemon wedges. The tartness of the lemon mixed with the zest of the marinara sauce made the eggplant something I could have eaten just by itself. The restaurant has a bar area first, then a dining room adjacent. The tables here are packed in pretty tight. We ended up at a corner table, and could bump elbows with the people sitting next to us. Still, everyone was respectful of each other's space and no issues were had. Our servers maneuvered through effortlessly and quickly.

Every time I go, I always think, "They come to take orders or simply check on us the perfect amount"--I know they want to ensure I've got everything I need but they don't feel overbearing (this is regarding servers or the bartender). Finally, I order the same thing each time: garden salad with house Italian dressing and the special pizza (sausage, mushroom, onion). Salad is crisp and the pizza is consistent--the best.

I love the location of this restaurant, a cozy little nook set apart from the business of downtown but still so accessible! With events happening at the fiserv and new music venue in the deer district, it was a welcome reprieve from the action. The restaurant itself is lively but chill - is there a word for that!? lol very laid back, friendly and informed staff. We were able to snag a seat at the bar which was great - it's probably got 12-15 seats. Full dinner service too! My husband got a mezcal old fashioned (not on the menu) and I got a spicy margarita. Both were great! As for food, the menu is eclectic, but everything looks and tasted great! We got 2 appetizers, the bruschetta and stuff pepper - both were delish!! And then we shared the braised beef risotto topped off the night with a spirit free strawberry Fresca & churros (SO GOOD). Great experience for deciding last minute and getting a walk in spot.

The drink menu features plenty of specialty cocktails, and I took our server's recommendation and ordered the Whisky Paloma, which was an excellent choice. I loved the chili dust along the rim. If you like pizza, they have an interesting selection featuring ingredients such as peaches, figs, and bacon. It was hard to decide, but I ended up ordering the Burrata pizza with grilled peaches, arugula, and honey. It was very good and would have been even better with a few more grilled peaches. I also ordered the grilled octopus because, if it's on the menu, I just have to try it. It was very good, along with the accompanying roasted potatoes. I prefer my octopus well grilled and firm, and this preparation was a bit softer than I would have liked. We finished with the tiramisu, which was a little disappointing. It was both very cold, as though it had just been thawed, and a bit soggy. Service: The service was very good throughout the evening. We were seated right away, and our server did a nice job of getting us settled in. The drinks and food arrived surprisingly quickly, and we felt well attended to throughout the meal. Thanks, Robert! Atmosphere: The building is a gem, with old brick on the outside and a modern, relaxing design on the inside. There is a foyer where guests are greeted and can wait for their tables. The wood wall treatments and lighting are inventive and upbeat. The many hard surfaces make the acoustics a bit loud, but we were still able to have a conversation comfortably. Overall, it was a very good experience. With a bit more attention to some of the final touches on the food, this could have been an even better experience. We would enjoy coming back again.

We have ordered garlic knots, cheese pizza and the margherita pizza multiples times- summer of 2025 however, now we can clearly conclude that they have downgraded their service and food. Previously we had fluffy garlic knots, smothered in sauce and parmesan however now they are serving burnt pizza crust with a sprinkle of parmesan in place of what they are advertising on their website. The pizza dough was still raw and not edible. Perhaps management has changed, as their phone number and location within the building also have and the previous menu is no longer offered which supports this theory. We did order close to closing time and inquired whether it was too late to place an order however they proceeded to take our order regardless. We would have been more satisfied if they had let us know it was too late and they would not be able to provide the quality service we had been given before. Upset to say that we will no longer be ordering from brute, they have officially lost their game.
