i wish i could leave 0 stars. i ordered a pizza in the store today. i looked at their coupon book and it had a 14 inch 1 topping for 15.99 i ordered it with mushrooms. the counter girl says its 16.99 and t he booklet is out dated. i say well its your coupon ,why do you have out dated ones on the counter, and she says well that it needs to be updated. i mean if its old get it off the counter, or give me the adverized price ......!!! what place does that ? so the pizza. the crust is white, no color,no flavor, the cheese is white and looks like it was just steamed , no color, no flavor , if it WAS real cheese, its the worst. then the mushrooms, they are canned, no pizzeria uses canned mushrooms unlesss you ask for them in the few places that still have them. the pizza sauce???? all that can be said is that it was red,other than that it wasnt pizza sauce, at least not like any pizzeria makes it.under cooked , canned mushrooms, sauce that should not be called pizza sauce,cheese??? that ,well i dont know what , but it didnt taste like any cheese i ever had at a real pizzeria. just shy of 19 dollars and it went in the garbage can. its been decades since i ate thiers and i; never will again . if you want pizza go to lisas, balistreris, calderone, zaffiros ,fillippo's and enjoy it. they are almost the same price ( WOW) and great pie, dont make a mistake like this read more

So while walking down Brady Street.... This was one of the last places to possibly get something to eat so we stopped in and ordered inside at the window. Pizza took about 10 minutes to make The staff was pleasant... You can only purchase water or soda. There are no beers. There is one restroom which is unisex. It probably need to be cleaned but due to the large festivities over the weekend This wasn't going to happen until Sunday or Monday. There are about four to five tables. There's not much ambience except for people watching in the street. The pizza was okay not great... But for late night eats and limited options.... it was adequate. Will I go back... This pizza was so bad I don't even know where to start. The crust was weird and hard like old bread, the cheese was super gross and slimy, and the sauce tasted like ketchup mixed with sadness. I seriously almost felt bad for my mouth. Even the pepperoni looked confused about being there. I wouldn't tell anyone to eat this, not even if it was free. It's like the opposite of good pizza. The weekend had full of pre-wedding events leading up to my two friends' big wedding day. I attended wedding rehearsal and wedding rehearsal reception to fulfill my groomsman duty. Afterwards, the groomsmen and ushers ended up going out to WurstBar for late night drinks. After WurstBar, we were all hungry and wanted to eat somewhere to satisfy our hunger. We decided to order food from Zayna's Pizza which is a place that is no dine-in. For take-out, out of all the variety of food items to choose from, we ordered beef ribs, pork ribs, Philly cheesesteak, gyro, and fried chicken wings. Zayna's Pizza food items always tastes amazing and always hits the spot. Before the night ends, we are always satisfied with our choosing of Zayna's Pizza and a great way to end the night. Out of all the food items ordered, everyone's favorite food item was the fried chicken. The seasoning put on the fried chicken wings was perfect. On top of the seasoned flavor, you can feel the crunchy texture in your mouth and the moist meat inside of the chicken. It is always cooked to perfection and has a unique taste that is out-of-this world. I highly recommend ordering the fried chicken wings when you go to Zayna's Pizza. This is the late night spot my friends and I always go to whenever we are in Milwaukee. Their food is always cooked well and warm as it is brought back to my friend's apartment. The food is good I got the Hawaiian XL pie. they cut it in squares which is not really my thing but whatev. It was a lil wet and the next day leftovers were not as good as I had hoped but overall a decent slice. The pineapple felt just right and the Canadian bacon was shockingly chunky and delicious. I can't believe I've lived in Milwaukee (and on the East Side) for over a decade and this was my first time ordering from Zayna's. The online ordering system was fairly easy (although I had to use Edge instead of Firefox for some reason). I was able to set my delivery time for about 2 hours from when I ordered. There wasn't a mechanism for tipping online, but they called me about 20 minutes before the food was due and allowed me to add the tip over the phone so that I could keep contactless delivery. That was fantastic! The driver called me to let me know he was dropping off the food. The whole system was easy and seamless. Now, the food. I ordered the 21 shrimp dinner (fries, coleslaw, and a roll), the Southern Picnic (2 pieces of fried chicke of your choice, and pork or beef ribs, fries, coleslaw, and a roll) we went with the pork ribs, and the breaded mushrooms. The fries are excellent steak fries, a rarity in Milwaukee (a city that loves its skinny fries). The coleslaw was good. My shrimp were a little overcooked, but not enough to stope me from eating. The Southern Picnic was delicious. The ribs were perfect, moist, and fall off the bone with good flavor, and the fried chicken was really good. But honestly, for me, the winner were the breaded mushrooms. They are lightly breaded with Italian seasoning and fried. The mushrooms were still moist and the flavor was just the right amount of Earthy. But when you dip one into the provided marinara--holy cow! They were amazing! read more

Zayna's has improved their delivery accuracy and I've learned how to do this. Order at 0145 to 0200 on the weekend because they close at 3 am...they really want those orders to be right and quick so they can close near on time! It is a good pizza. read more

Every once in a while, when I am especially impressed by a business, I like to go back and add a second review, sort of an update. Tonight I placed a delivery order from Zayna's. Nothing fancy, just a breaded cod sandwich box. I was expecting one of those little square, dried out deals that you normally get from restaurants when you order this. Instead, I got a huge dinner of lightly breaded, delicate fresh cod on a really good quality bun, oa large serving of crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside steak fries, coleslaw, and a generous side of pickles, sliced onions, and sliced tomatoes to add to the sandwich if I wished. My order arrived at my apartment in less than half an hour, probably more like 15 minutes, so my fries and my fish were still nice and warm. All for a very reasonable price. I just can't say enough about this place! The woman who took my order on the phone and the delivery guy were both very helpful and friendly. My food was packed with care, not just thrown in as is so often the case with delivery food. Zayna's food and service never fail to impress me. I have never given someone more opportunities to succeed and have been more disappointed with the results. Never again! Everytime I order a pizza from this establishment I ask for them to cook it a little longer as the crust always arrives to me raw! Everytime! Raw, cold and gummy dough! Every single time. I ask them to make the pizza welldone and crispy and everytime it arrives UNDERCOOKED. This same situation has played out 4 or 5 times. They have replaced the pizza whenever it has happened however that's not enough, get it right the first time. I have given them many chances to get this correct. Monday night Milwaukee Quarantined in the house we decided to support a local pizza joint(one we've never been to). My wife and I have lived a mile or so away for some time but are moving even closer so thought wouldn't it be great if this place had fire pizza. We ordered our pizza, lasagna and some fries to smack on and were promptly told it would be 20-30 minutes. After hanging some pictures and carrying some extremely heavy bar stools into the new condo we realized we had better go get our food. We got there parked out front and I waited patiently to pay and was gestured to to wait a moment while they finished taking another patrons order. The food was not yet complete but I was offered to opportunity to pay and wait. After about 10 minutes food was brought to me piping hot and we wished each other a good day. We got the food home and the order was perfect... all items there a mountain of fries(appreciate the portion size for the affordable price). The pizza is not like other Milwaukee pizzas... which I totally liked. It was a bit thicker and the sauce had a nice tang to it. A lot of cheese so if you have issues with lactose maybe ask for light but was perfect for a large man like myself. Lasagna looked great too and again the portions were spot on for the price. We ended up with a coupon pamphlet which highlighted their whole menu... typically places with a menu this big don't do anything well but everything we ordered was everything you'd want for a Monday dinner. Hearty pizza, nicely fried spuds and a lasagna like momma made. Would recommend for those who don't need to have fine dining every night and are just looking for that comfort food feel. Good tasting pizza, but I've ordered pick up twice during Covid and both times the servers were not wearing their mask. This most recent time I walked in on the server eating food while her mask was resting on her chin. She didn't wash her hands or use sanitizer between eating and swiping my debit card. I would suggest adding an additional 15 minutes to whatever time staff tell you that the pizzas will be ready. I've always had to wait longer. read more

All because we had to throw it in the pizza oven to cook it more. 3. After 4 phone calls they said they would give a 5$ credit on the next order, when we clearly paid more than 5$ for the pizza. 4. Then instead of just honoring there mistake and bringing us a new pizza, they wanted to pick up the pizza that was uncooked! Happy customer since 1990. But, recently, deliveries have been so messed up, it's almost like being pranked! We ordered a Greek salad with two Tzatziki sauces; we got two italian sauces. French fries no loner come with ketchup, even when asked for. I ordered jalapenos with marinara sauce; instead of the wonderful deep fried jalapenos, they sent a small cup of raw, sliced jalapeno peppers! Their food is still rather good: ribs, gyros, pasta. Born and raised in MKE so I was excited to try Zaynas. Heard it was some of the best pizza in MKE but I was greatly disappointed. Their pizza is like a frozen rising crust and is too chewy. Their garlic bread with cheese is just overwhelmingly topped with melted cheese. Their breadsticks are pretty good. Other than that would not eat their food. 4/10 would not recommend. read more

I called to complain and the said the cooks said they couldnt cook it more, and i had to send them a picture of proof that it wasn't cooked. very inconvenient and a waste of money. they said i could bring it in to exchange it, when I paid for the delivery fee so I didnt have to come in...
