    Chicken Parmesan trio
    Natalie W.

Tried this after my friend raved about it. It's a cute little place and the servers and host staff are very friendly. It was busy but we were sat right away and we waited a tolerable amount of time for the food given how busy it was. We did a pasta flight with 2 pastas- the vodka pasta and the limone pasta. I didn't care for the limone but my mom liked it. I liked the vodka sauce. We also did the bruschetta which was delicious and the pesto was a nice touch. Then we did the chicken parm trio and I liked it best with the vodka sauce. My mom liked the pesto and pomadoro sauce (I didn't like this at all). Overall, it's worth trying once. We don't live in WI but are in MKE often because of friends, but I don't know that I'd come back. I think there are better Italian places in the area and this is just overhyped because of the pasta flights. I don't think the flavors and quality are there like I was expecting. But give it a try for yourself and see if you like it.

We made a reservation for Saturday at 5:30 PM. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly. The waitress came over and got our drink order. I ordered a Brut rose and my husband ordered a peroni. We then ordered spinach artichoke dip which was sold out so we then got burrata. It was okay. The crunchy Italian bread underneath isn't as good as other places I've had. We then ordered a large pepperoni pizza which was amazing. The bottom was the perfect combo of crispy and flavorful.

Parking on Brady St can be a nightmare, so be prepared to walk, especially on busy nights! The interior is quite small and our four top table barely fit everything we ordered. Our server was very nice. We didn't realize the pasta flights came in separate bowls now instead of a flight on a board, but regardless, the portion sizes were quite nice. The mac n cheese was definitely our favorite!

We had a group of 11 to celebrate our bride to be and the staff were great. I enjoyed the house sangria as it was very tasty and refreshing. We ordered three appetizers for the table. A few of us ordered the pasta flight which everyone who order one said it theirs was yummy. I loved that Parmesan was on the board and you could twirl it around. It felt very cute. I thought there were plenty of options!

Such a cute and unique spot for pasta! They offer pasta flights with hefty portion sizes and all so delicious. The pasta is cooked pretty al dente so keep that in mind if you don't like that, but the pasta flavor is great. The spot itself is also cute, makes for a good date night in a fun location.

I went here for an early dinner with a couple of friends because we really wanted to try out the pasta flights. First, I do not quite understand the vibe of this restaurant. It is like a night club that serves food--techno music, black lighting, and unusual artwork. Pasta flights were okay. We were not overly impressed. The pasta is super al dente and is better reheated the day after. Some flavors were hit or miss. Service was not bad, but also was not anything to brag about. Will I return, no. Is it kind of cool to try out a pasta flight? Sure, give it a try, but know that you will not necessarily be blown away.

    Burrata Bruschetta

We ordered the Bruschetta and it was hands down the best one I've ever eaten. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great espresso martinis, and they gave our table free shots of Limoncello at the end of dinner for my birthday so that was fun! We ordered 4 pastas and shared between 3 people, and there was tons left over. Great atmosphere & service. Will definitely be back!

Dorsia's - Milwaukee Dorsia's did not disappoint. I tried the pasta flight and it was absolutely the bomb--rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Each pasta had its own personality, perfectly cooked, and the sauces were indulgent without being overwhelming. You can tell everything is made with intention and love. The presentation was beautiful, the portions were generous, and every bite had me wanting more. If you're a pasta lover, the flight is a must-order. Dorsia's is definitely a spot I'd return to again and again. Milwaukee, this one's a gem.

People tell you to come for the pasta flight. They're right, it's worth trying for sure. We had two flights (not ordered by me) with 6 different flavors. It was fun to try them all - and like a wine flight, it was enough to fill me up. I wasn't expecting the half sports-bar feel & tvs, I had thought it was a little more upscale. The drinks and food were good and it was an interesting place to try.

I'm usually pretty generous and very realistic when I leave reviews. But Dorisa's is just not it. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 0 is because the drinks were good and the appetizers were alright. The pasta flight was bad - every single one we picked. If you can't even get Alfredo right...I'm not sure what to tell you. We chose : Alfredo, Mac n cheese, piccante, cacio e Pepe, and the pomodoro. Save your money and just have apps and drinks. Brandy old fashion sweet was delicious. Typical Brady street vibes and ambiance- waitress was nice.

Stopped by during happy hour for an early dinner and was so delighted! The restaurant is a nice size and has really unique but stylish decor. West Hollywood vibes. Our server was kind to my kiddo and explained the menu to us since it was our first time. We got the happy hour meatball (massive), chicken parm slider (a full chicken breast) some cocktails, and a three pasta flight. Everything was delicious but the standout were the vodka sauce pasta and the piccante pasta. Now despite what they say a flight of three is waaay too much for one or even two people. We are it for leftovers and split it among three of us.

I love going to Dorsia happy hour! My favorite item to order is the Caesar salad. The lettuce tastes so fresh, the croutons are so crispy, and the dressing is delicious!! The salad, house wine, and meatball is my go to!

Another delicious late night happy hour at Dorsia! I went with my usual order of the meatball. The service was a little slow as the bartenders spent a lot of time talking to each other and one of the bar patrons who must have been a friend.

They vary the featured cocktails menu every 8 weeks, so most likely you'll get a different experience every time you go. However you can always get your classic cocktails like Margaritas, French 75 and Martinis. They also can do any drink NA which is the first of its kind in the US. They have an option called dealers choice, where you can pick the spirit and flavor profile of the drink you want: spicy, sour, floral, smoky etc. no limits! You write down on a card what you want and they craft you a cocktail based on your selections. They also offer a variety of food pairings to go along with the select, featured drink you order. We got spring rolls, a braised, pork infused doughnut, and an incredible bone broth that still has me in a tizzy. Fair warning: it's small and difficult to get a reservation - don't try your luck walking in, this place is a hot ticket and you won't be able to get in without a resy, which could be weeks or months out. This is a true gem of a cocktail bar, and is as good as anything you would find in New York or Chicago.

You can also buy cheeses from the dairy and others, as well as assorted related products at a small retail section or cut fresh from the cheese case.
