You automatically get the feeling that they're a multi-generation family business and that hey understand that their customers are their "bread and butter." They were on time, their guys were courteous and respectful of my things, and they were quick. In most cases, you want to do your homework and seek out the best price. Pat and his crew are a little more expensive up front, but remember: cheap things aren't good and good things aren't cheap. Additionally, remember that that low price up front often goes up with other companies. Steedle charges what they say.

Love is likely who you'll encounter first just to get your money, she will NOT communicate your needs to Lamar who will then call you and is a fast talker and makes promises and doesn't deliver.
