There's plenty of parking, but it might be crowded due to nearby businesses (e.g., Food 4 Less). The inside is usually clean. For the few times I've been there, only one lady (Sally) has been there working. So depending on the time and day, you may be waiting more than what you expect. However, Sally is pretty efficient without sacrificing quality in her work. She pays attention to the details and usually follows through with what I ask of her. She takes her time and kept making sure that my eyebrows were balanced and the same shape. This took approximately 15min for my threading (eyebrow was $12 and upper lip was $6). It would be nice to have package/combo deals but I think they compensate for a stamp card system (if you go 9 times you get your last threading service for free). Convenient for those living in the area. Get your eyebrows done while you're out running errands.

I did have one bad experience where my brows were left a little uneven and thinner than I like, but I decided to give them another chance, and I'm so glad I did. Since then, they have not disappointed. The quality of work here is incredible. I've paid $60-$80 for eyebrow services elsewhere and honestly gotten the same or even better results here. At only $15, you truly can't beat the price for the quality. Highly recommend!

O appreciate them doing this and I will return for another facial where I will share my experience and report back. Scammy business. Found them on Groupon and per the Groupon instructions called them to confirm availability before purchasing the Groupon. They advised they would honor the Groupon price. Ok, sure. No prob, I rather pay the business directly. They honored the Groupon price. I added an add-on to my service, which is normally priced at $20, but they charged me $30 for it. You could hear them talking about charging me $30 for it vs $20 since I was a Groupon deal (assuming it's already money lost for them). You can hear *everything* because there is no separation between "rooms". Just curtains. My fault for not saying anything in the moment... Outside of this, as alluded to, there are no rooms so there is no privacy or sense of relaxation. If you don't want to be on Groupon because you won't make $$ off of it, then take yourself off. No one is being forced to put themselves on that platform.

All Love is located in Old Town Pasadena and I parked a block away on the streets. I came in for my Sunday 3pm appointment and it was easy for me to find a parking spot. Jody was super nice and sweet and had to lay down for my facial and lash lift. I had requested for a basic facial because she's doing a $79 promo (what a steal!). She explained every step of the process and informed me what's being put on my face after her analysis of my skin. I found out that I had dry skin so she put masks/serums on my skin that hydrates my skin. They use all natural ingredients that aren't harsh for the face and I can feel my skin soaking in the masks and after the appointment, any redness I had on my skin was gone. Jody was the sweetest. She told me what to incorporate in my skincare routine in which I will after her recommendation. Also got a lash lift for the first time through her! She's been doing my lashes for years now so anything lash related, I trust her best judgment. Unfortunately, that just wasn't my experience. I went in for a brow lamination and shaping and explained that I wasn't into the super thick, trendy brow look. I wanted something more natural and balanced. After the lamination process, she started shaping my brows and when she showed me the results, I immediately noticed they looked uneven and lacked symmetry and thicker than I had wanted. I mentioned it to her and asked if she could correct them a bit, and while she did try, they still didn't look right to me afterward but I paid and left. I felt I could shape them better at home myself. The friend I had brought with me pointed out that they looked different from each other. Individually, they weren't terrible, but together, they just didn't look balanced or well-shaped as a pair. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting perfect symmetry because brows are naturally sisters, not twins, but for a $150 service from someone with such a strong reputation, I did expect more attention to overall shape and balance. What disappointed me the most was what happened over the next few days. My brow hairs stayed extremely dry, stiff, and brittle well past the normal timeframe. By day three, they still felt very dry and I started noticing actual breakage and kinking in the hairs. After researching it online, it really seemed like my brows were overprocessed. I reached out to her because I understand mistakes happen and everyone can have an off day. I simply wanted to let her know what was happening and hoped she would at least respond or offer some help. Unfortunately, I never heard back from her at all, and honestly that part spoke volumes to me. I truly don't understand how so many people had such amazing experiences while mine was so disappointing, but this was genuinely my experience and I wanted to share it honestly.
