I just had such a terrible experience with Cummings Plumbing that I will not be using them again. Nick, the plumber who came to my home, was unprofessional and made the whole situation uncomfortable. First, he was cursing constantly while working, very inappropriate, especially with my kids in the house. It was really unsettling to have that kind of language in my house and it left me feeling uneasy as my husband wasn't home. To make matters worse, he didn't even tell me he broke the panel he needed to remove to access the plumbing behind the shower. I only found out after the fact when I saw the damage. On top of that, he removed shelving and clothing rods to get to the panel, but didn't bother to put anything back in place. He just left everything scattered on the floor, including my clothes! It was disrespectful and left me with a mess to clean up on top of everything else. I expected a lot more professionalism, especially for the price I paid. I first contacted them when Novi had a mandatory plumbing related regulation in effect and they seemed the most knowledgeable, available and at the best cost. The next time I called them, it took three visits and several workers to compete the tasks. While they did locate a replacement part that I needed, it all turned out to be much more expensive than I expected. Next, they came out for free to inquire about a question I had and caught a different issue in the process, which they took care of that day.
