Decided to visit Vinny's after seeing all the 'viral' videos on Instagram of the size of their wraps. I'm a sucker for caesar salad, so if you put it in a giant wrap, I'm already sold. Now just from the videos alone, I already set expectations that there may be a line, and that it could be noisy. So, if any of the negative reviews talking about either of these two things did even a little bit of research before coming, they would've known what to expect and could have better prepared (maybe done a pick-up order instead). I went on a Monday at around noon, and while there was a line, it moves really fast. Ordered the chicken caesar in a spinach wrap, which came with a bag of ruffles chips. I split this with my mom who is a chicken caesar wrap connoisseur. We each got our own chips and a drink. So two drinks, two bags of chips, and the wrap (which also came with a bag of chips) was only around $25. We decided to sit inside, because in all honesty the chopping isn't as bad as people make it out to be. I didn't struggle to hear or have to shout to be heard. It's truly amazing how much salad they can fit into the wrap, it's almost like watching magic happen. We had read a review or two saying the wrap was dry, so we got a bit of dressing on the side just to be safe. I can tell you, we didn't need the dressing at all. The wrap was phenomenal. Had the perfect amount of very tasty caesar dressing, the wrap was fresh, and they even warm it up a bit I assume to make it more pliable. The soft crunch of the lettuce, next to the sharp crunch of the croutons, next to the tenderness of the chicken made this wrap a textural symphony. When it comes to things that go viral, I always take them with a grain of salt because I feel like too easily things get hyped up, but Vinny's is worth the hype. It's unique, you get a huge bang for your buck and above all, it is delicious. I'll 100% be back to try other menu options. read more

We've been here years ago and it was okay. Today is still just okay. Saw it on social media and I was like wow! Maybe the flavors have changed....still the same. The flavors are just lacking for me. It's a bland Caesar salad wrap. Portion is great and it's nice that they make it fresh but again, the flavor is missing. The Cesar salad wrap was worth the hype. This was my first time and happened to have meetings in the area, so stopped by to try the place that I have seen on TikTok. As you walk in you hear the sounds of chopping noises into bowls of mixed salads. I was surprised that the line was manageable on a Tuesday at 1 pm. There were about 15 people ahead of me. It went pretty fast. I waited about 15 minutes. I ordered the Caesar salad wrap on spinach. I got to see them chop up lettuce, chicken pieces, croutons, and lots of Parmesan and then put the massive mound of mix on my spinach wrap. Omg the spinach wrap has to be incredibly strong because he fit it all the salad into my wrap and cut it beautifully into two halves. It was huge portions lol I could have shared it with someone. They also add a small bag of chips with your wrap. I couldn't believe the price was $16. What a deal! It was so good with every bite. Have heard about those tremendously big wraps, so we stopped with the teens. Just before noon and easily 15 people ordering, far more when we left. Bang bang chop chop ... lettuce flying and a long line of sandwich and salads being beaten into small slivers of their original design. Then tossed into a wrap the size of a toddlers head. Wear ear plugs ! The outcome was 45 dollar visit for two wraps, the club and a buffalo chicken for teens. Each of the 4 family members got half and more than plenty. Once the excitement wears off you realize that there is no taste of any protein. The basic sauces (not custom made) are the main flavor. Everything other than red Onions or cucumbers are so pulverized that it does not stand out. Even the blue cheese had absolutely no flavor profile. Boring ! Look the employees are great. You can tell the newer hires as they constantly look back to board for ingredient's. The newer also don't appear to hack with the thrust and slam of their more seasoned associates. Ours needed others to stuff her wraps! The concept is cool and clearly they have found a niche like Laspadas or VS Deli but with different outcome and their faithful. Vinny's Cafe off of Yamato Road in Boca is famous for their overstuffed wraps, primarily the Chicken Cesar. They also have sandwiches and salads. A wrap will set you back approximately $15.50. My Instagram has been blowing up with reels from Vinny's. There are a ton of videos on TikTok too. Since I have off from school until the New Year I wanted to try a couple of the places I had bookmarked but could never get to. This included Vinny's. I came here two week days in a row only to find the line stretch out the door and all the way down the sidewalk. I have never seen such a long line for a salad/wrap place. I finally came back around 45 minutes before closing and the line was still long in the store but at least it didn't stretch outside. The wraps looked good so I was anticipating getting mine. Everyone ahead of me got helped but when it was my turn everyone disappeared from the line and no one took my order. I stood there watching three ladies have their girl time while no one acknowledged me at all. That's when I started getting a really uncomfortable feeling about being here. Finally one of them came over but she made a passive aggressive comment to her friends about having to help me and when she took my order she seemed really annoyed. I told her I wanted the Oriental wrap. She asked me three more times what I wanted and I politely repeated myself. It was like she couldn't get her mind to focus on the task at hand. To make the wraps they pile the ingredients in a large bowl before chopping the heck out of them. She started to put the Oriental wrap ingredients in the bowl but halfway through she went off track. She kept having to look back at the board behind her to see what the ingredients were. If you work here you have to be making these wraps what must be hundreds of times a day. I can't fathom how you don't know what goes in them. Halfway through she started throwing in the black olives and jalapenos that go into the Greek wrap into the bowl. I tried to catch her attention but she ignored me and kept tossing. I had to raise my voice to get her attention. Somewhere along the way she started following the wrong wrap ingredients and then blamed me for not telling her what I wanted. At that point I asked for someone in charge and the gentleman who came over was not apologetic in the least. In fact he was hostile and defensive. He remade the Oriental but as a salad not a wrap as I requested. He didn't seem to have the best grasp on the ingredients either and left off the oranges. At that point I was done. I am not paying over $15 for a wrap that is not the way I ordered it. I didn't even ask for substitutions, just the way it was listed on the menu. They have been in business a long time so I don't understand how they don't have a grasp on their menu. For $15 I can get a bagged salad from Aldi, a rotisserie chicken, and easily make better proportioned wraps for days which is exactly what I am going to be doing. I did it for the 'gram! lol jk. Was seeing this place pop up so often in food influencers in the area. So I had to go try for myself. And I must say every bite was worth it. I'm so glad the time we went didn't have such a long line but a few moments later behind us was a long line that was formed all the way to the door. So just be aware of that going around lunch hours, etc.. A friend and I split the chicken Caesar salad wrap and we were both struggling trying to finish it. It was so good! I have seen so many reels about Vinny's Cafe and it has been on my bucket list for the longest time so I am so glad I finally got to give it a try! The line was out the door which I was shocked about but I needed to wait in it to give it a try. It turned out to be a 40 minute line which was a little bit longer than I was expecting. Once inside, you hear the sounds of constant chopping which I couldn't imagine being in for longer than the line was. I knew I had to get a Caesar chicken wrap on the spinach wrap as that was all the rave online. I was shocked to see how much goes into the wrap with a 1/2 lb of chicken, a ton of Parmesan cheese, croutons and Caesar dressing. It also comes with a bag of ruffles chips too. For $15 dollars though, for a cold wrap, I did find that a bit steep. Now flavor-wise, I enjoyed the first few bites, but then it tasted the same, almost like a tuna salad which wasn't what I was hoping for. Every bite was the same consistency, and flavor and I just didn't enjoy it. I could also only eat a half in one sitting because it was huge!! Portion sizes are HUGE and not sure how they're able to be so effective and efficient, but the orders were all correct and the crowd control was done well. We ordered the quesadilla and roast beef sandwich, mostly because we were overwhelmed by the choices of wraps and made a decision on the fly, no regrets. I'm gonna have to really love a spot for the wait to be worth it. If you're obsessed with chicken Caesar wraps you might like it, but I don't seek them out. The novelty of going for the first time is fun and interesting. My buffalo chicken wrap was very fresh and cold, but just tasted like straight buffalo sauce so I'd recommend asking for a little less sauce. The portions are huge, so you can definitely share a wrap or take home leftovers! read more

I went on a Sunday and expected a huge crowd, especially since it is a somewhat small space, but if you go early enough you avoid most of the trouble. Vinny's is the place to go when you're craving a salad or a wrap. It's usually really packed so be prepared to stand in line for at least 10 min. But it is totally worth the wait!! Their salads are huge, very filling and they chop it up super chopped so it's easy to eat and not messy if you're on the run. They have some tables inside but outside is better to sit because it can get kind of noisy inside because of the chopping sounds. I've been here a handful of times, since I work at the same plaza so I come here all the time but today I got a Greek salad with chicken and dressing in it (I usually get it on the side) but wow, it was so good I almost ate the whole entire thing. I am very upset to say that I found a whole rubber band in my wrap and had to pull it out. It was in one half but I could not eat it after I saw that. I am a huge Vinny's fan but this really grossed me out. Please please be more careful when working in the kitchen. It was hard to find as my maps did not take me to the correct location, however once I found the location I was happy to see there was no line outside as my friends warned me. Upon entry I was confused on where to order, after looking lost for 2 mins the staff pointed me in the correct direction. I order the Caesar wrap a sweet tea and a cookie it came to about 17 bucks. The cookie was really good still warm, I love the different drinks options I haven't seen before. The wrap was huge, I ate half and couldn't finish the other half. I've been to Vinny's twice now specifically for their chicken Caesar salad wrap. The first time my friend and I came in on a weekend at prime lunch time and waited close to an hour (!!) in line. Today (on a Monday) I stopped by past the lunch rush around 2pm and was the only one in line. Ordering was fast and easy, employees were nice. The sound inside however is SO loud from the constant chopping. Ordering over the sound of it was almost difficult. I wouldn't come with the intention to dine inside, and if were raining or no tables/benches open outside I'd probably prefer to eat it in my car to inside. I love the size of the wrap, especially for the price, and it's delicious. I want to try something else when I go next but it's so hard to resist the Caesar wrap. Wish there was more eco-friendly to go packaging as well, since the plastic containers are used for both dine in and take out (in my experience here). All in all, Vinny's is great when there's not a crazy line and there's outside seating available (or you're getting take out). I'd advise ordering via phone or online before going.
