Vinny's Clam Bar is a MUST destination! This seafood clam bar was absolutely incredible! The eatery had Lively music quality food, along with the cutest decor. We immediately notice it was a disco vibe with huge red rounded booth tables that surrounded the restaurant. Such a friendly and inviting atmosphere it was! The crowd was very much present and involved! Favorite singalongs and drinks were served proportionally. Our first sever was named Joe. He was very much rude and disrespectful. The manager dealt with her employee very professionally. We then received a server who knocked the ball out the park! We didn't have to lift a finger or a word for anything. Her named was Gabriela. The perfect gal for the job! She loved her job and enjoyed making her customers happy. She was great! For starters We order a 1/2 dozen wood fired oysters with flavored: Rockefeller, Chipotle Butter and the Garlic & Herb Butter. AMAZINGLY CLAMMY! So freaky good! Crab cakes were tasty. Our entrees were 2 of the 14oz ribeye with whole roasted garlic and Vinny's steak sauce. And of course With a side of sautéed shrimp. Both were delicious and tender. Girls night was a blast! And Vinny's Clam Bar was the perfect spot! Good food, great company with a dope atmosphere! Check em out!

The service was quick, but seemed a little rushed. You can tell they were turning tables as fast as they could. The food did lack flavor, and was bland. Unfortunately, I would not go back.

Vinny's is a great neighborhood restaurant with really good food. The vibe here is lively and the staff is very attentive. The food is good but I was really disappointed that they served us frozen crinkle fries when we ordered the truffle fries as a side. I would never expect frozen fries from a restaurant like this. Just take them off the menu if you don't want to make homemade fries.

We've been eyeing this place and finally came for dinner. Staff is warm and welcoming. There weren't many customers so we were seated quickly. The vibe is old school, with disco balls. Our waitress was Jennifer, and she was great! Loved her sense of humor! They bring bread with oil and parmesan; for starters, we ordered the calamari, which comes with fried peppers. We enjoyed the twist! Hubby ordered the jumbo shrimp, and I ordered the linguine tutto mare. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the portions were good. We didn't have room for dessert but ordered the cheesecake to go. We were seated across from a huge sink, which we didn't think worked. But the couple seated in front of us washed their hands. Will definitely be back!

The oysters were amazing. Service was great and the espresso martini was excellent. The ambiance was cozy I will be returning here.

Where do I start...! The ambiance is great, the staff is great, the DJ is top notch and will have you moving in your seat, the food is great, the bartender name Kristi or Kristin is awesome. She was very attentive and knew what you wanted without you even asking her. The prices are reasonable. Me and my wife went there to celebrate our anniversary and I have to admit, I wanted to come back the next day. With the food, my wife ordered the oysters and I've ordered the steak with two crab cakes. Only downside to the crab cakes is that you take more of the vegetables than the actual crab meat. Overall I will still go back!!! Thanks to the staff, I love it there...

Went to dinner here tonight and had a spectacular experience. I didn't know what to think as I am not familiar with Tinley Park at all but it blew our expectations out of the water. The bread itself deserves an award, it is so fresh and comes with the most delicious oil and Parmesan cheese to dip. We had the Whitefish Piccata and Pete's Linguine and Clam Sauce, both were to die for! The service was exceptional and the restaurant was decorated so cute for Christmas! We will definitely be back and I would consider this one of my favorite places for Italian and Seafood.

The service was quick and kind. The atmosphere was done well for the space. The Pinot noir and the Manhattan went down nice. The food was pretty good but lacks that extra star for wanting that over the top taste. I might just be spoiled when it comes to food that titillates the taste buds. I would come back.

Another shift, and therefore, another visit to my fav local spot Vinny's. This time it looks like they added a new pasta dish........Squid ink pasta!!!!!!' Mahogany colored pasta noodles seasoned with delicious marinara and herbal seasoning (felt slightly spicy/citrus flavor). There was tons of calamari as well. Absolutely spectacular. Of course couldn't skip the 1/2 dozen oysters as appetizer. Oh yes and they had a DJ Friday night! Felt like the 80's disco. Love it!

Date night on Sunday with the hubby was great! We went at 7pm on Sunday and it wasn't too busy. I hear great reviews and wanted to see for myself. The waiter we had was wonderful. He was tentative and was super helpful with the menu and the current oysters list. The night we went alot of their menu items were unavailable. We must have beaten the crowd. My husband and I ordered two drinks to start. I had the red blend and he had the Vincenzo. For appetizers, we ordered half a dozen of the oysters. They were so good and fresh! For our entree my husband ordered the pork chop and I had the linguine (ran out of linguine and sub with spaghetti) tutto mare. Everything was delicious and flavorful. We didn't order dessert this night, but will the next time we come back.

Had a wonderful dinner at Vinny's last night. I'm glad we went eary and it was getting loud by the time we left around 6pm and my nephew is sensitive to loud noises. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with accommodations, as i have celiacs. We ordered the baked oysters, 2 of each flavor. Each one was better than the next. I ordered the Ribeye with garlic mushrooms, the steak was a little over done, but still delicious. My nephew had the shrimp scampi and absolutely loved it. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. He also ordered the Lemon Tiramisu to go. It is such a beautiful dessert. We will definitely be back.

I've been coming here on Monday evenings for the past few weeks while I've been here on business, and I love the vibe at this place! The food is incredible, the service is great, and I would 10/10 recommend. I've had the marinated and burnt ends lemon chicken, which is incredible, and the diavola pasta which was awesome as well. You absolutely can't go wrong with dessert either, key lime pie, ice cream sandwich, limoncello tiramisu - they knock it all out of the park!

The atmosphere is dimly lit (which I love), clean, lots of wood and leather everywhere. It's spacious but also cozy. On to the food.. my favorites have been the butterfish and the trout. This last time I got a pesto gnocchi with shrimp. The shrimp was really good right off the grill as were the gnocchi but it was kind of swimming in an oily sauce. I expected it to either be creamy or lightly coated pasta, instead of a pool of pesto and oil. The sauce didn't really stay on to the gnocchi because it was so thin. I used my extra pita bread to sop it up. The artichoke with hummus appetizer is also tasty. My friend got the lamb shank (chops?) and she also enjoyed her meal. The espresso martini was good but it had like a chunky shaved chocolate or something on the rim which was unnecessary and made it kind of hard to drink. We haven't tried any desserts yet but they look amazing. It was about $150 for 2 cocktails, 2 glasses of wine, 2 entrees, and 1 appetizer. I couldn't afford this regularly but it's a nice treat every now and then.

The interior is very inviting, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's a versatile space that works well for a romantic dinner, a casual date night, or even an evening out with family. We were promptly greeted by the hostess and seated at a table near the front window. Our server, Naomi, welcomed us right away and immediately made us feel comfortable with her friendly and engaging personality. She brought water to the table, took our drink orders, and returned quickly with our beverages before checking if we were ready to order. After answering a few questions, we decided on the fresh oysters, four-cheese flatbread, and pork belly tacos. The oysters were served first, and Naomi took the time to explain their region and variety, which added a nice touch to the experience. They were fresh, clean, and nicely briny. The four-cheese flatbread was rich and flavorful, made with fresh ingredients that really stood out. We also enjoyed the house-cured pork belly tacos--the meat was tender and well-prepared. We wanted something other than just burgers again, so I proposed seafood. There didn't seem to be a lot of options in this area, but Dancing Marlin seemed to fit the bill and was pretty close. Before going, we looked at the menu, and there really wasn't anything my little one was going to want on the kids menu - there was no seafood for the kids, not even a basic fish and chips. He saw the lobster rolls appetizer though, and that sold him, so we got in the car and headed down. When we went to order, the waiter told us the only thing they were out of was the lobster rolls, but when we asked about the lobster gnocchi that my other son was about to order, they said they could do that, so I asked to speak with the manager. She explained that they only liked to use big whole pieces of lobster for the lobster rolls, and that is what they were out of, but had the smaller pieces they normally used in the gnocchi dish. I asked if she could do the lobster rolls with the smaller pieces, and she confirmed with the chef so we were back in business. The food was all excellent. I had the seared ahi and it was delicious, but was just a small portion for my liking. The scallops my wife had were delicious, but for $38 it was only 4 scallops. Maybe kids who live around here don't want fish when their parents do, but you should at least have a kids portion of fish and chips, or some fried shrimp on the menu for them. I'm not going to order a $27 fish and chips portion for a little kid, but he also didn't come to just eat chicken nuggets or buttered noodles.
