Arguably some of the best pizza in the DeKalb area. The Hurricane pizza is huge (2 feet diameter) and will easily feed 8 to 10 people with leftovers. Sadly, I must eat gluten free now and they do not yet have a gluten free pizza option, so I have to eat Pizza Pros pizza. The wings are the biggest I've had in town yet. However, they are your typical Franks Red Hot drenched wings but they're still cheap and tasty. Everything on me was ruined. We didn't ask for a refund or a discount but after pointing out what happened to the staff, we got the cold shoulder and no help. The manager said, "we'll put up a sign." to which one of the employees responded, "what sign?" manager: "y'know, the Watch Out For Grease sign". I couldn't believe it. I've never left a bad tip, bad review, etc. But if I had to download the yelp app just to provide some insight to you, please take that seriously. I've worked in customer service and I still could not understand the lack of assistance there. Also, the food is incredibly cheap for a reason. DO NOT ORDER from Vinny's Pizza. I ordered a pizza from there and it was confirmed to be delivered to my address within 45mins. After 1.5hrs I decided to call and see what happened to the order. They said the pizza was never delivered because of a "wrong address" given over the phone. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE REPEATED THE CORRECT ADDRESS BACK TO ME. When I called back they had no clue what happened to my pizza and blamed it on a new person when my address had been delivered to before. So I decided that I want my money back and they said they would reverse the charge on my card within 2 business days and give me a credit for another pizza. 2 days later I call in asking about the credit and the money which was never deposited back into my account. Vinny's pizza said that they would only honor the credit and would not post the money back into my account and there was nothing they could do for me. So basically I payed $17.95 for a XL pizza + 2L of coke which I never received and got the most epic run around ever over the phone of all time. The management lacks the nerve to own up to their mistake and acted completely unprofessional over the phone. Ordered online with Vinny's and waited an hour and a half! For just a pepperoni pizza and pop. I called back and they said they had sent a driver but there wasn't an apartment number on the address. I looked back on my phone at the order and I didn't forget my apartment number. DON'T order from Vinny's Pizza in DeKalb. They once AGAIN messed up our order ... a Garden Salad that only had some of the ingredients it ONLY had lettuce, onions, green peppers and cheese, when it's also supposed to have tomatoes and cucumbers as well. Our chicken strips were overcooked and burned. And we ordered two garlic breads ... one was undercooked just got bread slapped with garlic, while the other was burned on the one end. We needed to eat THEN due to health issues (diabetes and more) and could not wait for almost an hour for new food at the time, and they would not credit (not even on the salad which didn't have all the ingredients we paid for!!) because oh heaven forbid we complained about a past order that contained one burnt pizza and one that was undercooked and doughy! We had been ordering from Vinny's for YEARS and almost monthly at that. It's bogus that a loyal paying customer gets treated like this and jipped out of money! OH! If I could do no stars, I would. We just moved to the area and seen the great reviews for this place, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered their "famous" Hurricane pizza with pepperoni, and after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for it to be delivered it came super cold and not fully cooked. We were totally fine waiting that period of time, but expected our pizza to be hot or warm when we received it. We called back the very next day as soon as the opened to complain and ask for a replacement pizza that we could pick up instead. The girl Madison who answered the phone had no clue what to do for these types of situations. She stated her manager was to busy to talk and to call back in 6 hours. Called back in 6 hours and spoke to Taylor and she stated there is nothing they could do because I should of called back last night. I explained my phone died and my wife mistakenly taken my phone charger. I told her I had the full pizza still here minus a couple of a slices. She had a huge attitude, so I asked to speak with the owner and she said he is on vacation for 2 weeks. So long story short we have a crappy doughy pizza still sitting here and wasted 30 bucks.
