One of my favorite places in the airports we. I travel! Special tastings and Amuse Bouche for loyalty customers....yum!

Great spot, perfect light flair menu and keeping it interesting wine selections. Well thought out flights to match food menu items. If you're in terminal 8 near gate 41 try it you'll like it. Service was on point and knowledgeable in all aspects of both wine and food menu. Nice start to a new adventure.

Pizza that has ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR. Eat the box it comes in. It will be much more satisfying. Besides being ridiculously expensive.

Why why why is the music here so loud? This is a wine bar not a night club. So obnoxiously loud it makes me want to leave.

Options were very limited so that was disappointing, we opted for the 1/2 price bottles of wine (also limited, 2 options). It was a quiet night so the bartender was also our waiter, he was great, very attentive and offered recommendations. Party of 6 we ordered a bunch of things and shared. The guacamole & mussels were very good, garlic shrimp were underwhelming. Tuna salad was huge, needed sauce or a better dressing. Dessert was disappointing (molten cake was cold, churros needed to be cooked more). Nice spot for a drink & app or a date but for dinner I'll stick to Tu Casa

The food menu looks amazing but we were just there for a night cap. I got the Cola de Leon with bourbon, lime and bitters. Damn was it perfect. The place is small, but has so much character. I'm obsessed and can't wait to come back for food.

The service was good "quick" as usual. We were met as we entered the restaurant by a female service however she had a mouth full of food. We ordered the Braised Short Rib and the Chicken Tagine. We received our food within just a few minutes no more than 7-10 minutes. Although there was steam coming off of the couscous the chicken was ice cold. It was obvious that my food had been simply thrown into a microwave. The couscous although hot it was overcooked and mushy. The chicken was warm on the bottom but extremely cold as I cut into it. The Short Rib dish had the same problem. The pasta was steamy hot but the rib was cold. I really don't have a problem eating cold beef, but I can't eat cold chicken. I would have sent my dish back however it was obvious that they weren't going to make a new dish I felt they would have just nuked it longer. If I wanted nuked food I could have picked up a frozen dinner at the grocery store. Go for the wine, not the food.

We stumbled upon Vino Volo after looking for a bar with good beer selection. Apparently, that doesn't exist, so we gave this place a try with no expectations. First, we were gonna get wine by glass, but it doesn't make sense to pay for 3 glasses of wine for the price of a bottle. Even though they seem to have a generous pour here. We got a bottle of Dolcetto, which is a dry red wine with a hint of black cherry and cinnamon from Piedmont area in Italy for $40. We accompanied our wine with two dishes, 5-Piece Salmon Rolls and Brisket Sandwich. Both of them were great. I love those cornichons and caper berries! Why 3 stars then? Well, first of all, the bartender who was supposed to take care of us ended his shift at 4, so nobody paid attention to us afterwards. We were never asked how the food or wine was. Water had never been offered. No 'Thank You' was uttered when we left. Great experience, imho.

What I specifically loved about this place Is the factura that they included information cards about each wine that included the taste profile as well as a detailed description. I also ended up ordering the cheese plate which was delicious!!!! The bartender was also very nice enough to pour my a glass of sparkling White that he suggested paired well with my plate. He was right because I ended up ordering another glass of that white wine. I spent a little over $50 bucks for the plate and the 2 glasses of wine, along with the wine flight. Definitely worth it and will be coming back if I fly out of this terminal again!

The staff at reception and at the table were attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Food-wise, we tried the Kung Pao calamari and wagyu meatballs after seeing other reviewers rave about them, but both felt a little gimmicky to me. Our group mostly stuck with more traditional brunch items, including breakfast burritos and omelettes, and those were fine. Overall, I would not necessarily come here just for the food, but I would recommend it for the atmosphere, service, and special-occasion vibe. It is a great spot if you want a pretty setting, good hospitality, and plenty of photo-friendly areas.
