I was advised by a manager by the name Justin that they didn't have the "necessary equipment" to figure out the problem. I ended up picking up my device and taking it to another repair company. The tech from the other company informed that whoever worked on my ps5 previously used too much Liquid Metal which leaked into my motherboard causing the system to malfunction. I also have photos taken from the tech as proof. At this point I am owed another ps5 from UBreakiFix. Justin told me to bring the device back to him to look at it again. I didn't hear an update from him as it has been nearly a week, so called them and Justin went on PTO without giving an update.
