The 5 year Rye Whiskey, Sophie's Gin, Rene Rye-Magnac, and Josephine Eau-De-Vie are all regular items. Most recently, I tried the Gin. It's the most Gin & tonic Gin I can imagine. I bought tickets for me and my parents as a Christmas gift to do a distillery tour and tasting. We had a fantastic time with Karen as our guide, learning about how the spirits are made, getting a behind the scenes tour of the facility and then ending up in the beautiful tasting room where we got to try a variety of spirits. They also have a humidor and an impressive selection of cigars. Check out their cigar tasting and cigar club if you want to learn more or hang out with other cigar smokers. What a cool place! I look forward to supporting them in the future and getting some locally made spirits!

Our tour guide, Jacob, was super…read moreknowledgeable and took time to explain the entire distilling process for vodka, gin, and bourbon while allowing us to ask questions throughout the tour. We learned a lot of really fun facts about the entire process! The barrel room was very cool and I loved the homage to Sasquatch. We were able to try multiple spirits and really loved the bourbons. Ended up getting a bottle of the coffee liquor and can't wait to see what comes out of this distillery in the next few years!
