Great for last minute appointment if you're desperate. The ladies are sweet, mom and daughter. However , I do feel like it was a waste of my money. My pedicure was just me soaking my feet in epsom salt. No bubble or anything. Callus remover add on is just the foot scrub that everywhere else does included. My heels still feel rough and I'll have to go elsewhere to get them actually done with an actual callus remover device. The paint job isn't good and regardless if it's regular polish or gel, it should look good. Just not worth the money. The snacks and water was nice but , I just won't be back. read more

I got a gel pedicure at Violet's. 5 stars customer service, she truly caters to her customers, she is kind, non-judgmental, personable, follows instructions, just wants you to have a good experience with her. She addressed my concerns. Since my nails are sensitive to heat from UV lamps, she turned down the heat setting which felt better. I also wanted thin layers of gel polish which she listened to. She left no bubbles on my pedicure. She didn't dig too deep in my cuticles. She is gentle, no pain, and works efficiently. 5 stars to scheduling, it was easy to make an appointment via text, very responsive. I reached out ~3pm Saturday, she had a 5pm opening, which I took, but also was able to take me in little earlier at 4:30pm. The parking garage however I'd give 2 stars, but these offices don't have control over that. Parking is underground called LAX Spectrum. I found a spot 3 floors underground, kinda creepy so just be mindful to the girlies, but not Violet's fault lol - this LAX area is just really tight on parking. Mostly LAX travelers park there. 5 stars for arrival coordination on her end though. She told me her husband would meet me in the lobby to bring me up to the office. When I got to the lobby, it was much nicer and felt like I was back in the real world, compared to the parking structure. The lobby receptionist was expecting me to meet with Violet and pointed me down to where her husband was waiting at an elevator. Her office is cute with pink lights, cute decorations, with a desk and two mani/pedi chairs. 5 stars to her for validating 1hr parking. 5 stars for working quickly on my pedicure to get me out within the 1hr of parking validation. I ended up paying $2-3 parking with her validation, which helped. Also want to note LAX Spectrum parking had a sign that Self Parking was full and only taking reservations, no parking staff were there, but I texted Violet and she confirmed it was okay to go in. I think this would be a great go-to for travelers staying at the Hilton or Marriott since it's walking distance. Or if you are at LAX, shuttle goes there like every 15-30min one way. read more

She's also done my eyebrow micro blading forever and she has such an eye for beauty. Her work is perfection. Her nail services are also too notch. I recommend her to everyone I know.
