The restaurant is clean, and the service is friendly. The food and menu, however, weren't really to my liking. Not knowing that this was a health-conscious restaurant, when I was asked if I wanted something to drink, I replied with "Diet Coke." That's when our server explained the health concept of the place and mentioned that they didn't carry soda. I was a bit confused because of the amount of alcohol I saw on the menu and at the bar after hearing about the health angle. He suggested a drink similar to ginger ale, but since that drink would cost more than a beer, I went with the beer instead. Now, moving on to the food: the charred cauliflower wasn't bad (could've used a bit more char), but the main dishes were disappointing. The tuna poke bowl didn't look appetizing, and the rice didn't seem fully cooked. The all-American burger also missed the mark. I asked for it medium-well, but it was closer to medium. It wasn't terrible in terms of cooking, but it lacked flavor. I'm not sure if the burger was properly seasoned, because all I tasted was cooked ground beef, a bit of Thousand Island dressing, and bread. The fries were okay--not bad for a restaurant that chooses to air-fry instead of deep-fry to be healthier. However, the ketchup, which I had to request, tasted like standard commercial ketchup. It didn't have the "smoky, tangy with the right amount of kick" flavor described on the company's Instagram.

All the meats were smoked and very tender. They aren't overly seasoned and there are bottles of bbq sauces on the side so you can flavor as you like. Service: 5/5 The service is friendly and efficient. Staff are welcoming from the start and happy to walk you through the menu or make recommendations. Food comes out in a timely manner, and they check in just enough to make sure everything's good without interrupting the flow of your meal. Ambiance: 5/5 The ambiance has a modern rustic BBQ vibe with wood accents, a lively bar area, and a casual, energetic atmosphere. It's upbeat without being overwhelming, making it a fun spot for group dinners or casual nights out. The space feels clean, comfortable, and easygoing.

We got a few things to share so I was able to try - SIDES: fries, mash, mac & cheese, corn bread - MEATS: pulled pork, porchetta, pulled chicken and brisket. Overall the food was good - everything was well seasoned and over-all the meat had great smoke flavor, and tender without being mush. I wish the brisket was a bit tender-er but overall no regrets and will probably be back for more. I think next time I would try to make it for happy hour because they have deals for both bar bites & drinks (our bartender mentioned the wings were good!)

My friend ordered the Falafel Sandwich and a Irish Breakfast Tea. Besides the delicious food what else made this time at the Witches Brew extra special. Well it was our Waitress Sam. Sam was perfection from the start of the meal to the finish. She had the best vibes and attitude and wore the coolest looking Van's. So random to find a place like this in our relatively normie area - maybe we can even find other weirdos like ourselves who also feel at home in a place that celebrates spooky fun like WBCH does.

The ambiance was quiet and family-style dining -- nothing too fancy, but still a nice place to sit, relax, and eat together. We ordered a variety of dishes and appetizers including the Clams Oreganata, Clams Casino, Chicken Piccata, Penne Gamberetti, Rigatoni Florentina, Baked Ziti, a Margarita Slice, Pepperoni Roll, and a basket of bread. Unfortunately, most of us left feeling disappointed overall. The Clams Casino and Clams Oreganata were around $18 each and only came with 6 very tiny clams per plate. They were okay at best, definitely not great. We've honestly paid less elsewhere for larger portions with much better flavor and quality. I really enjoy Italian food, so I'm always hoping for a memorable meal, but this one just didn't hit the mark. The Pepperoni Roll especially tasted like it wasn't fresh and may have been reheated instead of made fresh. The dough was tough and the cheese was just "eh." Most of the other entrées were decent, but nothing stood out as great. No one at the table finished h the a meal. The best parts of the meal were honestly the Margarita slice, the bread basket, and the service. Our waitress was polite, attentive, and did a very nice job throughout the evening. I hate leaving anything less than a positive review, especially after celebrating such a special occasion, but based on our experience I'm not sure I'd return. If given the chance again, I'd probably explore other Italian options nearby.
