This was our first time doing this but Andre is a pro and his professionalism and warmth helped put us at ease. In both cases Andre went beyond the call of duty to help address minor issues that popped up on our end. This included making extra visits to the house at no extra charge. He and his crew also cleaned the view windows, so that we didn't need to hire separate window cleaners. He even threw in cleaning our rooftop solar panels. Communications were also a 10 out of 10 so that he knew all the details of what we needed and wanted and he delivered exactly what we were expecting and were hoping for. He was also available to our guest and if that had been needed I was more than comfortable having him represent. I will certainly being using this service again and I would not hesitate to recommend Hop & Mop to others.

They really listened to our concerns about the existing condition of our home and what I (assumed) could/couldn't be fixed and done, he explained the process clearly, and gave great recommendations along the way. The crew worked SO hard, including long days and some weekends, and put so much care into the job and dedicated to doing it RIGHT. My house was built in 1924, and somehow they made it look brand new again which was beyond my expectations. They sanded everything down, checked the health of the wood, and even let us know where replacements were needed. They were also super thoughtful and worked with us on our color preferences and really made sure everything came out perfect. What impressed me most is how detail-oriented they are. Every step (from grinding and priming to caulking and painting) was done with so much pride, precision and mastery. They care and take pride in their work, and it absolutely shows in the end result. It is not a surprise why so many of our neighbors have worked with them. These young men are incredibly hardworking, respectful, and professional. PERIOD. They went above and beyond, and we feel grateful to have made the call to work with them. We 10000% recommend them to anyone, and we will definitely be calling them again for future work.
