I am very particular on my experiences and the service received from my vendors. Jeff and his team are excellent! It is their policy to respond to a call the same day and they have done so every time I have called them. One technician showed up at 7p.m. after he completed all his other appointments and fixed the issue (my call was late in the afternoon) that I had placed. Over the years, they have replaced my springs twice. I called and they replaced my garage door opener system when the one bought with the house gave out. Everyone I met answered my questions, took the time to educate me on how to do maintenance on the springs and how to read and work with the garage door opener. They are efficient, patient, prompt, and professional. Jeff came out on the last visit and replaced the springs a couple of hours after my call even though he was preparing to leave on vacation. The one that was too small was the one that failed. He arrived first thing on Monday and walked me through the spring replacement. He also explained the condition of the door cables and hinges. JJ included a full inspection, lubrication of all rollers and hinges. No upselling. Just facts and good explanations. One week before installation date, he calls me & tells me he can't get that door anymore and convince me to buy another door, so I went with another door for which I waited another week. On day of installation he send whole crew to my house and tells me he needs to charge me extra for electrical work. When I told him I should not be responsible to pay additional charges for electrical work, he refused to talk to me and cancel the order immediately and ask his crew to go back.
