Previous review from 2015: Ed arrived early and went right to work on our oil-fired boiler, which had stopped working sometime during the night. Apparently, the fuel line that feeds the oil into the combustion chamber had clogged. Ed was thorough, checking that each part of the boiler was working before putting everything back together and even vacuuming the bit of dust and rust that came off our crusty boiler. Best of all, it was included in our Gold Plan, as part of the annual boiler maintenance we had done. Thanks!

Since the debacle of having Continental…read moreplumbers come out and install a garbage disposal, we have had the fire department out because the plumber AND the supervisor (who was supposedly a licensed electrician) did not identify that the garbage disposal they installed was a 20 amp and the electrical socket was only 15 amps. For over a month it keep tripping the circuit until it basically caught on fire and burnt up one day. Along with the fire department responding, we have since spent an additional $3,145.82 to get the electrical fixed, as well as, having to buy an another NEW garbage disposal and have it installed. All Continental would reimburse us for was the $309.00 to install THEIR garbage disposal. We have since had to file a small claims court filing to hopefully get the outstanding charges THEY are responsible for. I would NEVER recommend them for ANY service.
