We also received no napkins or serving utensils with our food and had to ask for basic items that should have been provided from the start. The dining experience itself lacked any atmosphere. There was no music playing and no television on, which only made the long wait feel even longer and more uncomfortable. As for the food, it was lackluster and underwhelming. Tortilla chips and fries were burned. Bun for chicken sandwich was not warmed. The dishes were very basic, with little presentation or attention to detail, and they certainly did not justify the extended wait. The dish was extremely bland and lacked any noticeable flavor. The jerk chicken was also underwhelming. The skin had a slight hint of jerk seasoning, but there was very little sauce, and the chicken itself tasted plain and unseasoned. The soda was also watered down and did not taste right.
