While I was getting my nails done, my family unexpectedly arrived, and even though we were among the last customers to leave, Cici made sure we were comfortable while we waited. I went Tuesday and one of the girl worker were sleeping toward the back. a gentleman took me who was very respectable and polite . the nail polish colors were horrible soi picked an OPI brand a pink but old and dry my nails look horrible. then he did my manicure cut my second finger on right hand , it would not stop bleeding he put some antiseptic on my finger. He felt bad. I should have been compensated at least a credit for the next manicure. my finger blead for 3 hrs at home and it is black and blue with a scab. Loved this nail spa. This was my first time trying it. Friendly service with masks on and a cleanly process. Nice staff that can speak English to get exactly what you want done -- I asked for rounded square tips for a no chip mani and a normal pedi this time, although I'm looking forward to trying their fancier pedi treatments with scrub and massage when I'm not in a rush. I tried the matte finish dark blue nail on my fingers and loved the way it turned out. They looked sleek with my bridal party dress that was slate blue. This place is a hit-or-miss. Their prices are great, however, you get what you pay for. Elsa - she is great. If you go here, ask for her! Her co-workers were shocked when I did LOL She does great eyebrows too! They have tonssss of colors which is awesome. The last time I went there (2 weeks ago) I didn't request Elsa and I had another girl who sits by the drying area (I don't know her name). I usually get the dipping powder. She skipped a critical step for me -- sanding down with the machine. She only used a nail file which wasn't enough for me. I don't like when my nails look bulky. I wasn't a fan. Outrageously priced!! I called and asked how much for pedi/mani no chip and they said special today $45. I thought was awesome. When I was done, she charged my friggin 90!!! She said bc I had gel color which was not at all mentioned when I was choosing a color. Be sure to CONFIRM the price upfront before they do any work. Fool me once bc I didn't ask, but never again. I had a full set done and to be fair i did come an hour before closing so i'm being considerate with the mistakes, but nevertheless 63 dollars was NOT worth for what i got. the pictures attached are recent, i got these done on sunday so about four days ago give or take. they look like i've had them on for a week and a half. the underneath of my nails wasn't filed either so it's very lumpy. the design is cute and accurate to what i asked for but the polish is uneven and see through. when my lady was filing my nails she was definitely rushing and the file slipped a couple times, hurting me. i'm mostly disappointed that she didn't lay the acrylic closer to my cuticle, acrylics usually last me three weeks because my nails grow slowly but these will probably last me only two weeks. read more

Extremely pissed off that I spent 45$ on nails that ended up breaking the next day. Mind you I was getting my nails done by a girl who sucks ! She shaped my nails wrong , my fingers nor nails are not crooked. She put a thin layer of " acrylic" on my nails.. she didn't even fully cover my nail. I asked her several times to fix it and she didn't. I pulled another worker to the side and he kept trying to fix it. Nothing ... I love the work that Doris does! Second time coming there and first time she killed it with the color and my nails lasted for weeks until it was time to get the done again due to outgrowth. I usually pick a multi polish job and she always kills it. They have a chair for kids as well and I'll bring my daughter with for a manicure and pedicure while I get mine done and we'll have a mommy daughter day. The prices are very reasonable as well. It's usually $75 for the both of us with my upcharge since my color uses extra products. read more

Came in yesterday for a full set and pedicure they have people there that do not know how to do acrylic nails and they still let them do them on people. I stopped the lady that was doing them and told the manager chris he acted like there was nothing wrong with my nails I asked him to fix the woman's work he didn't want to I told him I'm not paying for these nails it ended in an argument and him telling me "get the f out" not a way he should be talking to a paying customer. This is the second time this happened with my nails and I paid for the last messed up set and I'm not paying for this one. If they did good work they wouldn't have issues with customers complaining. Have gone there a few time & never had a problem. Called at 230 to make a 330 appt. Get there at 315 to find out they never wrote my name down. It took over 2 hours & when I went in to complain about the situation. A guy named Chris pretty much told me I was lying then got mad & started to throw things & slamming doors. VERY unprofessional. came for a pedicure because i couldn't get in at the salon i usually go to... and like always, i regret it. the workers are extremely rude. you have to wait for anyone to even say hello to you and then once you're sitting with them it's an all around unfriendly experience. their prices continue to increase but their quality decreases more and more every time i go. they take their tools out of closed packaging but the tools come out of the packaging dirty. in my experience Amanda is their only employee that's given great quality pedicures! they need to work on proper sanitation and disinfection protocols as well as their attitudes. don't recommend. read more

Used to go here faithfully, since ownership changed its terrible, they set timers for pedicures 4 minutes and then they start painting toes, 4 minutes? Since they are now under new ownership this place has gone downhill. They charge extras and don't even tell you until you pay. They apparently charge extra for reshaping your nail with a full in? I thought a fill in was shaping the nail, filling in & color? The owners are absolutely rude & a few of the new employees too. I also noticed that they are not sterilizing the tools. Old owners did. Very dirty, they do not even wipe down pedicure sinks or filters. The little girls pedicure chair was absolutely filthy. Not everything is sanitized and opened from seal looks like a recipe for fungus. There is shavings all over the place and nail clippings absolutely gross never come into back again. read more

For the amount of customers that they have you'd think they would be bringing a lot of money in. Enough to relocate to a bigger shop and hire more techs. They do not keep track of walk ins and will have you waiting. Overall it's crowded and loud and the techs really don't care about the quality of their work as long as they can get people out of there. They'll find any reason to charge you. Dollar extra for certain colors, 3 dollars extra for certain nail shapes, and their pedicure prices went up. Terrible nail shop. read more

I found a new favorite nail place!!! I noticed this place as I went to the Walgreens next door one day. I decided to make a note of it and return the followng day. I did, and I am so glad that I did. The service was great. My girl Lina (sp?) was absolutely fabulous! She did a great job on my feet, gave me a wonderful foot massage, and even did a parrafin wax dip for my feet. I also got a manicure and I also got a great hand and arm massage, and even a neck and shoulder massage. They really know how to pamper you. They understand the concept of great customer service. My son had wrestling practice tonight at St. Laurence HS so I had an hour and a half to kill. Thought I should treat myself to a pedi. Saw one review on here and it was a good one so I thought I would give it a try. Extremely happy that I did!! Talk about an AWESOME massage chair and a great shop. From the other reviewer, the fact that you were Chinese had nothing to do with you getting great service, they are great to everyone. The place wasn't busy when I got there, but it filled up quick.
