I've been going here for a few months. My bar is pretty low for nail salons because I'm just so tired of salon-hopping. This is what I look for in a salon: Convenience, Cleanliness, Price, Good callous removal & Customer Service, My ability to communicate with the Staff. I don't mean to be rude, but if no one there can understand me, it can be frustrating. So I'll generally stick with an adequate/average place if it generally meets the above criteria. You basically have to really tick me off before I'll go to the trouble of changing salons. That said, here's what's making me look elsewhere: Nathan, though nice, actually made my cuticle BLEED once. Heavy-handed with the drill and I've yelped (the sound) several times. Don't try to up-sell me. If there's a special, tell me about it. If not, if I wanted an extra service I'd request it. I don't want a hot towel for $5 unless I chose that pedicure. Get it? I requested Holly for my pedicure, (called and made appointment) but Ken insisted that Amy (?? When I find the receipt I'll confirm) who shot me daggers the entire time--right up until she asked me if I wanted a hot towel add-on. When I said no, the grin disappeared immediately and she returned to her dagger-glances. I think I'm officially done, unless it's a nail emergency. read more

I normally don't go but to one place for my nails but today I did something different!!! Walking in the young man that greeted me was really nice. It wasn't until I got my pedicure that the visit went south. The lady I had was beyond rude for know reason. She kept huffing as if she was so frustrated with me because I had to adjust my legs!!! Then she kept pushing me to pay before I was done ( no other customer was asked that). When I was finally ready to pay I ask if a certain design could be done on gel nails and she says to me she doesn't know while rolling her eyes. I am super confused on why she decided to be so rude. Got my nails and toes done a few days ago and the layover I had on my toe fell off I went in and asked for it to be fixed they told me to sit in the back finally someone came over and checked on me and I explained what happened they all laughed and started talking about super glue .... Nancy is great! She ALWAYS does an awesome job & I will never go to anyone else ever again! She does quality work on both hands & feet. Her pedicures are nice & thorough when it comes to really cleaning your feet. She will really get down & clean the way it's supposed to be done rather than just a rub down & polish change that others consider a pedicure. I am very picky when it comes to nails & I am glad that I have found her! Oh & there's complimentary drinks! :) also, the place is nice, spacious, CLEAN and serene. This place is horrible! I went in for fills and I asked the older man to fix his mistake from previous and he got upset. He kept pulling my arm towards him, very roughly, and said to relax. He then finished doing the fills, and I asked for them to be trimmed down a little, as they were really long and ridiculously thick and he said he would charge me extra! Every time I've gone in for a fill it was included. So I said never mind I can go somewhere else or do it myself and he has the nerve to throw the nail file at me. I immediately said never mind just finish the polish and I'm leaving, he then tells me he would have to charge me for polish. I spoke to the manager and the manager said this was all correct as it was on the menu. I have been here several times and this is the worst I have been treated! I will never go back!!! I called the day before to make an appointment. The lady said I needed to know the name of the person to do my pedicure. Since it's my first time I didn't know who to make the appointment with. She said ok just come at noon. I went and ended up waiting for 45 minutes! The ac was out on a 100 degree weather, I saw roaches on the floor and my nail lady tried to whack it with my flip flops. Iv been to this nail salon twice and both times had a good experience. The salon is spacious and clean and they had a huge choice of colours. I always choose the deluxe pedi and gel polish. The massage chairs are comfortable and the staff very pleasant. As this is a large salon the waiting times are very small even without an app. read more

I went for the NextGen dip nails - the guy who works there left two of my cuticles bleeding, used his own nails to push out the skin on my nails (causing the bleeding), and also just shaved the nails way too short leaving my fingers very tender. Didn't agree with his methods and obviously was left in worse shape than before. Don't recommend going back or at least don't recommend having the guy (who claimed to be doing this for 18+ years) do my nails again. read more

I got nex-gen nails and a pedicure here. I asked the gentleman doing my nails to keep them short and round. I repeated this several times as he made them so square that they were actually pointy and sharp on the edges. Then, before he finished my nails, he rushed me to a pedicure chair with another person. One bleeding big toe later I was moved back to a manicure chair where I tried to get the nails reshaped. They remained square but now were crooked. By this point I was so frustrated, I didn't even point out the bubbly, uneven top coat. It's now three weeks later and I have a doctor's appointment for my still infected toe. I told her what I wanted she explained all of the services that would fit my needs along with pros and cons of each and pricing. Once I made my selection, she performed my service expertly, efficiently and we had fun chatting while she was working. I waited for 30 minutes for a pedicure while I watched two people who came in after me have technicians come over to them and start their pedicures. When I went to leave the guy at the front tried to convince me that both of them had had manicures first so hey were there before me. I know that was not the case for at least one of them because I had plenty of time to sit there and scope out the manicure area while I was waiting. I have been there one other time and received a very poor gel manicure that chipped off in about three days. I will not be returning. read more

After coming here probably 20 times, I can say I'll NEVER GO BACK. The reason? I watched the nail technician reuse acetone which had chips of old nail polish in it, which he picked out. Also, when he was done having me dip my nails in acetone (to remove my shellac) I literally watched him put my used Acetone in the "new" acetone bottle. I asked him about it, and he said "it isn't a problem because acetone kills your germs." I then asked whom I think is the manager (Ken) about it; he acted like he didn't understand what I was saying. So I'm in a pinch for a pedi, so I ask around work, about any places close by, this is where I ended up..there was a long wait, but it's a Sat so I'm not surprised or impatient. The facility is nice & bigger than most. I generally bring my own polish (Sally Hansen' s miracle gel). I didnt get the ladies name that did my pedi, but it was nicely done, a couple touches made me winsh, but over all I was happy. They have the massaging chair & as a twist they put lime juice on your cuticles (someone school me plz). I will go back read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could! Horrible place, bad customer service! This shop has gone down these past few months. The old owners were awesome and I loved coming here until they sold the shop. It's under new ownership and the new ppl doesn't know how to run a business worth a crap. And their shop is so filthy and dirty! I've seen roaches crawling around and their bathroom? OMG so dirty! Stinky and nasty! And they don't even clean their implements, I've seen them just wipe them down and do another client! So unsanitary. And I've seen them reuse their paraffin wax! Ewww gross that's disgusting. They don't care about sanitation or cleanliness just overall disgusting. Their staff, some of the women doesn't even have a license to work and is rude and rough. Rushed thru the service, talking crap about me as if I didn't understand what they were saying. Just RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! Don't know how treat their employees, I've seen the short bald guy assuming he's the boss yelling at his technician for no reason at all! Fighting with customers no respect for customers or employees. It's sad to see this beautiful shop go down the drain so fast. I wouldn't be surprised if they get shut down by the state board. They always take care of me and do an excellent job and it's so convenient because it's next to my job. I never have to wait,ok only one time but rarely have too. Love the friendly staff. I gave this place two chances. Never again. The first time I asked for white gel polish and the lady there did such a crappy job. My nails looked so thick and lumpy. So I asked to speak to a manager and he was so rude. Basically, he kept saying it was my fault. Like whuuuut. He started speaking whatever language it is they speak and he re-did my nails within 15 minutes and was rushing me out. Plus the job he did was also crappy. The second time I went to get acrylic. I asked to get coffin shape. There was about 3 other employees there just talking and laughing with him so I guess he didn't pay attention to what I said. He cut them too short without asking and I again said "I want coffin shape" and he got so irritated and started saying how they were too short to get that shape. I told him "but I told you what I wanted and you continued to cut them short" and the other employees were looking and talking their language. I found it all super rude. He also left my nails super lumpy and just CRAPPY. The service here is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!!! What a waste of time and money. read more

I thought the price was really reasonable, the pedicure was relaxing, the place was clean, and I received an incredible pedicure all around. I will definitely be going back. I went for a quick manicure nothing fancy but the lady who did my manicure was rude and very rough when cutting my nails I didn't appreciated that then, all the nail polish as well as all the products used in my manicure were empty it was like if she was trying so hard to get the product out of the bottle. I also noticed the stuff they used for my manicure wasn't packed or sterilized at that point I knew better and got out of there without making any scene. Super clean space, very polite workers, HUGE selection of colors. My friend took me here for a pedicure as a birthday present and I'm so glad we came to this nail salon. The first thing I noticed when we walked in is how quiet and large it was. The people who work here do not have loud conversations with each other, which is refreshing. The basic pedi is reasonably priced and you get a really great leg massage with it. The girl who did my toes did an excellent job and was very meticulous about making them look pretty. They offer you a drink when you sit down and give you a whole bottle of water if you ask for just water. I would definitely come back! read more

I asked about maki8ng an appointment with one of the men who work there who did my nails one time and was the best manicure I'd had there and she "He no here today". Since they offer NOTHING to read, I decided I'd do some shopping rather than sit there and stare at the walls for almost an hour. Came back in 40 minutes and - surprise! - the gentleman I had asked about was there but so were a number of new customers. I asked the woman I had spoken to how long it would be and she said a "few minutes". After 20 MORE minutes, I left. And I'll never go back! I only go there because it's convenient to my home, but I refuse to work to spend money with a business. I went here on Saturday for a pedicure. I got the classic pedicure and at 4:30 I was able to be seen right away. Tammy was friendly and professional, and was very gentle. I had injured my toe and she kept checking with me to make sure she wasn't hurting me. She did an excellent job. Just some small complaints: I was not impressed with their colors/ brands, and next time I will be bring my own color (call me basic but I want Essie!) the colors available all looked dated. Also, I wasn't given any time to dry my polish; I was immediately ushered out of the chair (albeit politely). Overall though, a great experience and I will be back for a mani during the week when they have special pricing. read more
