I am very happy to be able to write a review of VIP Nails so that the public can become aware of how fantastic they are. First of all, you should know that I am a perfectionist. So, when I get my nails done, if they are not perfect, I will know - - and it will bother me. I came into VIP Nails after finding them on a Google Maps search. They were the nearest salon to where I was working, and it was convenient for me to run over there for a pedicure after work. I am SO GLAD THAT I FOUND THEM. They are not close to where I live. I am so lucky that I stumbled on them by accident. I now drive all the way from Holly Springs to have Eric, Lan, Kristy, and the rest of the team do my pedicures, my gel nails, and my waxing. The truth is, I would drive much farther than that if I had to. They do SUCH A GREAT JOB. They are so good, that even a perfectionist like myself leaves happy and stays happy. The attention to detail is amazing. People are always ooohing and aaahhhhing over my pink/white gel nails - -saying how natural and how pretty they look. Eric does excellent work and his prices are reasonable. Lan and Kristy are my two favorite nail techs for pedicures, but all of the technicians at VIP Nails are skilled and friendly. I would trust any one of them to provide me with an excellent pedicure. The salon itself is beautiful and relaxing. The pedicure chairs are very nice. I treat myself every month to a VIP Pedicure, where I get to sit in the massage chair and be pampered with a top-notch pedicure that includes lots of extras. I also love that they use OPI Nail Polish. I love the OPI brand and its variety of colors, the funny/creative names, and the quality of the polish itself. Another reason that I am loyal to this salon is that they are very clean. They are sure to clean and sterilize their equipment after each customer. (It also does not smell bad inside the salon, because Eric is committed to not using the toxic chemicals that most salons use.) I have been getting acrylic and gel nails since the age of 13 (Don't judge me LOL) and I am now 37 (You do the math LOL) This is by far THE BEST place I have ever had them done. I have visited many, many places in the past and this surpasses them ALL. The staff is professional, the atmosphere is extremely peaceful and the quality of work is superior. You will not find any T.V's blaring because there are none in the salon, and the cleanliness of the salon is exquisite. The products they use are of high quality. I just can't say enough how impressed I am with this salon. I get gels done and they last over three weeks without much lifting at all! I moved to NC from South Florida over a year ago and had been on a search to find a good nail tech....My Search is OVER! Although this salon is 25 minutes from my house, I have continued to travel the distance because of the experience and quality of work. Typically you get one or the other (Good Experience or Good Quality), but here you get the best of both worlds. I originally got my nails done by Adi in Dec 2016 when she worked at a salon in Raleigh, and had never had a better builder gel manicure in my life. They lasted me 4 weeks before they started lifting and none of them broke AT ALL. I went to get another set and found out Adi had bought her own place in Morrisville! I decided to give it a try and made an appointment in July of 2017. I have a job that is very hard on my hands and I have never been a religious nail salon go-er due to my frustration with lifting or breakage within a week or 2, but I have legitimately gotten a fill every 3-4 weeks since my first visit to her salon. She does the most beautiful job, is always double checking your satisfaction and is so thorough with every step of the process that they last FOREVER. I am convinced that if I wasn't so hard on my hands they would last even longer. I seriously don't have enough wonderful words to say about Adi and her team here at VIP nails. They have turned me into a regular and I get compliments on them everywhere I go. Serious confidence and mood booster are worth every penny. read more

I really enjoy getting my nails done here. They also do very well with eyebrows (should I require such a service..haha) I don't get my nails done very often, but I'll continue to go to VIP when I do. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The salon feels very up-scale and comfortable. I've never had to wait, even when I mistakenly went in on the day of a local prom. I love both the hand and foot massages during a mani/pedi and the prices aren't too bad either. And the massage chairs actually work here! I've been to so many nail places where I start pressing buttons to make the chair go and nothing happens. If you have massage chairs, I should get a massage, no? At VIP, they definitely work and add a nice touch to my pedicure. I've also noticed that my nails last a good deal longer when I get them done at VIP. A lot of times, I'll see chipping within the first few days. Whatever they're doing at VIP, they're doing it right. read more

I do not recommend this place. I went to Eric (the owner) to have my nails done & I was at the 3 week mark so my nails were lifting on the sides. He barely cleaned them up before putting the gel on. I noticed white lines under the gel. When I asked him to fix it he said it would cost me more money for the extra product. None of my nails were broken, he was just upset because I waited 3 wks instead of 2 to have them filled. Here's the kicker!! I 'was' loyal client of Eric's for 7 yrs! He has made thousands of dollars off of me. I had sent him numerous new clients. I think that 'well' covers the small amount of extra gel he used. It didn't take him any extra time to fix my nails either. He charged me $10 extra dollars to do my nails!!!! I let him know after I wrote the check that he just lost a 7 yr client because of his greed. That is no way to treat long term clients. I will now become a loyal client to Luxury Nails in Cary. read more

Having recently relocated into the area I was in need of a manicure. I found VIP Nails close by and decided to give them a try. A very good decision for me! I found the staff friendly and professional. Great hours and walk-ins welcomed. Camille greeted me with a smile and a friendly welcome, I felt right at home. Camille did an excellent manicure on my nails. I found the establishment clean and orderly. VIP Nails offered a great selection of services. I have been coming to see the Vo Family for years!!! I am exceptionally hard on my hands (type all day), and with the exceptional quality and workmanship, I always look professional. My wife and I recently visited VIP Nails in Morrisville. Upon arrival, we met Camille and Erika who made us feel right at home. This was my very first experience with a pedicure and I found that Camille was very skilled and personable during the procedure. I was a solo walk in this past Friday around lunch for a pedi. After reading the reviews, I was afraid there was going to be a wait but they were able to squeeze me in. The young lady that did my nails (wish I asked for her name) was simply adorable and pleasant to talk to the whole time, bubbly and seemed happy to have me! She nailed the paint/cut on my toes, which was impressive since it was my first of the season and in need of help! Average price of any nail salon, and was very pleased. Will 100% go back! read more

Visiting in the area and needing a pedicure, I found VIP Nails in Morrisville. What a find it was!!! If there is a better nail practitioner than Tera Kilian, I'd like to meet her/him. I brought in rough skin and improperly cut toenails with partially worn-off polish and left with smooth-as-baby feet with precisely cut and perfectly painted toenails. Tera knows her business; she has been trained to know feet - not just make them pretty. When I return to this area, I'll make sure to return to Tera at VIP Nails. read more

Camille is amazing! I was in town for a short business trip and worried about finding someone to do quality gel nails (I don't have much natural nail but I don't love acrylics, so specifically wanted hard gel extensions). She did such a phenomenal job with the shape - they look indistinguishable from my natural nails! Also super job on the nail art inspired by a photo I brought in. Cely did my nails. I had a full set of gel nails done with a french manicure. I cannot say enough good things about the salon or Cely. She listened to what I wanted and then did exactly that. The salon is clean, stylish and comfortable. Cely is very professional and did a fantastic job. She worked quickly and efficiently but It never felt rushed. We had a nice conversation to boot. AMAZING. That's all I have to say. This salon does such a great job and I've been going here for a year now and the staff is just incredibly nice and sweet. I was visiting the area recently and had a nail crisis. I went to another salon first as a walk in and they rudely told me they couldn't see me today. I went into VIP and they were very busy with 2 ppl waiting but gladly accepted to do my mani/pedi. I then got Cely who did a absolute fabulous job!! Visited this salon a few months ago, and was wowed by the service. Cely did my shellac manicure and classic pedicure, and she is so precise, and gives a great leg and foot massage. Their prices are cheaper than any salon I've ever been too, especially if you want shellac, which lasts longer. The will even do a touch up for free if your nail chips. I now go to the Cary location, and will definitely continue! read more

Eric does a great job on Gel nails and I get pedicures and waxing done there too and I am very pleased with the service. The new pedicure massage chairs are the best.
