I'm a crazy busy person & it's hard for me to set appointments but if I can't make an appt I usually call. I couldn't one morning because I accidentally slept in so Steph didn't want to work w me anymore. I have made appts and cancelled them this was the one time I couldn't. (Mind you I'm a 25% tipper and great customer) I wasn't going to go back anyway after my one appt with Chloe, she scarred my arm! It hurt ,terrible at nails kept making me bleed and over all terrible blow dry. She just really looked frustrated and tired as she was trying to hype up (sell) monte. I was there for 4 hours! She didn't charge me for my hair due to the burn but I don't think she should have charge me for anything. This scar is going to be w me for life now, because she didn't put a cape over me. I bought a Groupon for a so called Excutive Spa Pedicure. First of all the young lady spoke no English. She barely rubbed my feet, did not go above my ankle. She dug so deep into my toe it still hurts. Even when I flinched she still went right back to it. Hummmm, where can I start... I went there two days ago (wendsday). I made my appointment over the phone and they took me in the same day ( which's great- tombs up), I walk in at 3:30 and left the place at 5:45 (2hs 15minutes later) I need a pedi with French polish and a full set of manicure with the gel tips or acrylic ( I don't remember which one she use) also French. The girl was super nice, very gentle and also to soft. For the pedi she only scrubbed my feet's, I never feel the touch of the tool to remove the cutícula, never clean under the nails and never cut the old dry skin on the sides of the nails. The polish could be better, one of my foot tombs nails look shorter because of the polish. The worst part is the hand nails. See pictures below. No more comments. Thanks read more

I found this place on Groupon. I only paid $20 for a blow dry and a shampoo. Unfortunately, it was not what I expected. I arrived at 6:10pm after having made an appointment around 10:00am that same day, December 24. Yes, it was Christmas Eve so I was trying to get my hair done so I can go to my family's Christmas party. There was only one hair stylist at the time and the front desk receptionist and the nail tech as well as the hair assistant. I entered and told the front desk I was there for my appointment at 6:15pm, she verified on the schedule and told me to wait. My stylist was with another customer at the time. At 6:40pm the stylist finished with her client and walked up to the desk which is when the receptionist told her about my appointment. She was very angry because she didn't know about my appointment and I guess she had plans plus they also close at 7:00pm. During the waiting time not one person at the salon offered to wash my hair, the receptionist was busy doing her makeup to go out (which is what she was discussing with the nail tech), the nail tech was sitting at a chair doing her own hair and asking the receptionist to help her "do the back". The stylist assistant, a tall gentleman, was cleaning the place. I thought maybe one person could just wash my hair while the stylist was finishing her client that way by the time it was my turn I would already be washed and detangled, as I have thin curly hair. So at 6:45pm the stylist takes me to the back to wash my hair and also complains to me about not knowing about the appointment, the other girls that didn't bother to wash my hair, complaining that she also has to get ready and that she has to make a call to rearrange her plans. I felt like she was just trying to make me feel bad, but I didn't have a reason to because I made the appointment early in the day and I got to my appointment on time. After the wash, she says "I'm not going to treat you poorly just because of what happened" which I don't even know what that means. I just felt really rushed, she did the blow dry and pulled my hair like crazy. I have very thin hair and it rips out easily so I was uncomfortable but I didn't want to say anything because she just kept making me feel bad. As I'm sitting there getting my blow dry, the other girls (receptionist & nail tech) are in the chair next to me fixing their hair and talking with my stylist mentioning that the previous client had given her a nice tip and how she looked so happy to have received it and then the stylist says "I'm not happy". So I said "she's not happy because she didn't know about my appointment" so one of them responded saying that she did know about it because she gets updated of her schedule on her phone. Regardless I thought the whole experience was unprofessional and rude. I don't recommend because of their attitude and because my hair didn't even last. I got to the party at 8:00pm and my family all commented on how bad it looked, I ended up tipping her $20 because of Christmas and because it seemed like I was such a bother to her. I had to re do my hair at the party with a flat iron. It was a rushed job. read more

I arrived at 150pm for a 2pm appointment. Chloe said there's a little wait about 30mins but I wasn't seen til 3pm. Clay did an amazing job with my hair. He took his time perfecting my hair the way I wanted it and I love it. When I was done, I even got compliments from the other customers in there. I called and was told they had no one to provide my mani/pedi! I think this is terrible Cust service. They did not even bother to call me. I was also told the appointment had to be M-F. I work M-F!! Groupon buyers BEWARE! What seemed like a great deal at the time turned out to be a Half-Ass money grab! The efforts were minimal, if you are a guy just avoid all together. Manicure and pedicure was NOT good at all! I was left with uneven, nails and botched, bleeding cuticals. Same issue on the pedicure! Not enough attention to details, just semed to be herded through. If you are a female, the efforts are a little better but not by much. You get what you pay for so lesson learned unfortunately. read more

I struggled so hard trying to decide if I should write this or not. I almost didn't but a part of me feels like I wish I had read this before going in. I went in recently, and was referred by a friend.... the girl I had was so sweet I can't even explain it... Which kills me to write this because I feel so bad. I told the girl (not naming names) what I wanted. I (had) a lot of hair and it (was) very long - so I wanted an inch trim with super long layers, and my angles put back in the front. I explained that I wanted the fullness on the bottom still, no v cut.... wellll I got the cut- which I thought looked decent after the blow dry, but then the girl went back in with some sort of razor after my hair was blow dried. I had never seen anything like it before so I let it be... (THIS THINNED MY HAIR TO ITS ENTIRETY) when I saw what it was doing- she had already completed one side and i thought to myself well now we just need to finish the rest or it'll be uneven. Then she took an entire section of my hair twisted it a bunch of times and then just cut it all twisted. When I got out of the chair I was mortified- but didn't make the salon aware. (It was too late anyhow and I'm just not that type of person)... I was referred so I should have received a discount, yet the owner told me it didn't go through so I'd receive it on my next visit.... (I clearly wasn't going back ever again so that's a loss)- but just wanted anyone going to be aware. Make sure you speak up, I wish I had. My beautiful, full long hair, is now thin and choppy with so many SHORT layers. It's so thin. I'll have to wait until it grows and then cut it all even to the shortest layer.... it'll take me roughly a year to get back the hair I had before. I honestly have to say- this is the worst hair cut I've ever received in my life. :( I can't wait till it grows back... lesson learned. read more
