Was super happy to ask a very specific question about a specific type of vape pen, and then get talked into a $70 option, and then having the pen break immediately as I tried to utilize it for the EXACT purpose that I had spent 15 minutes talking to the guy about. Also great to know that I couldn't get a refund, even for store credit. (I even tried to get a refund for this pen BEFORE I HAD USED IT A SINGLE TIME; no luck. At all.) I went back and asked for a new one. Instead of replacing the bottle the guy said, tough shit. What kind of customer service is this? When they say they are VIP, they really do mean it. I seriously felt like a VIP the whole time I was there. They really do have the best prices. After going on a wild chase to redeem the American Spirit gift certificates, this was the only place that would accept them. At every other store, there was some sketchy foreign guy that was yelling at me for having the certificates. How hard is it for these other stores to mail in the certificates?
