Came in on a rainy day hoping I could get squeezed in for an oil change, and was delightfully surprised by the welcoming team! I guess because of the rain it was slow, so they were able to fit me right in to get my oil change done, including a tire rotation. Shalisa and Shayla were so nice and helpful! I appreciated being shown the state of my cabin and engine filters, and my coolant levels (extra $5 to top off); I always find it helpful to see what's actually going on under the hood when I'm not checking in on a regular basis! I'm always surprised at how much oil changes end up costing, especially when you see so many offers and deals for $30 or less... But I do feel like I'm getting taken care of pretty well here. Oil Changed and tires inflated and they did a good job with my van! this was my first time and I'm really happy. Even though they have a first time customer routine where they invite you in to charm you they understood that I was not interested in. Let me stay in my vehicle. Shalisa even made sure to remind me that as a Jiffy Lube customer I could come in any time to get my oil topped off in the next 3000 miles and that they would also check my tire inflation and top off my fluids. I may have to go back in a couple weeks just to feel what it's like to be treated like a customer. read more

THEY BROKE A PIECE OF MY CAR THEN BERATED ME WHEN THEY HAD TO ASSIST ME. I went in for a quick oil change, after AN HOUR AND A HALF they come out to say that they have broken a piece of my car. While they offered to replace it, free of charge (BECAUSE THEY BROKE IT) I had to take ubers for two days while they did so. I was assured they would pay for my Uber then WAS BERATED ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON by an employee telling me that I was asking for too much. NEVER. GO. HERE. Poor customer service (not once did they call me to update me on the work on my car, I had to call over and over to see when I would get my vehicle back.) They broke my car then was MAD AT ME and berated me for it. That's all you have to know about this place. read more

1/10/22: Got an oil change at JLube. My experience was not great. Lexy, the Team Lead, was confused as to how to check the oil level after completing the change. After I figured it out, my car actually needed more oil. I have never had to assist with an oil change. I left an honest review after the service and assumed all was well with the oil change. 1/18/22: Car stalled on highway. Low oil and drive train malfunction light on. Car towed to BMW Service. Mechanic indicated that drain plug was missing, no oil in car and engine is dead. Filed a complaint with JLube. JLube inspected the car on BMW premises. 1/20/22: Spoke with JLube Manager Greg Haynes. Greg indicated that he wanted to "make me whole" and after the claim is submitted-the car would be transferred to a licensed mechanic and a used engine would be installed. I also requested a rental/loaner to travel to/from work. Greg indicated that the Claims Adjuster could assist with this as well after the claim was submitted. BMW sent the necessary paperwork to Greg to submit the claim. 1/21/22-1/27/22: Phoned/emailed Greg- no response. Contacted JLube via phone/email:informed that issue was escalated (to the owner/operator of JLube). Car remains at BMW Service and I have no car to travel to and from work. 1/28/22: JLube informed me that they were NOT responsible for the damage to my engine because 1. My car had been driven after arriving to the dealership. (Impossible due to engine damage- car could not/would not start.) 2. The drain plug was on car when they arrived. (True. Because I towed my car to BMW Service and when it arrived-there was no oil OR drain plug. Service added oil and the MISSING drain plug in an attempt to salvage my engine.) I'm not saying that you should not get an oil change here but if you do and your call stalls- have JLube meet you on the highway in the cold to examine the car so they can not claim that you drove it when it was inoperable or that you took any steps to fix the issue at a time when you had no idea that THEIR NEGLIGENCE caused the issue. Also, look up past reviews on various sites regarding leaving the drain plug off and how it has impacted other patrons of this business. To add injury to insult, JLube just sent me an email for a free battery check. I DO NOT HAVE A WORKING CAR DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE! read more

Lied to my face. When I brought my Ford Fusion in for a simple oil change, they insisted I needed to use synthetic and would VOID MY WARRANTY if I used conventional oil. I had a good laugh at that. So did the Ford dealership where I bought my car, when I called them to verify. I can handle a higher cost for good service, but I won't tolerate being lied to. If you can't be honest with your customers, you don't deserve my business. I shall be going elsewhere next time. read more

THEY BROKE MY CAR AND THEN BERATED ME OVER IT. I went in for a simple oil change and they broke a piece of my car, leaking coolant everywhere. For the next hour and a half they did not update me at all or tell me there was a problem. Finally I asked what was taking them so long and they admitted to breaking a piece of my car. Ok, mistakes happen. But it was a work day and I had no vehicle. For two days I had to uber to work and back and was assured my Uber costs would be covered. When I called about it I was BERATED BY AN EMPLOYEE FOR ASKING TOO MUCH. Additionally, I did not receive even a single update for two days-I had to keep calling over and over in order to find out when my vehicle would be repaired. When I got to the shop the same employee BERATED ME IN PERSON telling me I was asking for too much...WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO BROKE MY VEHICLE. Horrible customer service, horrible staff, and will never go back. And they deleted my first Yelp review trying to save face instead of owning up to their actions. More people will be taken advantage of here. read more

The employee handling my transaction educated me on the fact that I'm between oil changes you can stop at jiffy lube to top of your oil up to two quarts (in addition to wiper fluids). I've been to many Jiffy Lubes and this is the first time I've learned this. Very helpful and will save me some money along the way. Excellent customer service. read more

Zero stars!!! Brought my wife's car in for an oil change, less than a month later while driving her car it starts shaking and won't accelerate. She immediately called me and I told her to bring it to Firestone. After a quick inspection at Firestone they informed me it just needed an oil change. That's funny because I just had one less than 500 miles ago at Jiffy Lube and paid over $100 for the service. They inform me that the oil was jet black and could not have been changed a month ago. When we contacts Jiffy Lube they insisted this claim was ridiculous and told us they changed it. They shared a video with us that simply shows them the car (occasionally you see movement under the car) and then someone apparently pouring new oil in the car. This was their proof that it has been done. The action of our car and mechanics at Firestone said otherwise. Since getting the actual oil change at Firestone the car has worked just fine. When we reached out to Jiffy Lube to ask for reimbursement for a job not done they berated my wife, called the folks at Firestone (and is liars) and told us there would be no refund of any kind. We called corporate and spoke to an even more unpleasant individual who again berated us. It was quite stunning to have a company representative talk to an unhappy customer with a legitimate complaint that way. Eventually the individual promised a full refund, but two months later and that refund never came. We tried calling back and he had stopped answering our calls so we called from another number and he immediately answered. When confronted about the refund that was never processed he said he passed it along to the claims department. Another month later we received a noticed that since our claim was filed 90 days after the service it was denied. Turns out the individual who had initially promised the refund had told the claim agent that we had had just filed the claim when the reality was we had numerous contacts with several Jiffy Lube reps over this time and it is all documented. We have since been going back and forth for the claims department and they have denied us again with a baseless claim that the car had engine problem prior to our bringing it in (they would have no way of knowing now or then based on the length of tine they spent with the car) for an oil change. Again, Firestone only performed an oil change and the car has been working fine for the last two plus months since. Nearly every person we have had discussion with from this Jiffy Lube location has been rude and dishonest. I would NEVER consider taking my car back here even if it was free. I would suggest everyone avoid this place. read more

I stopped here for the first time yesterday for an Oil Change and brought in my White Nissan Maxima. When I brought it in there was NO engine codes nor was there any oil lights on at all. After it was all done which was relatively fast, one of the workers told me the RED oil light was on and had an extremely loud and terrible engine knock noise, but that was because the red oil light was on prior to me visiting and I had an oil leak somewhere in my vehicle. Me, not being very knowledgeable with cars, brushed it off thinking it would all return to normal by the time I got home. By the time I got home the engine was sounding sporadic and loud; I was getting concerned. Upon calling my friend, who is a lot more knowledgeable about cars than I am, he immediately advised me to pull over and turn off the car immediately, he explained to me that the red oil warning icon means low oil pressure which is caused by there being little to no oil in the engine and that the mechanic should have NEVER let me drive out of that lot! He drove over and checked my car's dipstick and to my disbelief there was absolutely no oil in the engine at all! It seems the only thing they did was drain my car and just didn't put any oil back inside. After going to advanced auto parts, the same day to buy my own oil, we ended up having to put in ALL 4.25 quarts in for it to read as good on the dip stick, it was basically bone dry. After we added the oil, the red oil light turned off and the horrible engine knock sound was completely gone! I was pretty pissed off since this could have or probably did, severely damage my engine! I returned there today and told them about my ordeal and they offered their apologies and paid me for the oil I purchased. I then asked if I could get refunded for the OIL CHANGE job that I originally payed for cause . . . well you know THEY DIDN'T ADD ANY OIL, and the manager just told me that I basically did GET an oil change, even though I had to do it myself and possibly damaged my vehicle, and they weren't going to refund me. I essentially PAYED them to EMPTY MY OIL and add the oil myself. I could at least say with confidence that I won't be back there ever again. read more

I found the employees here to be efficient, businesslike, and all seemed to know what they were doing. I had gone to 3 other oil change places before coming here. Oil changes for newer vehicle are expensive. This was the only place where they went to get the Manager and he explained everything to me very thoroughly. I think his name was AJ, but I can't remember exactly at this point. He was very good. I then understood my car, and what oil was needed, and why, etc. They also take the Car Care credit card from Snychrony Bank and that helped me a lot to get the oil change.I also liked the fact they're open on Sundays. Overall, very satisfied. They were all efficient, pleasant & helpful. I was in and out in no time. read more

Worst experience I've ever had in regards to customer service! When I arrived I told a man named Jason that I needed to be in and out quick. He told me it wasn't a problem. Finished my car, then made me wait an additional half hour to pay after I begged him several times. It took my walking up to my car and saying "screw it I won't pay" before he finally took my visa. And then he gave me no receipt and didn't put a sticker telling me when to get my next oil change! Screw you jason. You should not be in customer service. I hope you get fired. read more

Not good. Tech puts the wrong gasket on the filter... I come back after the car is pissing oil... they put the right gasket on and are about to send me on my way without checking the oil!!! I have to tell them to check it- down 2 quarts!! Incompetent. read more

It doesn't take an automotive technician to figure out how to change a headlight. I've done it before and the $12 that I was going to get charged I figured wasn't that bad of a deal so I gave the go-ahead. Well guess what, the idiots at this place cut the wire that connects the headlight assembly, they assumed that someone else may have done it. First of all, the bulb went off at 11:30 PM, so you mean to tell me between 12 AM and 9:30 AM someone took apart my headlight and cut the wire. Seems to me they couldn't figure out how to take the bulb out. I'm going to make sure this place closes down, it's horrible and the staff really thinks the public is as incompetent as they are. read more

When the mechanic pulled the car out, he parked it and pull up on the E-Brake extremely hard. My E-Brake was stuck and I ended up stalling the car when I tried to drive away. I told the manager and the mechanic, but they refused to do anything and said it wasn't their fault. They told me to leave and go somewhere else. They were very rude and unprofessional. The manager said that I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about. I will never go to a jiff lube again!! I tried reasoning with them for 20 minutes and gave up. read more

Great service! Attended me quickly. They let me know that they didn't have the specific oil filter I needed for my car, instead of just putting any oil that didn't go with my car. I asked them if I bought would they change it for me and they said yes. Definitely appreciate the great service here. Loved that the mechanics were girls, such a difference experience.
