He was coming out of the gym and then asked me to roll my window down, proceeded to ask for my first and last name and ask me why I was parked outside of the gym. Then he got in the truck and drove off. Not sure if he is an employee of Viper Pools or not. I called the number on the truck and the person who answered allegedly said she had "sold one of their trucks so it is not related to her business." If you go to the LA fitness on rio Salado in Mesa STAY SAFE, something definitely off with this guy, he looked like he was high off of something. read more

I sent out a quote request through Yelp to numerous pool companies that services the Glendale, AZ area. Jessica was one of the first that replied to me and she was available within a 24 hour notice! When we acquired our new property a couple weeks ago little did we know that our pool was in bad shape with little to no salt and algae growing in the pool that caused our pool to turn into a brownish dark green. Let me just say that this is our first pool we have ever had to maintain and we chose to go with Viper Pools so that alone should tell you how much we trusted Jessica and her services. Not only did Jessica come within a 24 hour notice, she also came the day after to install our new Hayward Turbo and cleaned our filters. Thank you Jessica and Viper Pools for the incredible customer-centric experience and for walking us through how to use our pool system. Within a day , you turned our brownish green pool into a beautiful sparkling blue color (see for yourself in the before and after picture I posted), I couldn't have asked for better results than this! Which by the way they don't clean efficiently and our pump had to be replaced because they turned it on and let it run dry. When we tried to call Jessica would not answer the phone. Like most here, Jessica does respond quickly as she did when I was in search for a new pool service company. She sold it as if she would be taking care of my pool exclusively, which last 3 weeks at most before she passed the job onto lazy and incompetent techs. Most of the time, I had to brush and take out some leaves that were left because his 15 minute timer went off!! Yes, after that 15 minutes you are screwed....such a waste of money! Then if that wasn't enough, I get invoiced for a higher amount without so much as a professional courtesy or even clarification as to what it's for. Considering Jessica told me ALL chemicals were included!! Wrong! Then proceeded to tell me it's in the service agreement??? Well, I never received a service agreement (5 months into service)until AFTER I inquired about the increase on my bill(9/5/23)! Very unprofessional way of doing business. Definitely over promises and undelivers and honestly I can do a much better job myself. I wouldn't recommend ! I went on vacation for a month and hired Viper Pools Az to maintain my pool while I was away. Jessica gave me a reasonable quote so we set up an appointment at 9:00 am to go over instructions. By 9:30 am Jessica still had not arrived so I called her. She indicated that a 9:00 am appointment to her meant any time between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. During our appointment I reviewed with Jessica written instructions regarding what needed to be done, how to operate the pool cover, where to turn on the water, what to do if things don't work as expected, etc. Jessica was attentive and seemed to understand the instructions. The first time the pool was serviced I received notification of what had been done. I noticed the pool was serviced by someone other than Jessica and that the pool water had not been topped off. In the summer heat the pool water needs to be topped off every week. I sent a text to Jessica to make sure the pool water was topped off and received no reply. Another week went by and the pool water still had not been topped off. I called Jessica and she went out and topped off the pool water. The third week the pool water was not topped off either. When I got home I discovered the pool water level was very low leaving exposed gunite in the spa. I also found that instead of putting chlorine tablets into the chlorinator, the chlorine tablets had been thrown directly into the pool. The chlorine level in the pool is off-the-charts high. I removed the chlorine tablets from the pool and will have to wait for the chlorine to dissipate before I can use the pool. read more

I hired this company today and am extremely happy with the service. The owner came out personally and went over everything. Tested the pool and added proper chemicals. Awesome customer service, on time and honest! I highly recommend them to service your pool! I had been referred to Jessica when our previous pool maintenance company closed that arm of their business. For years we struggled with customer service. Her staff would stop by for less than 5 minutes and charge hundreds of dollars. When we had a problem with the pool she was slow to respond. This most recent incident was the last time I would work with her. Our pool was green and swamp like. I sent her pictures and asked her to send someone by to check it out. There was an old invoice that didn't process from 2 months ago that I didn't know about. When I paid the most recent invoices the system didn't alert me there was a balance. She wouldn't come see what was wrong with the pool until I corrected it. There was no communication to me that the payment didn't process and I needed to retransmit at the time or for the 3 months after, but she withheld services and let my pool turn into a swamp for a customer who she had for years who had paid all my invoices every month. I sea my email and found the failed transaction and resubmitted and her staff came by and put a chlorine flotation in the pool and charged me an additional $25 instead of addressing the obvious broken pump. when I pointed out the lack of professionalism and poor service, she didn't care. Just moved on to the next paycheck. I do not recommend this company. You are taken advantage of and treated like a number, even after years of relationship. Disappointing. read more

I have not had service with this company but I did want to share an incident reported in our area about this company: I need to share with you an interaction I had with a company called Viper Pools AZ. I had a VERY bizarre encounter with one of their employees recently. I wasn't going to say anything but I continue to be disturbed by having been verbally assaulted by one of their employees at a gas station in Phoenix. I was pumping my gas and I thought I heard something from the other side of the pump and realized some guy was talking to me. I asked him to repeat what he said - his reply was "I said you must be a RACIST because you are wearing all blue and that is code to show other racists that you're one of them." I said "Excuse me?" and he again repeated himself and I said I had no idea what he was talking about. I asked him "Where do you think I'm from?" He said "I can tell by your accent you are from some sh***y state full of racists." Having seen the name Viper Pools AZ on the side of the pickup truck, I called the company and spoke to the owner, Jessica. What is most disturbing is she tried to say it was another pool company with the same name? But then I said, no, it was definitely their truck. Then she said that one of her trucks had been stolen, so it must have been the person who stole the truck. (but driving it around with all the pool supplies and equipment still in the back - does that make any sense?) I gave her the chance to send me a copy of the police report to support that claim and she immediately went radio silent. Now, if she had taken ownership of the incident and apologized for her employee's bad behavior, I wouldn't be posting here. Since she failed to do so, I can only report to the community what happened and let you decide. Tech kept losing the key given to them to access my gate to the backyard. Would get an attitude when I asked why they didn't have a key. When I did unlock the gate for them they left the gate wide open on two occasions so my dogs got out when I let them outside after they were done. Way over priced for drain and refill. Was quoted about $450 then got a bill for $1215.00. Like another reviewer here mentioned, they would show up at night after dark to clean or sometimes not at all. When concerns were mentioned no apologies or any response to make it right was attempted. Definitely one of those "you should be lucky we even show up" types. I fired them in January and continued to get invoices for two more months. Stay away from this company. read more

Called az pools the are a pool broker i found out they had viper pools text me stating they would be out. Agreed at 139 a month chemicals included....multiple texts from jessica stating they would be coming through out the morning, day , evening. Then at 8 pm she stated he will be their at 9 pm I stated No. you cant see the pool at night She stated he can ise hos phone ot has a flashlight. I said no ots too late. They came the next day hr and this guy who kept hiding. Cleaned pool. Then said they cleaned my cartridge filter. I stated the previous pool company did that 2 weeks ago. I showed her the receipt from the. Other company. Cartridge filters are cleaned every 6 months. 2nd time they came they used all my chemicals She stated she didn't use them. That the when she looked in the cabinet it was empty. The container for the chlorine tablets was empty too. Which was a lie, 3rd and last visit prior to termination of this company. She came over and cleaned pool. She turned all the valves on my pool. (I have automatic valves) she broke the valve handle) She opened pump to empty basket forgot to tighten lid. After a couple days my neighbor called stating my pool was making screaming noise. My filter had been running dry and was hot i called her she said she would be right over. Never showed up. I got a invoice for the 3 time for $580. Said the bill is over inflated and you didn't do half the things on the invoice She sent another bill. 380. I stated I am not a new pool service start up. My pool has been existing. The filter did not need to be cleaned. You were doing things just to inflate the bill. I said I was not paying the invoice that she sent me on the email she said, can you pay half of the filter clean. O said no that it had just been cleaned and she forced charged, the money on my charge card so I have to buy a new pool pump for $2800 and handle shit broke for $1800 and now my pool company is for about $340. And I put the icing on the cake. The guy that came in my backyard with her that I have on camera, his name was Clark. His psychologically disturbed girlfriend called up my office, screaming at me, saying my phone number was in his phone. And she was screaming at me telling me that I was sleeping with her boyfriend. She was so crazy. I just hung up so if you want the wonderful service, I got definitely hire them, but I would stay away from them like the plague. read more
