The **quality of the education and the teachers is truly excellent**. Over the years, our children have had different teachers, and every one of them has been **prepared, loving, patient, and kind**. One of the things we appreciate most is **their communication** -- we always feel informed and supported as parents. A special shoutout to **Ms. Gabby in Children's House** -- she is absolutely amazing. She is patient, firm, and loving, and she encourages her students in such a thoughtful and empowering way. She has been a wonderful and consistent presence for our son for the past **three years**, and we truly hope our younger children also get the opportunity to have her as their teacher. While we've noticed a bit more **teacher turnover in the toddler classrooms**, which we hope the school can continue to improve, our overall experience has been very positive. The school also provides **catered lunches**, which our son enjoys, along with **many extra activities and special events** that enrich the children's experience. She learned to wait her turn, the value of her peers, manners, and was potty trained. At the age of 3 she transitioned into the primary classroom. While the expectation was high, my child did not transition well. Rather than meet the child where they are and modify the program, they tried to modify my child. As a result she retaliated to the point that she was no longer "allowed" to participate with her peers for meals, or even playground time. It wasn't until we left CMS and I had her evaluated by educators far more experienced and qualified than the staff at CMS that I was reassured that she was just behaving poorly due to being in a stressful environment. My word of caution to other parents out there is that CMS is not a school of inclusion but rather exclusion. Maria Montessori would have never allowed for such a hostile "learning environment" or exclusive parameters from her "guide." I would definitely seek out other alternatives before enrolling at this school simply because of this experience.

Miss Marilynn,the principal, and Alice the VP are so compassionate and genuinely take the time to know every child and family, which really makes you feel like family. The infant room teachers--Dani, Danniette, Farzaneh, Yasmin, and Lexi--are all amazing. I 100% trust they are caring for our baby like one of their own! I am actually sad to be moving to the next room soon, however I am sure the new teachers will be just as great. We toured many schools before finally choosing Xplor, comparing different criteria ranging from safety, cost, staff..so far Xplor has not let us down looking forward to many more years here!

I have one child in Kindergarten and another in 3rd grade who attends their after-school program, and both programs have been wonderful for our family. The teachers and staff are caring, attentive, and clearly love working with the kids. My kindergartener has learned so much and always comes home excited to share about their day. For my 3rd grader, the after-school program has been incredibly convenient. Cadence provides pickup from the elementary school, which makes life so much easier for busy parents. They also offer a summer program that keeps the kids active and engaged. Overall, we've been very happy with Cadence. The teachers are great, the staff is friendly, and it's reassuring knowing our kids are in a safe and supportive environment.

We recently moved and will have to start looking for a new daycare nearby but I don't want to leave them, even though the commute is 30+ min now. My son is completely potty trained, thanks in large part to the support of their staff by kicking off the process. They have a unique, open concept with no enclosed rooms and I love that the kids (and parents) all know each other. Also, one of the biggest ways they supported my son is their flexibility with his meals due to a milk protein allergy. They substitute what they can for him and I only bring in a couple of things every now and then to supplement. I'm finding out now that not all daycares are as accommodating! My son talks about them all the time and I absolutely love them too.
