The spot had been spreading over the years and she is the only doctor who referred me for a biopsy and I found out that I had basal cell carcinoma on my eyelid. She is the only doctor out of about 8 over a 13 year period who suggested a biopsy. For 13 years I had bcc on my eye and every year other doctors looked at it and dismissed it. I'm so glad I found her. She even called the plastic surgeon who was booked for 6 months and got an immediate appointment for me. 13 years I had cancer and not one other doctor suggested a biopsy. I love her!

I needed a copy of my bill in order to get the reimbursement from Acuvue for purchasing contacts and the receptionist promptly emailed me a copy. According to his website, Dr. Wong is now full time at his Fredericksburg office. Northern Virginia is missing out!

Over six months, I spent unnecessary money trying countless products with no results. Only after months of failed treatment was prescription medication finally discussed. Even then, the office could not manage to do the bare minimum. They showed no urgency in completing the prior authorization process, gave conflicting information, and outright changed their story after the fact. To make matters worse, the new prescription they claimed they were sending was never even sent to the pharmacy. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and poor customer service was shocking. When patients are trusting you with their health, there should be follow-through, communication, and professionalism. Instead, this experience felt careless, dismissive, and completely frustrating from start to finish.
