It's a no-stress environment. You're not "just another patient charge". The front staff is knowledgeable, respectful, quick. Care: The technology in the clinic is top notch, state-of-the art. The rooms are clean, equipment well maintained. Dr. Na's beside manner is excellent. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, maintains a level of curiosity to narrow down your issue, and is clear with her instructions. She knows what she's talking about, and the confidence she portrays makes you feel so much at ease. These are your eyes, after all. As a physician, patients often ask me for recommendations of where I would go or where I would send my family. For both those questions, it's Nova Advanced Eyecare with Dr Na. Side note: the main door to her building is NOT under the large sign on the side of the building, but rather on the left side lot when facing the sign from the street.

She has a calm and professional demeanor and always takes time to explain the procedure as I ask a lot of questions. The office is modern and lovely and the receptionist is always happy to help, which is often not the case in my experience. Highly recommend. Thank you, Dr Na for improving my dry eye symptoms and the appearance of dark spots on my face.

On our first visit, Farida walked her through the procedure and answered all her questions. She was upfront about cost and even checked our insurance to determine what our final cost would be. We met Dr Nasrullah during our initial visit. He was very nice and took his time answering our questions. He explained the procedure and what would happen afterwards. We were glad we got to meet him that day because we felt much better about the procedure and decided to move forward. On the day of the procedure, we met Dr Nasrullah at the Reston Surgical Center. He reviewed the process and procedure again and answered our questions. They collected payment the day of the procedure. Cash or Credit Cards only- no checks accepted. The process was as quick as Dr Nasrullah described. The process itself took about 20 minutes, but with the preparation and post care we were at the center for about 2 hrs. Before the procedure, my aunt's vision was -6 due to the cataract. Now her vision is 20/20! Very happy with the results!

I came to this office couple years ago after getting referred by my eye doctor. I came again…read morerecently after getting referred again by my eye doctor (the doctor I saw has passed, but I was referred to another doctor). Prior to my appointment, I did and insurance verification and the front desk AND my insurance company said that the provider and office was in network with my insurance. So, my appointment was moved several times because the doctor was unavailable (understandable). When I came I for my appointment, I had the worst experience with the front desk staff. Every single word she said to me was "no". She first asked for my last name in an obnoxious way (ok, that's fine), second I gave her my insurance card and driver's license per her request and she goes "NO NO NO NO NO, we don't work with your insurance --its a platinum plus plan btw. I said that prior to my appointment I had made sure it was in network and was told that there would be a copay of $20 via voice-mail from the office. She said "NO NO NO". I then played her the voice-mail from their office stating that they are in network with my insurance and that there would be a copay. She then rolled her eyes and shrugged. She wanted me to fill out forms that I had already filled out (I had been a patient there 10 years ago, and also filled them out on their website beforehand and brought it in). She then proceeded to say her favorite word, "no" that it wasn't acceptable. After 10 minutes of hearing constant "no" we were instructed to wait for the doctor, who we could see pacing back and forth waiting for us. I was so turned off by the front desk encounter and frankly did not trust the office to provide a nice patient experience. So after about 5 minutes of waiting, I decided to cancel my appointment. I did not want to be a patient at this awful office. We told the "no" lady that we will be canceling our appointment and then she proceeds to say "ok" and demands us to take back our paperwork. To be honest, it was a relief to hear something different than "no". In either case, they lost a new patient, a former patient, and all my referrals. We didn't even meet the doctor. What an awful way to treat your patients. TLDR; didn't even meet the doctor because the front desk team member was just awful (her favorite word is no) and we decided we did not want to be patients of an office that has team members treat patients horribly.

I wish I could give Dr. Kasi a MILLION stars!! While on a business trip to the Washington DC area,…read moreI had an eye emergency. Dr. Kasi came in on a Saturday afternoon to help. He immediately performed laser eye surgery on my torn retina. I was terrified! By the time I left his office, I knew I was going to be ok. The kindest, gentlest, most intelligent doctor I have EVER had the pleasure of meeting! Dr. Kasi went the extra mile to call some friends in South Florida to make me a follow up appointment at one of the worlds best eye institutes. I have to say, they pale in comparison to the quality of care I received with Dr. Kasi. They are equally impressed by his work- and I have had no issues since! I'm not sure how I got so lucky to find Dr. Kasi at that moment, but I am forever grateful for him and his staff!! Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Kasi!
