This is the longest Yelp review I've ever written, but Visolution definitely deserves this. So get ready!!! I was looking for a comapny to help me design a home theater solution that included mounting two TVs (55 and 40), and receiver/speaker setup. I am very glad that I found Visolution on Yelp. I called quite a few places to setup appointments for consultation and quotes. Some of them weren't able to give me much suggestions, and some didn't even show up (HD Hookups). Abe from Visolution came out and gave me a bunch of suggestions on what looks good and what's feasible with my restricted living room layout. He recommended a high-end LCR speaker for my living room since my ceiling doesn't really allow 3 in-ceiling speakers. He mentioned that I can purchase all the audio equipment he recommended directly from them. Honesty I was initially skeptical as I suspected that it was just another way to make more money. However, once I got the quote (as promised in that same evening), I was pleasantly surprised by the prices they quote me on the gear. They were all much cheaper than any price I found online. When they came out for the actual installation, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome even though we couldn't get the receiver to work with one of my component (which is no fault of Visolution at all). Not only did Abe remember all the requests I made during the initial consultation regarding mounting position and so on, he also assured me repeatedly that it would look nice once it is all done since I was asking many questions to confirm everything. They helped me setup a shelf in my closet where all the components would sit and tied up and labeled all the cables very neatly. Toward the end of the job, we found out that one of my component wouldn't work with the Marantz receiver that I bought from them. We tried many settings and cable changes, but it just wouldn't work. They waited another 20+ to update the receiver's firmware to see if it helped. Ultimately it still didn't work after the firmware update. He said that they should take the receiver back and I wouldn't have to pay for it. He suggested another Denon receiver that I could try later to see if it resolves the problem. So after a whole day of work and plugging everything in, they had to unplug the receiver and leave with it. He helped me hook up the components in a way that I could at least still use my TV and computer without the receiver until I find a solution. I ended up getting the Denon receiver that he recommended from BestBuy, and unfortunately that didn't work still. So it is definitely an issue with my component specifically, not the receiver that they sold me. Abe also reached out to me the next morning and asked if he should drop off another receiver for me to try out. It was definitely the kind of follow-up I didn't expect from any company nowadays. They got my money already, why do they care, but they did. I told him that I bought a HDMI device that might solve my problem after much research online, and asked if I can still buy the Marantz receiver from them since they have such good pricing. He said to just let him know and he can deliver it to my house, after I offered to pick it up myself. Their customer service is just impeccable. All in all, I am beyond impressed with the service that Visolution provided. They truly care about the quality of their work and you can see that they take pride in it. My home theater looks beautiful and sometimes I find myself just standing in the living room admiring it. I would not hesitate to recommend Visolution to anyone for their A/V needs. read more

We moved from our town home in la jolla to a house we purchased in rancho santa fe and decided to remount our tv's and add a home theater system. We decided to use VisolutionTV because our new neighbors referred us and informed me about their rave reviews. We are extremely happy with our decision. Their installation team had booties, gloves, and were extremely nice to work with. They mounted 3 TV's and installed a 5.1 home theater system in our family room all in a day. Our previous home we used Geek Squad since we purchased the televisions from Best Buy. The difference in workmanship is night and day. Geek Squad installers had our power cord hanging at our old home and our home theater equipment in cabinets. These guys hid all our home theater equipment in a closet and ran some cables where we could control them in our family room. All our TV's do not have any cables showing period. My 1st mistake was having another company install my home theater systems because the price was cheap. My 2nd mistake was letting them complete the job even after they misaligned the speakers and re-positioned them, leaving holes in the wall, and did not conceal the speaker cables, which strangely enough they were able to do with the TVs but not the audio system. I learned my lesson and corrected my errors by calling Visolution TV. They were unbelievably professional and knowledgeable from beginning to end. So glad we found them on the Internet. When I called them, they were able to get out quickly to do the work. We had them mount our 60"tv in the upstairs master bedroom and hide the wires in the wall. We were impressed with their excellent service. They treated our home/furniture/belongings with respect. They worked quickly, answered our questions, and cleaned up afterward. Visolutions delivered service beyond my already high expectations. Abe and Lucas showed up on time, were meticulous about their preparation and work (even wearing booties to cover their shoes inside our home) and completed the job of running an HDMI cable through some walls to a second TV in a different room, ahead of their time estimate. The parts needed to complete the job were reasonably priced as well, which is often not the case. After the job was completed I had a few questions regarding the use of our existing universal remote to operate both TV's, which they answered for me and after finding out that I really needed a second IR remote to do what I wanted, offered to give me a similar unit from the stock of used remotes they had at the warehouse destined for recycling. I did not expect this and was has happy to accept their generous offer. I was both surprised and elated when two days later another Visolutions employee showed up with not one, but TWO identical remotes! Even without the unexpected perk of the remotes, this company delivered service and expertise that will have me calling them again for any alterations/upgrades to our home audio/video systems as well as recommending them to anyone I know with A/V needs. I don't usually write reviews on companies or products but I felt it was a must on this one. I don't usually use Yelp but this time around I decided to research companies for house installs thru Yelp. I went thru the top 5 companies in this space and just started reading. If you do the same you really can get a feel for how companies do there business to a point. There is a reason why Visolution TV has 5 star rating and I will get back to that in a second. I always get skeptical when companies have a lot of reviews and high ratings. I installed cabinets last year and the company insisted I write a review and even offered me a discount to do so. I still didn't do it because that doesn't protect the consumer with reviews like this. I feel like those type of reviews are cheap and not what Yelp is really about. Abe the owner never asked me to write a review nor was it even brought up. So if your going to take a review for what it is, is the exact reason why I am writing it. I called Abe last week about my install. He came out two days later. We walked what I wanted to do and I also needed some advice on some things he would do. Abe is professional, honest and there is no doubt he knows his stuff. On that first visit he was looking at my set up and found that I wasn't even using 2 of the speakers that Best buy had originally installed in the family room. He changed it for me at no cost and this was before he gave me a quote. This is the kind of company you want to do business with. After the visit he said he would have a quote for me in a day. I asked him when he could install if I liked his quote. At that time he said he was booked until the first week of November maybe later but he said he would let me know if anything he could do earlier. I got the quote that night and having many installs and purchase of equipment I was thrilled that it was less than expected. I then agreed to move forward with the project. Out of nowhere he let me know that something opened that following week and so we agreed to have it done. The install: First of all this guy knows his stuff. Everything he said he would do was done and then some. He showed up on time. No issues whatsoever. The sound system is awesome. The TV looks awesome. He picked out a lot of the components for the project and I couldn't be more pleased. The moral of this Review is this. Do what I did and do research. Read the reviews from who you are looking to do business with and compare. As a business owner myself I know its impossible to make every customer happy but you will find a common theme on how those customers are treated by the reviews both good and bad. That being said if you need and install and you are not sure who to go with, you would be a fool not take this review for what it is. I echo most of the other fantastic feedback that Visolution has received. This was a great home service experience. I called at 9:00am to ask for a home A/V review and by 1:30 they were at my home checking out my birdsnest of chords that supported my tv/stereo/internet. They were careful wearing booties on new carpet. They asked what my needs were. And before getting me to buy any devices, they opened new boxes of equipment and tried them in my network. This included a new receiver and a new wireless router. In one case I bought the device and in the other case I did not because they freely admitted that I could get a cheaper router at Best Buy that would serve my needs. So I felt that this was very intelligent and honest service. I had a unique situation where the team had to come out and service my mount after it was initially installed. They mounted two TVs ( a 65" in the living room and a smaller TV in the master bedroom). I noticed the larger TV was tilting slightly to the right after the completed my install on Day 1. I called back to their main office and the gentlemen explained that it was most likely caused by the bracket I was using. They installed my larger TV using a Rocketfish bracket that I have always used with that TV with no prior problems. Whether it was my bracket (which was most likely) or the install, they still offered to come back free of charge and gave me a great deal on a new bracket. Their professionalism, quality of work and commitment to taking care of thecustomer was world class and I would absolutely recommend this company! Sent emails to 5 companies to get quotes for outdoor speaker installation. Visolution was one of only two companies that actually returned my emails. Their team was able to run all cabling through the attic from the stereo console inside to the outdoor speakers. So no holes needed to be blown in the walls. Price was reasonable too. Would recommend for all AV installation, particularly more challenging type work beyond just mounting a flat panel. read more
