    SUPER FLUSH!! Perfectly installed LG oled77gxpua77 & Sonos arc soundbar!!

    Eric remains super responsive to emails with scheduling, suggestions, and questions. Abe and his team once again did an OUTSTANDING install job for us. This is the third home and probably 7th time we have hired them for our AV equipment. My husband is not handy and, even if he was, it just makes more sense to have these guys bang out the job. We recently went all out and purchased the LG oled77GXpua 77" TV - this is the one that sits COMPLETELY flush on your wall like a work of art with a 1" profile (if that) from the side)...It is a $4000 tv. Visolution had seen them, but had yet to install one. Despite me having total confidence in their work up until now...this is a different beast with its own recessed mount attached and I was a bit nervous about the install. I should have known...they did it flawlessly. We paired it with the Sonos Arc soundbar that has the new breakthrough Dolby Atmos sound capability. The set up is insane....very impressive. See my pictures (excuse the cabinets below...tops are being installed soon). Thanks, guys!!

    Scheduling: the first time I called- No phone tag. And they had an available slot within a week. . Punctuality: showed up on time. . Professionalism: super clean. Laid the painters plastic down & left my place clean after cutting the drywall/installation. . Precision: hung the TV and sound bar- measuring & triple checking and level. Looks great! . I can't think of anything they could have done to improve.

    These guys are true professionals! They are very military friendly and provide a great discount! They do clean work and they have excellent pricing. I have actually used them twice. First to mount my TV in the living room and then a second time to install my sound bar and install another TV in my room. First time they came they noticed I had an overpriced mount from Best Buy. They saved me some money and sold me the exact one I bought from Best Buy for quite a bit less! Great installers! For Christmas this year we decided to add a sound bar downstairs and a tv up. Again amazing job! For the upstairs they wall fished the electrical up to a place behind the TV mount! Great job hiding all wires! If I have any mounting requirements I will contact them again!

Relative to other providers their communication was on point and did not need undue back and forth conversations or asks for me to call them etc. Scheduling was automated and the process was a breeze. Day of installation there were delays on their previous appointment and they called ahead and worked with me to reschedule. The installation was done perfectly. Kudos to Pablo and team.

    I waited two days for a response. They only wanted to provide a quote based on the picture I…read moreprovided and were unwilling to visit the site for an estimate. For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.

They removed an old, non-working tv and recommended a newer model and size tv and installed it. They were fast, responsive and professional. Left the area they worked in cleaner than they found it!     We have had our Control4 Home Integration System for approximately 8 to 10 years. We updated to the…read morenew CH-250 about one year ago. We have been using SureTech for the past year as the goto for updates & system management. One june-14th, 2014 our control4 system had crashed. We called SureTechs and they were able to send out a tech within two days. Richard showed up on time & completed a re-install of firmware, which was stored on his laptop from a previous visit. He re-assured us that our unit has a two year warranty and would be replaced if it crashed again at no additional cost. Upon completion of the 2-hour appointment, we asked if we needed any further updates. He stated our system was up-to-date with the latest firmware/software. He stated there's a 30-day guarantee if we should have any problems/issues. Three days later we noticed our streaming apps were missing (TuneIn, Rhapsody), which we had previously paid for with the installation of the new CH-250 unit. We immediately called SureTechs. A tech came out about two weeks later to address the problem. The night before the appointment, We were notified that we would be billed for parts/labor that were not under warranty. We agreed to those terms, knowing that we still had one more year of warranty coverage. On July 2nd, 2014, another SureTechs rep came out and re-installed the TuneIn application. He arrived one hour late, and smelled like an ashtray. However, he was very courteous & knowledgeable. Our system is back to its original working condition within an hour. He requested payment of $170 and we received an email from the president, Dan Merrill, demanding payment of $170. We called Dan to question the payment, stating that SureTechs repair on 18-Jun-2014 did not do a complete re-install, and had left out our TuneIn app. He was adamant that this was a service call, to be fully paid. Dan refused to allow us to state our case. He said, "This is not open for discussion. Do not contact me again." & immediately hung-up. We have since contacted Control-4 corporate in Utah. They are looking into this matter. My partner & I are both professionals. I am a retired Doctor & my partner is a retired software engineer. We find it unbelievable that someone in Dan's position, would treat clients in such a manner, & demanding we pay for their mistakes? What happened to their 30 day guarantee? We highly recommend when looking for a home theatre install & maintenance company, that you look elsewhere. This is not a company you would want to deal with!
