I hinted I would be calling them back ... well .... I recently had a birthday and some good friends bought me a FIRETV... I called Visolution TV and asked them to help install it for me since I knew they could do it in 10 seconds and it would take me 10 hours... while they were at my house they installed the FIRETV and insured I knew how to operate the programs. Ugh... electronics. Don't ask me about it because I know nothing. Better to have someone professional handle it so its done right the first time! I got referred to Visolution from a friend of mine and extremely pleased with the results! I needed a TV not only moved from another place, but also installed in its new home. Visolution TV did a great job installing the TV (above my fireplace) and hiding all the wires so that it looked real clean. I also had them mount another TV in my daughter's room. Again, it looked real clean and none of the wires were seen. They were very efficient in their work so got the job done quickly and the guys that came were friendly. Overall, it was amazing work, and they provided professional TV mounting service. My husband checked out their work afterwards and agreed that the TV wall mount was sturdy. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again if we ever need to add or make changes to our set-up.... It was always a dream of mine to own a nice home stereo. A big screen television mounted on the wall and some nice speakers mounted in the ceiling. Recently I wanted these dreams to become a reality. I enlisted in the help of Visolution to mount my LED TV (from Costco), and install a 5.1 in-wall home theater system (from Visolution). There pricing is really fair for the amount of time they spend on the installation. I ended up giving them a fat tip because the new surround sound system is so much better than the speakers that came with the TV. I can't review the finished outcome of Visolution TV. The only thing I can comment on is lousy customer service. I have made 3 attempts in the past 3 weeks to speak with someone at Visolution. I have sent an email to their website (which their advertising says will receive a response within 24 hours.) I never received a response. I have left 2 explicit messages on their voicemail during business hours and no one has ever called me back. I can only conclude that they do not want my business. Updating the situation with my theatre, Visolution came back and tried to fix the projector, but no luck. This was done completely free, so kudos to them. Their conclusion was that the projector was defective, which turned out to be correct (this was Panasonic's fault, not Visolution). After sending it back twice, it is no longer crooked and I am happy with the picture. They also offered to deal with the Subwoofer, but as I had already found a solution, this was unnecessary. Their service after the initial installation has been exemplary and I am very happy to raise their rating to 4 Stars. read more

We searched the internet for someone who could mount our television. Our son was starting to walk so we needed to get rid of the stand. We saw Visolution TV on line and gave them a call. There was no long wait, we were told a technician could be out next day. We scheduled our appointment and Abe was sent to us. As promised, Abe called when he was about 15 minutes from our house; he was on time, as scheduled! We explained our son had laid down for a nap, so if possible, be as quiet as possible. Abe was! In all, we had our TV mounted, the electrical boxes and cable outlet's moved up so you cannot see them and had one floating shelf installed. The work is magnificent, soooo clean!! It looks like these things have always been in their "place." Abe went above the call of duty at our install. He was friendly, offered us his input for future projects, and was overall a great Technician that we were pleased to have in our house. His work is something of art; you can tell he takes pride in his job and it shows! We are purchasing another TV and will most definitely be calling Visolution TV (and Abe!) to come out and install it! We couldn't be happier with their service! **Update!!** We had Visolution come back (Abe of course!) and install our 64" Samsung, sound bar, and cabinet for all the "electrical" items. I've now had Visolution mount my 65" / 75lb TV in 3 different homes. Their service is outstanding. The most recent installation was above the mantle. They warned me it would be too high and I did not listen. After a few days we asked them to come back and lower it. They did so without complaint and without charging anything extra. When I called, I spoke with Abe and he was extremely helpful. He scheduled a Saturday appointment and showed up with Jessie right on time. Within minutes he had everything working correctly and removed a bunch of wires I didn't need. He set up my TV, surround sound and other devices to work together. They installed a 65 inch LCD TV with Polk Soundbar under it and installed a 42 inch plasma TV on my bedroom wall.
