I felt like an ATM. At the end of the job he Left it incomplete. He didn't remove tape, or paint other side of door, even though he had it taped off, and had me go buy more paint for it. The final day it was a different story. Initially I asked if he would replace door hinges if I provided them. Painters have thrown that in in on previous jobs with no problem. He wanted $50 a door to swap out the hinges, extra! (I already paid an additional $500 for 5 doors, so I refused.) Now I'll still have to get the hinges replaced, what a hassle. He failed put back hardware and valance on my shade. Left stripped out screws set in sideways, and mixed up my door handles. I had to get someone to fix hardware that was hanging off, and switch back the handles. Didn't putty blemishes, or remove nails in the wall, or remove fan remote holder. There are thin spots that you can see thru in a few places. He desperately needs an assistant in order to get the job done in a timely manner. It drug out for 5 days and was supposed to be a 2 day job. Looses interest in the job at hand before it's complete. Buyer Beware.

The house is almost 80 years old. It's a mixture of concrete block, wood, and repairs. I observed that after 8 years, only a very small bit of the "repairs" (unknown composition and origin) came off under the pressure torrent. After sitting in the direct sun and intense heat for 8 years, I was astonished that I didn't lose AT LEAST 20% of the paint. I don't think I need to say anything else, but I still remember how courteous, respectful, diligent and likeable the whole team was. The price was really reasonable, the cleanup was faithful and in every single way Brian honored me and my home.

The attention to detail has been just remarkable. They spent so much time in prep work pressure washing, scrapping, sanding and filling holes and imperfections that the finished product is so much better than I would have expected. Our 32 year old house looks like a brand new house. They spent a lot of time with hand brushes making all of the lines between the trim and the walls perfectly straight lines. My wife and I are absolutely shocked at how good our house looks after these guys painted it.
