After that time passed, I received another call saying the order still had not arrived. At that point, I requested to cancel the order and pick up my check because I could not continue waiting. Shortly after, Tommy (Haitham) contacted me again and promised he could get the order within 10 more days, so I agreed to continue waiting. After 22 total days of delays, excuses, and lack of communication, I became extremely frustrated. What disappointed me most was not just the delay itself, but how the situation was handled. After expressing my frustration through text messages, Tommy (Haitham), instead of having management or the owner professionally address the issue, involved people from my community who had absolutely nothing to do with this transaction. I started receiving calls regarding a private customer dispute. No business should allow an employee to involve outside individuals in a customer issue. That was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I later spoke with the owner, Simon, and explained the entire situation. At the beginning of the call, I even asked him what the company's mission was, and he stated that it was to make customers happy and satisfied. Unfortunately, I can honestly say I left this experience feeling neither happy nor satisfied. The delays already caused enough stress and financial loss due to rent and project setbacks, but the employee behavior and management's acceptance of it made the experience even worse. For the record, I never used disrespectful language toward Tommy (Haitham). I simply asked Tommy (Haitham) to stop contacting and harassing me, and I expressed how frustrating and exhausting this situation had become after weeks of delays and broken promises. I do not recommend this business based on my experience. Very disappointing overall.

I kept asking Jeremy the Proj Mgr to come and see what was going on. He NEVER came not once. Look up my old reviews to know my complaints have been ongoing. I have pictures, text and email communications (including those I sent that never received a response). Finally two 'bathroom techs' came to look at my complaints (different from the install techs) and found ALL my complaints were justified and they saw first hand all the issues I was continually complaining about. Jeremy would have seen that I was justified complaining if he would have honored even one of my requests and see the crap that was going on. One of the biggest frustrations when doing a home project is lack of communication. Ali went out of his way to keep us informed of the timeline (letting us know when to expect materials, find an install range that worked for us, and checking in throughout). As far as the finished results, we could not be happier. The new carpet is so plush and comfortable. The railings completely transformed the look of our home. Ali offered suggestions when asked (he really knows his stuff), but made sure we knew that the final decision was ours. A few other things to note: the installers were very respectful of our home, cleaned up when they finished, and were very polite. The cost was reasonable (actually less than we expected). I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND using Roof-Rite!! We had Roof-Rite replace our roof in 2018/2019. Before…read morethe replacement, I lived here about 10 years prior, I've never had any interior leaking until AFTER they replaced the roof. We've complained about it to Roof-Rite when we noticed water coming inside (2021). They did send out someone to "check", but they never found anything obvious, yet it was still leaking into the interior. I emailed Roof-Rite in 2022 about this issue the next winter, when it leaked again and explained this, but they basically told me to "go pound sand", because it was "an act of God" and they won't cover any damage. It wasn't until we had an exterminator out to capture a squirrel in our attic about 3 years ago, that the exterminator found a huge hole in the overhang/soffit crevice that butts up directly to the upper roof (house with upper & lower roofs, with multiple conjoined areas). This is where the squirrel was getting in. The exterminator did the best he could to fix it, and it was fine for a few years. Although, it's leaking again in 2026. Keep in mind, we've had extremely mild winters here in 2019 & 2020, along with 2022, 2023 & 2024, until this winter, 2025/2026. So, why was it that the exterminator, back in 2022, found a hole in that area that allowed squirrels to enter the attic space, and also allowed water intrusion? Roof-Rite would've found it, had they done their due diligence. Instead, the deflected, as if it was my fault and that I'm on my own. The common denominator here is Roof-Rite, and the lack of quality work/diagnosis, AFTER they did the work and were paid. Roof-Rite made it clear that they wouldn't do anything.
