The inspection company has no legal grounds to share anything from the report with the seller, since the buyer paid for it. Now we know your company improperly trains all its inspectors, since you do not understand California law around inspection reports. Second, your formal response to my feedback reflects the overall attitude from the inspector as well: dismissive, arrogant, reckless. It is becoming more apparent that simple SEO and branding are your business model, not listening to the voice of the customer--everyday Americans trying to get by. We recently experienced a pretty major flood in our home. Their manager called me later that week to confirm that there was mold growing on the floor where the carpet was. They were able to recommend a local restoration company and told me the work that would be needed. Their recommended company did an amazing job and was able to get rid of all the mold (see attached pictures in my review) I was very impressed with the work ethic and efficiency.
