Wanted something healthy so decided to try vitality bowls. I opted for a sandwich to eat in the car. The panini is really good. The bread was toasted just right and the flavors blend well. The customer service was top notch. I entered through the back door so didn't notice the self kiosk. The guy was really professional and helpful. He often apologized for any delay and thanked me for my patience. I didn't see where the drinks were so when I asked for a cup of water he was able to give me a bottled water. It's super clean inside for a quick bite and nice and cool at 75 degrees in hot weather Vacaville (it was 97 degrees today) I'll come back and try the açaí bowls next. read more

While it was flavorful, it lacked a substantial amount of protein so I wasn't full necessarily. More filled with grains and salad, so it wasn't worth the buck to me, who personally favors a lot of protein. However, it might work well if are looking for more salad. I would go back and try the açaí bowls which are obviously their most popular options. It's a healthy place to go amongst the food chains out there. It has organic acai, coconut milk, strawberries, banana, and dark chocolate. It took a few minutes after I paid to get my smoothie. It was worth the wait! It tasted great! Definitely can tell it was made with real ingredients. The inside of the store was spacy with a quite a few tables to sit to enjoy your bowl or smoothie of choice. I have to update my review because I've come to really love this place. It's my favorite, and I could order from here for days at a time (and I have)! My go-to's are their Vitality Açaí Bowl, PB & Chia Jam Toast, and Avocado Power Panini. I've also grown to love their Avocado Toast. Placing an order for pick-up is very convenient, and my order is always ready right on time! One time I placed an order for bottled juice but when I arrived it turned out they were out of it so they offered to make me a smoothie instead. The smoothie was actually higher in price, and I was happy to finally try out a smoothie I had had my eye on. Also, I ordered their Green Glow Bowl one time, and while the flavors didn't really jump out at me, I didn't eat it right away so it wasn't the freshest and I would give it another chance. The store looks pretty clean each time I come in to pick up my order and nearby parking usually isn't hard to find. I came here today and bought two fresh squeezed juices that were regular sized. Out the door with a small tip it was over $20. What I received was two regular size cups with slightly flavored water. You could see that there was some fresh squeezed juice in there, but I've used a juicer at home and I've purchased many from various different locations, and I've never been able to see through the cup. When I say "see through the cup" I mean you could read a page of a book through the translucent "juice." I'm not one to make a scene in a restaurant or a store. This is by far the worst location I've been too and the customer service is terrible. Before my most recent visit today, I came here 3 weeks ago during business hours. Prior to my arrival I placed an online order knowing how long they can take with your orders but first I tried calling, no answer of course. My order was processed online and I headed to the shop. On arrival no one could be found inside. I had seen another group of ladies that tried to enter the store and I told them it appears to be closed. I had to send them an email about my inconvenient experience and requested they refund my transaction which they did 3-4 days later. TODAY, I gave them the benefit of the doubt still in the back of my head thinking they might be closed or some nonsense would transpire. On the way I tried to call, and AGAIN, no one answered the phone! Note: I called 30 minutes prior to them closing the store. When I arrived I was surprised that they were open based on my last experience. I was greeted by a male and a female employee. He asked if I had an order placed and I explained I tried to call but no one answered the phone. He then explains to me that he can make me a smoothie, which was cool on his part, however I wanted a bowl. Then the female employee walks up, greets herself and then tells me that they close in 6 minutes with an attitude. I told them don't worry about it and walked out. Man had y'all of answered the phone when I called I could of had my order. I've had one too many problems with this location, I won't be returning. I love this place. I came here with my cousin and we sat outside because I had my dog with me. we ordered the dragon bowl and nutty bowl. I always order the nutty bowl and usually get peanut butter drizzle on top. The service today was exceptional. it was a warm day. the lady working there today brought our bowls to us, gave us ice water which we didn't ask for, and brought iced water in a bowl for my dog.
