But Cindy is just the nicest, warmest, kindest person. She walks you through the whole process beforehand. And then throughout...I've never been so at ease even in day to day life, let alone while having a colonic. Getting a colonic is definitely not a glamorous thing at all, let's start off with that. However, Cindy is definitely the best person I could imagine to go through that experience with. She has a calming energy about her and is extremely patient. She really cares about you enjoying the experience as much as possible and educates you along the way. Would absolutely recommend! First time colonic, was nervous just about discomfort but had none! I asked Cindy how to prep and by following her tips I avoided any discomfort at all, literally felt nothing uncomfortable. Hello, I found Cindy about 8 years ago when I was very sick and depressed. I don't like going to the doctor and wearing those silly robes so the thought of colon hydrotherapy was very very scary for me but I couldn't shake the dark cloud and yo-yo weight gain. Lots of research led me to investigating a colon hydrotherapy and somehow I found Cindy. I went to her for a series of 5 treatments and could not believe that I actually trusted someone with such a personal thing. She was amazing and I never felt judged or rushed. Fast forward to this past summer when I found myself in LA with some free time on my hands (never happens!). I contacted Cindy and was so grateful to be able to schedule a series of 3 services in one week. She is amazing! For as long as I can remember I had issues with heights, specifically flying. I literally have panic attacks on planes. I had tried everything, sleeping pills, other prescribed drugs, books, classes, seminars, etc...and nothing worked. I knew I had a flight coming up and needed to do something. I heard someone mention that Hypnotherapy might work. That's when I found Cindy and I'm so glad that I did. After just one session, I saw immediate improvement.
