Horrendous. After I purchased a voucher for house cleaning, I tried to call to schedule the appointment. The first time I called they hung up on me mid-sentence. Each time I called after that the message went to voicemail, and their mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I manage to get a refund finally. Awful. read more

The one star is for the cleaning girls, they deserve better business owner then Vita, these girls are on a tight schedule and they manage to do a decent job. I had been using their services for several months on a weekly basis. I have three kids (including an infant) and we just moved into our remodeled house. All was ok, until my brand new stove was badly scratched. The cleaning girl apologized and so did Vita, ok I'm willing to live with it. But a several weeks later my rarely used sink in one of the bathrooms has corrosion on it (green puffed up residue) that ate away the metal on the sink drain. Ok so at this point, I'm contacting Vita to see what they use that is so toxic that it has eaten away metal and a tile on the bathroom floor is discolored and the top shiny layer of the tile is eaten away. This is where things start to turn sour, Vita starts accusing me of causing her and the cleaning girl to "cry all night". Vita told me that they will come and look at the damage and talk to me like civilized persons. Instead she doesn't get out of her car until the cleaning girl gets to my home and the two of them have a quick whisper before knocking on my door. She walks in with a fighting attitude and starts to question the cleaning girl if she had done any of the things I was showing them, to which the poor girl shaking was saying she didn't including the stove they both previously both apologized for. Meanwhile I am looking for the answer as to how could any of this have happened if they supposedly use non toxic cleaners and my daughter is allergic to many things. Well, let me tell you I heard more insults being yelled at me than in all my years combined. So needless to say I didn't get any answers, instead I was told that my home was cheap and I scratched and ruined my own stuff so that I could take advantage of her. I guess my sleepless nights are not due to an infant but that I stayed up ruining my own stuff so that I could listen to this barrage of abuse. I was expecting some kind of a make good by me, I thought maybe a free cleaning or something like that and to find a way to treat the issues. I got nothing but more accusations from her. The girls deserve many stars but Vita deserves a zero. She gives these girls 2 hours to clean a four bedroom house. At the beginning she sends two of them in and then she changes it to only one with the same 2 hours, when I asked her about it she said that it doesn't take longer with one because when there are two of them they talk a lose time. Ummm, what?? No wonder things get ruined in the process because they are rushing as they only get paid for 2 hours. Pays them $20 an hour and pockets the rest of it and of course it is more profitable to pay one and not two. Anyways, buyer be ware the kind of business you use and support. I wouldn't be surprised if Vita would make up some kind of an excuse for all of this, because I've heard her dirty mouth. Hopefully, she treats the girls better going forward. But I suggest you find someone who is honest and honorable, after all it is your house. read more

I have been using Vita's House Cleaning now for about 3 months, and I have not been disappointed once. I started with two gals cleaning my home, but now typically Vita has one of her cleaners come every other week, and the house is cleaned SO fast and cleaned thoroughly! I am pretty particular and have gone through cleaners in the past, and I can say, although they are not the least expensive, you get what you pay for and I'm very happy to recommend Vita's House Cleaning. read more

This beautiful lady and her company are really on top of the game. I have her company come once a month and it's better than fresh air at the top of the mountain. They are very trustworthy, friendly, and do an incredibly stunning job. The best I've ever seen. I caught her carefully dusting every single one of my little perfumes and lotions (and there are a lot!) and de-hairing all my combs! I never see anything untouched. She doesn't miss a mark. She also did a brilliant deep clean as well the first time. Her company also checks in with me, before I have to check in with them, and they always come on schedule, so I don't have to re-arrange all my clutter or re-scheduling because of last-minute-day-of -cancellations. When I'm running my own business, and have a lot to schedule myself, that means a lot to me. She also organizes my mess as she goes. I'm sorry! I'll be better organized next time. Communication was excellent and the pricing while on the higher end was clear and transparent. I was extremely happy with how sparkly the bathrooms were and how well the shower door tracks were cleaned. I also appreciate the close attention to smudges on the walls and staining on an old sink in the laundry room. The overall work was good but if I had to nitpick they could've done a more thorough job on the harder to see areas such as the kitchen baseboards and the window tracks (closed position) and the dusting of the blinds. Upon giving feedback, the impressively hands-on owner, offered to send a cleaning professional over to rectify the overlooked areas and offered his sincere apologies. Sadly, in the rush of moving out didn't get photos of what they did well. Would still hire them again but would just pay closer attention to the completed job. I will admit it's reassuring to know they are quick to remedy the situation.

The bathroom floor was dirty, the pantry floor still had food spilled. The stove still had stuff that wasn't wiped out and the bathroom drawers weren't cleaned out. The house had hard water and it had been really hard to keep up with the buildup around the kitchen and bath fixtures, and especially the glass shower surround. The house also (for some odd reason) had a gas range with NO hood for grease, steam or other vapors and the kitchen had a lot of grease that had aerosolized over the three years we'd lived there (plus the prior - um - FOREVER that others had lived and cooked there with no hood!!!), so the walls needed wiping, the pendant lights were greasy, the floors were greasy... To make the housecleaner's nightmare complete, we had a Great Dane. If you know Danes, you know they are notorious for drooling and when they shake their head it goes flying everywhere. Even if you love Danes, cleaning up after them is not always fun. And once that drool dries, it takes a bit of elbow grease to get it off the walls, doors, baseboards, and sometimes ceiling without damaging the paint. It was a big job. Brenda and her crew were up to the task. And for a very affordable price, I might add. Not only were they flexible (I think we changed the date/time of the cleaning twice), but they were very reliable, trustworthy, independent, communicative, and did a sparkling clean job! Our landlord was impressed. They said they wouldn't even need to bring other providers in before they listed the house for sale. That was impressive. I wish I'd taken before and after pics because they would tell the whole story. Hire these guys - you won't regret it. She also knows a very affordable carpet cleaner with whom she can coordinate, should you need that. His prices were also very good, though we didn't use him since we'd already arranged for carpets to be done prior to meeting Brenda.

I just moved to Renton and the house I purchased was not very clean when it was finally time for me to move in. The previous owners left the house in a condition that I did not feel comfortable moving into. I checked yelp for house cleaning services that were nearby and based on the review I called Vita and she was there the same day to give me an estimate and the cleaners were there the very next day! They came on time and got straight to work. I can tell that they took their time to make sure to bring every room to perfection. Their work was very diligent and they payed attention to everything. They took care of every concern that I had also. I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism that Vita's provided me with. They made my move in to the new house a lot more quicker and better than I had hoped. I even set up a weekly cleaning plan with them for the future. She doesn't stop working the entire time she's at our home; she also uses excellent products and offers both eco-friendly and traditional cleaning products. Vita's cleaners had come on time and were very kind and professional. They did a deep clean on a house that I purchased and had done renovations to so it wasnt in the best condition. There were two girls there that worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned every nook and cranny of the house and payed excellent attention to all the details. They even went out of their way to wipe down the balcony. Vita also came by twice, once before the girls started working and also when they finished. I called a few cleaning places and left voicemails, Vita was the first to return to my call, we scheduled time for her to see my place, which she did and gave me a quote of around $200 for a complete deep cleaning. Then we scheduled the cleaning which was done on time and was immaculate every corner of the apartment was cleaned thoroughly. I live in a 1000 sqrft 2 bedroom apartment. It took 5 hours to clean the apartment, and cost a total of $200 ($40 per hour). I highly recommend Vita for her great communication, excellent level of quality, and reasonable cost. read more

Wow! Outstanding is all I can say. My house hadn't had a deep cleaning in awhile and I never had any experience with a house cleaning company before.
